Our stay at the Krystal was a very pleasant one. Lulu our attendant was very attentive. Every day she would leave our bed decorated. So much attention to detail. If we could give a thousand stars we would. Lulu was exceptional.
I just absolutely loved this hotel! Everything is perfect the service of the staff, the view, the rooms and the best restaurant Aquamarina, the breakfast is fantastic …delicious French toast! Elizabeth and Jorge are great servers they made me smile a lot during my breakfast ! I will return in this hotel very soon!!!
Pros: Excellent location. Very close to the street where Coco Bongo and all the other clubs are. Private beach and pool. Daily entertainment and music by the pool. Very clean and nice rooms. Daily room service. I don’t understand how this hotel is only a 3 star hotel because it feels like it is a 5 star hotel. Cons: a few of the staff in the reception gave us wrong information. For instance one person wrote wrong room number on the key card so the key obviously didn’t work so I had to go back to the reception and someone else told me the right room number.
Nicer than expected! We were on the beach side and had awesome views of the ocean. The place was clean with friendly staff. Housekeeping came daily even! A lot of the reviews I read ahead of time were negative but we were very happy we were here. Music was loud 1 night from the Hotel Zone but otherwise it wasn’t an issue. Could walk to any eatery.
Special Thanks to Victoria that mades us feel welcomed everytime we went to her bar Henri at the pool bar & Erick. Very friendly staff The aquamarina restaurant is good, not much variety but so far so good. The egg station for breakfast is very good. Wish the buffet was a little more diversified.

My husband and I got there for our honeymoon and were given a room with 2 double twin beds. We had booked a room with a king-size bed but were told that "beds are not guaranteed" and had to sleep in that room for the first night, despite informing the front desk that we were on our honeymoon and had booked a different room. Every time we went to the front desk, we had to wait at least 10 minutes (and sometimes 15 or 20) just to see someone at the front desk. Someone from housekeeping took my hair towel (which looked very different from any of the hotel's towels) and we had to spend about two hours playing phone tag with the receptionist at the front desk to eventually get housekeeping to return the towel. It took 2 days. Finally, we checked out a day early (at 7am that morning) and asked not to be charged for the last day, as we'd booked it by mistake and hadn't known until they informed us when we were checking out. They told us to take it up with our travel agency, which we did. The travel agency contacted the hotel, and the hotel refused to give the refund, claiming that we'd checked out at 5pm that day (instead of 7am, despite the fact that we have a receipt and were charged an extra hidden fee on our credit card upon checking out) and that it was in their policy. We spent maybe 4 hours on the phone with the hotel and got transferred about 30 times and hung up on multiple times. One time, we asked for a specific manager and were told that we would be transferred to that manager. After the transfer, we asked if this was the correct person, to which they responded no, and transferred us again. We asked for that person and were told no, and were transferred again. Only after that were we transferred to the person we'd originally requested. After all of this, they claim it's unlikely we'll get our refund, even though we never stayed that night at all. Service for the entire trip was so beyond frustrating and we're disappointed with our experience. This hotel is not worth the money it takes to stay here. Book a room somewhere else.…
We stayed one night at the Krystal due to Sunwing flight delay. This hotel is definitely not worth a 4 star. Rooms are very basic at best, bed is uncomfortable, it is quite noisy and run down. Drinks are sub par. Only positive point is friendly staff.
Saisha the E-concierge Was the sweetest & most efficient staff member, even before our arrival she made sure that everything was absolutely perfect, during our stay she was always attentive and helpful, her service really is “top notch” She would anticipate our needs before us. Thank you Krystal Cancun team for the most memorable and amazing family vacations of our lifes!!! We can wait to come back
Me and my girlfriend sang at the karaoke night with Mari, Ale, and Tayron. The night was amazing and they were so much fun. Linda at the snack bar was an incredible help by recommending the best fish tacos for lunch Abi, OrFa, and Brisa also made the stay so much better and it was an absolutely incredible experience
