Omg, it’s the best resort to I meet in my life really, thanks Juan Carlos and Alfredo x everything and the Dj in the roof top it’s the best in Cancun , the food and the service in all the places in the resort is 5 stars .
Great service, great food and waiters and waitresses are ready at your service and will treat you with great respect! Especially Paola is the best from the vibe team, she recommended us to great activities! I would go back to this hotel and enjoy it all over again!
We had the most amazing time here! The service was in point. Axel was our butler and didn't disappoint. He is one of the main reasons we will return. We hadn't traveled to Cancun before and we hit a winner on this hotel. It is in the perfect spot on the beach. Sandy beach and fun waves to play in. The food was abundant but made to appease the masses. On the beach we met the best crew! Eduardo, Carlos, German, Daniel, Lilian, Victor and many more!!!! Pools are great and the parties are so much fun! Thank you so much, we can't wait to get back!
To be fair I did not pick this hotel. My hotel was not open and they moved me here. On the surface it is an attractive and date I say “Chic” hotel. It does deliver on its name. The food quality is really superb. Overall the place looks feels and acts like a nice cruise ship with slightly better will quality of food. Hey you are in Cancuns hotel zone so expect loud music from 11:00 am till 5 pm and again from 10:00 to 1:00 am. But it’s not offensive. The party vibe is not like a spring break blow out so moderate. My main concerns ans reason for lower rating 1) Covid. They test at the restaurants ans staff wear masks but they make no I mean zero effort to encourage masking on the common areas. Worse during the shows ans dancing in the evening they have medics walking around taking photos and zero effort to tell people to use their brains. Same on elevators. We did visits to two other hotels and both were more proactive. 2) $$. Bring it.if you splurge on diamond you get better alcohol. The base alcohol was watered down - not being a drinker I didn’t mind but if you drink you will. Worse - at dinner they have one free wine - sometimes 2. A bottle of Riesling that retails for $9 will be $65 and it’s the cheapest. What kind of all inclusive does that. Finally the non diamond really are shorted. We found an umbrella then played follow the shadow all day. One couple spent 4 hours (yes the entire 4 hours) trying to get an Umbrella. Meanwhile they had 3 people in diamond. Not good Shows: all well done. Even the rock and roll was decent and dna after super. Well done! Food: Tip. If they have a wait get a pager and check other options. Can leave pager at others Coffee shop very sweet staff and good free coffee. The icecream - forwgettable Italian : good I would go back. As I for Ingrid she was super sweet and a nice person. Main buffet. Limited but no shortage of options ans good staff Asian: find out what night they have lobster - it’s great Hunters - it’s not a Texas steak place don’t expect it to be. But it was plenty flavorful Mexican - pretty good and if you get a window on the right night you can watch the show. Ask for Exdel he was super at serving and having fun Sports bar: forgettable smells like smoke ans very slow. But decent food Culinary experience. Well done but NOT worth the extra $80/ person Room service hit or miss sometimes 15 min and hot others 45-1 hour and served cold. But all decent Front desk - terribly slow ans never answer the phone - I called 20 times and gave up Guest services- Sandy was a sweetheart ans honest. She was the only employee I witnessed ask somebody to wear a mask over my 12 days Nexus tours - slightly below expectation and over priced Note: bring many many $1 with you tips for everything expected ans takes 1 hour to get change Overall. A great place I would return …
We stayed at the Royalton Chic last week and had an extraordinary experience. The resort was very clean and sanitized. The entire staff was wonderful. The staff made us feel special, appreciated and attended to our every need. Chef Romeo & Chef Carlos prepared delicious meals that were cooked to perfection. The presentation was amazing, and one could tell it was prepared with love. Manuel Velez the Food and Beverage assistant manager was always attentive and available. Victor was the best. He took such good care of us at the beach. He always had a welcoming smile and tended to everything. Liliana & Edwardo made sure our chairs and towels were always ready for us. We saw General manager, Omar checking on all the guest all day. His presence is very well known. These employees went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
