Lovely property, beautiful resort and non stop fun. If you're looking for a top notch place to stay, with a fun atmosphere, then Temptations is the place to be. I want to give it 5 stars, but will take off one star for the food and music. The portions at some of the restaurants were extremely small, and the djs need to read the room a little more and mix up the music for all. I look forward to my next trip and plan on booking for next September. January was a bit too cold for me.

We just went for our 4th time in 2 years. We always love it and already planning our return trip. Arriving and always being welcomed by all the staff. Lefranc is an amazing butler and now a very good friend always so excited to see him and make him work! Hahaha. Tamara starts the trip off right checking us in, so funny! Can’t say enough about Moon as the server always so happy great at her job, nothing better then seeing her smile. Of course all the play makers are amazing and super fun, keeping everyone entertained, Ariel, Sexy Sandy, Val, thanks for the Spanish lessons, the amazing pole dancer Alejandra!! The Rock and Pretty boy so entertaining and funny and the new Aqua man! Elias is an amazing mixologist and keeps you entertained at the bar along with Toño at the pool bar. Liliana at the Pool service desk so funny and always had chairs waiting for us love her so much! Pulido the manger that keeps the restaurants running smooth. Max in security is so good at his job keeping everyone safe. I can’t say enough about this place amazing entertainment, music and food! Make sure you have Salomon take your bags to you room so friendly and always with a smile. We can’t wait to return to who all these people we consider family now. We love Temptation. While the property is fantastic, the staff is what makes it special. Lilly has our chairs ready every morning. She comes by to check on us a few times a day to make sure we’re comfortable and happy…which we were. Juan, our butler took care of everything else we needed. Pretty Boy always made a point to stop by and say hi. Looking forward to returning in a couple months.

The best part about the trip was the customer service we received from our two butlers Ivan and Richie. They makes one feel very special without effort. Both of them show dedication to their jobs. Their attention to detail and customer service makes them stand out from the rest.

Wife and I go to a couple all-inclusive resorts a year and never have had as much fun as we had at temptations. Food is amazing at most the restaurants, all restaurants are very good. Everyone is friendly, was there for 5 nights and made me friends every night hanging out with larger groups for the evening shows. Drinks where great. Everything was amazing. We liked it so much we bought into their premier package and already booked our next stay for a full week. Special thanks to Humberto for helping us schedule everything and being so helpful.

I can only quickly say that it is a place that I highly recommend. I went for a work issue and I ended up 100% relaxed within its activities and attention provided from my butler service with the support of young Humberto, to my departures from the hotel.

Planned a trip with friends to celebrate a birthday! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the views and beaches were incredible! We will definitely be going back again! Isaac was out butler and he helped us with everything from laundry to scheduling transport back the airport, very thankful for him and his help!
