Highly recommend this resort!! My husband and I just checked out and we already want to go back :) We had the most amazing time! The entire team is incredible and so kind. They had asked if we were celebrating anything special and then made it one of our favorite anniversaries ever!! From the check in to the restaurants to the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly and made us feel really welcomed. Special shoutout to Antonio for his amazing kindness, thank you Antonio!!

Everything is brand new (they just opened for the first time the beginning of July!), and it's so nice to stay in such a modern and clean resort. In addition, they have put in a lot of effort to keep everything clean and healthy - from the hand sanitizer stations to the staff wearing masks to fancy sealed toiletry bags in the rooms.

The rooftop pool was our favorite! Such a beautiful view overlooking the ocean! The beach in that area of Cancun is not the best, but the pools more than made up for it. We spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Our room also had an incredible view and we loved sitting out on the patio. We could also see the ocean from the shower which was pretty cool!

We loved getting massages at the spa, the spa was beautiful and the massage therapists were great. We also frequented the cafe for ice cream and desserts a lot :) Because of hotels in Cancun needing to limit capacity to less than 30% right now, the restaurants are rotating to only have one options open for lunch and a few options at night, so we hope we can return again once everything is opened. Our favorite restaurant was the Blue Water grill - it's on the rooftop and has a great view!

We loved our stay and are so thankful for the amazing memories during our time there. We hope to return again soon!!!

I've traveled around the world in so many different ways backpacking , tour agencies, and winging it. Most of the time I've traveled with a big group of friends and family. So, I know how hard it is to accommodate a large group of 16 ppl. This time I was invited through another group traveling with Timeshare.

The experience was amazing!!!! This hotel tried to accommodate us in almost everything we asked for. The music atmosphere was soothing, the hospitality of the employees was caring (by caring i mean everyone was wanting us to have the best experience even with the littlest things), the drinking & food was amazing. Overall well worth what you pay for.

I wish I remembered every waiter,bartender, or even the security's name but in all fairness it was a team effort.That made me feel like every thing I did was important to them. So I want to give a Big Thanks to The Staff at Dreams Vista 🙏 .

I'm going to end this off by talking about family and covid safety. Dreams hotel has reconstructed their whole protocol on safety for their guests during this pandemic. I was very iffy on wanting to travel especially to another country during this pandemic but, 4 months in quarantined I needed a break. (Safety) You have to go through 2 checkpoints before coming into the hotel and you have to have your name and room number before exiting and entering. They disinfected our luggage as soon as we got there, everything in hotel was sanitized and then covered in plastic until we used it, and there were servers at the buffet instead of the normal serve yourself protocol.

After this experience I would really want to bring my son with me next time I come back .

Our wedding: After our original resort cancelled on us 3 weeks before our wedding, Claudia Solis and the staff at Dreams Vista produced the wedding of our dreams. Words can’t express how easy Claudia made this process on us with only 2 weeks to plan! She exceeded our expectations and we now know that everything that happened with our original resort not opening, led us to her. I don’t think we could have pulled it off if it would have been anybody else as our wedding coordinator! The entertainment manager and Claudia arranged a special dance that meant so much to us. The dj and mc they brought in for us did an amazing job and had our guests up and dancing the night away!

Resort COVID safety: We felt every precaution was taken to keep us safe and healthy. All staff wore masks and everything was done with as little contact as possible, down to serving our eating utensils with tongs. Sanitizer was available at every elevator and at the entrance to every restaurant. There was a buffet open, but food was served either cafeteria style or on single serve dishes you could grab. Due to the lower occupancy they were operating at due to the COVID restrictions, they had a rotation of restaurants that were open every night. The pool was amazing and was big enough for us to feel like we could social distance easily from the other guests.

Our favorite staff: Jaime and Erika took care of our guests at the pool, Carlos the concierge and Sergio at the front desk made sure our guests with birthdays felt special. Adriane and Alfredo were two of our favorite waiters and Eduardo kept our yummy drinks coming! Our guests loved the entertainment staff, Bernice, Mario, and Elias. And of course, I can’t sing Claudia’s praises enough as our wedding coordinator!

Minor “Cons:” The elevators had some issues while we were there. I know some of it was probably caused by some of the power outages that area was experiencing. But there were several times they only had 1 elevator working on one side. We also had several of us in our group that got stuck in the elevators at some point in our trip from anywhere from 5-20 minutes. It did take a little longer for food poolside and at the restaurants, but it didn’t really bother us. We were on vacation time and didn’t have anywhere else to hurry off to. The beach was smaller, but we were perfectly content staying in the pool. Bathrooms close to the pool were all “downstairs” so it was a minor inconvenience. There was no swim up bar, which would have been nice, but thanks to Erika, our drinks were refilled often.

All the "glowing" reviews truly made us want to book here, out of all the places we could have booked. Overall we had a great vacation, were there the week of Christmas 2020. Advertised various restaurants but found that on random nights some were closed and you had to resort to the buffet. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet "world cafe" was seriously lacking. Never had drinks refilled, had to ask twice for things. This seemed to be a pattern at most of the restaurants, our one time eating at the Ocean Grill on the roof, we wound up going to the bar a few times during dinner to get our own drinks. Food portions were very small we figured out by the 3rd night to ask or order double of things. We had an email confirmation the week before arriving for 4 of us for a spa day only to find out when we went to show up for our massages they didn't have any appointments for us. The facilities were very clean, they take Covid-19 handling very serious and we always felt safe. We were thankful for that! Pool on the ground level was super cold all week, thankfully we upgraded and had access to the roof pool. Service up there at the pool was outstanding, this basically made our trip enjoyable. Why close this pool down at 6pm, made no sense to us? You could post/advertise that bar/wait service ends at 6pm there but why close it and kick us out if we were enjoying the pool? We met some great people while on vacation and enjoyed some time away from the cold back home but with so many other resorts to choose from we wouldn't return to this one, just didn't stand out to us overall to want to come back. We hear that AppleVacations sold packages here way cheaper than other booking sites, we booked thru our timeshare this time and paid the fees in addition. I work in the hospitality industry and just wasn't wow'd for what we thought we would be getting on this vacation.

We recently spent 6 nights at the brand new Dreams Vista Cancun resort. The resort is beautiful. All staff wore face masks, hand sanitizer everywhere, signage encouraging social distancing prominently displayed, you could see staff cleaning high touch surfaces regularly. We felt the resort did a great job following Covid-19 protocols. It has spacious, comfortable rooms with a heavenly rain shower. The food was delicious and the Coco Cafe always had yummy treats to indulge in. Our favorite part of our stay was the exceptional customer service. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure you were having a good time. There was Erika at the pool who was always making the rounds to bring you drinks. She’s a hard worker and always had a smile to share. There was Geovanni the pool concierge who always checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed. Monserrat at the Coco Cafe- always friendly, Veronica, Abraham, Lydia, Pablo, Magdiel and many others were amazing servers at the restaurants. They work long shifts and are amazing all day long. The pool is fabulous. We did plenty of lounging by it all day. They currently have a small beach that I was told they will be expanding. They just opened so some projects are still ongoing. Highly recommend!

Our large group had a fantastic stay at Dreams Vista Cancun, one of the newest Dreams properties in Cancun. What makes this location stand out is its dedicated staff and its commitment to excellence. The hard-working and extremely friendly workers at Dreams Vista made our stay exceptional. Our large group was wary of traveling due to covid-19, but having seen such dedicated commitment to cleaning from the management and staff at Dreams, we were glad to put our fears to rest. Bar and restaurant staff members (servers Raymundo, Arturo, Juan, Ernesto, Irving, Diogenes, Jose) Ernesto and Esme at the beach bar, kitchen manager Lidia, all go above and beyond for the guests (always wearing masks & constantly cleaning). We could not thank enough beach concierge Sahid and his team, who provided dedicated service to all guests, making everyone in our party comfortable and safe. Separate gratitude goes to Krysten, assistant manager, who organized our testing for return flights. We enjoyed your trip and would highly recommend the Dreams Vista Cancun.

We stayed for 4 nights in April. The service was great, and there was never a wait for a table or for a poolside chair. They are still at reduced capacity due to COVID, so I can't speak for a full hotel, but it seems like there are plenty of chairs and tables. When many hotels are reducing service like daily room cleaning and room service, due to COVID, Dreams Vista has not. The service was great, we always felt safe, and the COVID test that they provided that the airport requires was easy and efficient.

We had a ocean view balcony room with a pool. The pool was nice and the balcony was a good size even with the pool there. That said, I would probably not get a pool room the next time, because we like looking over the balcony, and you could only do that if you were in the pool,

This room type was part of the preferred section of the resort, which allowed us access to the rooftop pool and bar. It was nice as an option, but there wasn't as much of a breeze at that pool as the one downstairs, so we split our time.

Breakfast was good. We ate at the buffet most days, and ordered room service one day. Our favorite lunch spot was La Terraza and the food stations at the Veranda/La Plaza bar. We did not eat at the Hibachi restaurant, because of a reservation mix up our last night, but we enjoyed the other restaurants.

We stayed at Dreams for a week to celebrate our son's graduation and had a great week. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcome.

Our son has mobility challenges, which adds another layer to vacation planning and we are glad to have found a beautiful resort that works for all of us and allows him to be independent. If you or your child are in a wheelchair, this resort is definitely worth considering due to the compact nature of the set-up and the wonderful staff members.

We booked an accessible family suite and the shower and toilet room in the master room was easy for my son to navigate in his wheelchair.
Our airport transfer was an accessible van through Amstar and our driver was very professional. We rented a beach wheelchair through Cancun Accessible (the assistant general manager, Krystal helped us reserve). If you look at the resort map, you will see a wheelchair ramp to the beach that is behind the kids waterpark and every morning, Michelle and Benjamin helped us get settled on the beach. The pool is amazing (and shaded in the late afternoon). Beware that Erik and Dana from the activities crew will get you involved in activities. :-)

Before we went, we read the other reviews for a realistic preview. We were not surprised and saw many more positives that made this vacation a great family experience. Yes, there is seaweed on the beach and they need a quad or machine to help as it appears to be a never ending battle for the staff. Yes, you can hear the wind at times, but a sound app on your phone takes care of that.

The food is very good and like any restaurant, some dishes were better than others, but the evening ends well with ice cream or a truffle for dessert.

Thanks to all the staff members at Dreams Vista who made this a great family vacation.

We had our wedding here on Oct 1st and it was a wonderful experience. Ariadna was the best on site coordinator and we couldn’t have been more lucky to have her help. Her suggestions really made our day more special. The food from the platinum menu was delicious and the decor was everything we pictured. When we weren’t super excited about the beach location she was quick to suggest a backup location on the pier that ended up being picture perfect. The on site photographer Armin took wonderful photos of us and we can’t wait to see them once they have been finished. The DJ and MC were professional and happy to vacate a few party crashers quickly and without issue.

The resort itself was gorgeous. Like most reviews said the beach was smaller and had a lot of seaweed but having been to the Cancun area before we knew what to expect with this time of year. The resort worked hard to keep the beach as clean as possible

Our room was very nice we had the plunge pool aside from a few bugs (unpreventable it is outdoors after all) we used it daily. Room service was ok, hit or miss on the food (don’t order the mac and cheese) but quick. We also had multiple bottles of champagne gifted to us during our stay by the resort. I liked that the dress code was enforced at most places. Men do bring a pair of pants.

Book preferred, you get access to the hydro spa for an hour, better check in process and you get access to the rooftop pool which is breathtaking.

Food was overall good. The breakfast buffet was eh (to be expected). Food hall was a good choice for lunch. All the dinner restaurants were decent as far as an all inclusive goes, better than most. Rooftop had the best lunch but only accessible if you book preferred.

Service was wonderful and attentive everywhere we went. Some tipping goes a long way with the staff to ensure the best service. We tipped our poolside servers and they always made sure drinks were flowing.

The downside: I wish we had fans for our reception it was HOT. I think I lasted about an hour and a half in my dress before most of us changed. Drinks were delicious but varied in taste and strength depending on which bar you were at.

Our rehearsal was 14 people split between tables I asked if they could push 2 together and was told “no” even tho both tables had the same waiter. Didn’t make sense. They also had preset a menu which we didn’t know but I requested people order what they want and there was no issue with that. Would have like something a little more private (said semi private but we were in the dining room with the rest not even closed off by dividers which is what we thought it would be)

Overall I would do it again in a heartbeat and would suggest this place to anyone who wants to get married in Cancun.

Last week was my birthday and it was full of surprises. My relative booked a single night as a gift and it filled my heart with joy when I learned that it was going to be in this brand new resort in the most exclusive part of Cancún.

I visited the resort with two of my sisters so it was a ladys trip. We were welcomed with sparkling wine on a silver tray by very professional hosts. The girl at the front desk was very nice and she explained every single thing about the hotel and the services that our reservation included.

We had an all-inclusive experience and it is totally worth it, you can literally get anything you want, anywhere you want. Plus the quality of the food and services is nothing less than excellent.

We were escorted from the front desk to our ocean view suite by the girl who helped us with the check in. All staff was properly equiped with face masks and all necessary precautions, so we felt very safe the moment we stepped into the resort.

There are so many restaurants to chose from. We loved our time at Coco Cafe, Jose the waiter was excellent and very helpfull.
Tania, Luz and Lidia will treat you like royalty at Portofino. And at night there is an amazing terrace steak house called Blue Water House, so fancy and delicious. Jorge was our waiter and we loved his service.

I have to personally thank Krystal Martinez who was so kind to make me feel very special for my birthday, She organized a lovely decoration at my suite, located in the Preferred level which is a more luxurious accomodation. Thank you Krystal! You are the best.

Really there is nothing better than this diamond awarded resort. The place is brand new and every single person in the staff, from the gentleman at the entrance, to all the staff at pools, restaurant, beach, halls, is perfectly qualified to make you feel like royalty. Thank you all at Dreams Vista!

If you are a preferred club member you have access to the 16th floor adult only pool area from 10 AM to 6 PM.. However, I find it to be a little small. The main pool downstairs is massive. There are children in it, but it is very easy to find a spot away from all the families, they doing amazing job keeping the beach and pool area extremely clean.

Hi the beds next to the pool are 55 dollars per day and there's none at the beach don't no if you get discount for preferred club

Most all inclusives the a la carte is included. They may sell you on an upgrade like lobster, Tomahawk steak a better bottle of wine, etc but do your homework. You may have to make reservations early so also do your research on that.
