Our room was very comfortable and kept clean The beach was excellent Pool area was fun and vibrant. The entertainment staff were very fun and personable (Sexy Santiago & Sara) Wish I knew the name of the singers for the Valentines Romantic Dinner. (They were a couple and were very very good) The best part of the trip was the treatment by the dining and drink staff The very 1st night we connected with Ernesto (he is the best) Tracked us down later that same night all the up at the sky bar, to make sure we had reservations (with him) for the Valentines Dinner. Took care of us whenever he could all week, and even set up a special going away supper (with staff he selected) in a special room just for our group of 8. He came up with the menu and even made a Safe travels home sign! Just to name a few of the other staff that made our stay very special Oscar (ask him to make you an Irish Coffee after your meal) Eduardo Francisco (best poolside server & introduced me to Icebergs.....yum) Manual (pool bartender) Miguel (sky bar) Leonardo (great chef) Alfredo (another great pool server) and I can forget to mention Gabriella.......the best breakfast chef ever! Will make you the best custom omelette in Mexico, and will remember your name and where you're from all week! Will for sure be back to Beach Palace in the future!…

We always make an evening trip from Moon Palace to Beach Palace. Sunset drinks at the Sky Bar are spectacular! The Sky Bar is the only one in the entire Zone Hotelera that overlooks both the beach and the city side. Gorgeous gulf and beach views to the left, incredible sunset over the lagoon and old Cancun on the right! Afterwards, we drop done to Bocelli restaurant for fantastic Italian meals. Our group of ten was privileged to a family style meal of their best servings of the day and even our high expectations were blown away. Flaming Fettuccine Sambuca prepared at table side was the highlight of the meal, We completely turned our wine orders over to the Sommelier, Miguel, and were poured some of the finest wines I've ever had. Perfectly paired with our meal! And don't miss Mayan Coffee for your dessert course. It's very, very good and the show is amazing. I must thank the exceptional service we received from Head Waiter, Carlos, Head Chef Isaac, and , once again, Sommelier, Miguel. This hotel has the best location and beach in Cancun. Walking the beach is easy and peaceful. Simply beautiful. They have rooftop pools and bars that have a fabulous view of the ocean, lagoon and city, my favorite spot to relax on double day loungers. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the balcony is nice size and has a double lounger to enjoy the ocean sounds and fantastic views. The food is good and the service is excellent. The staff has become family and always take great care of me and my girls. I know I will forget some but here are the people that make my holidays fantastic. Luis, Enrique bellman, Juan Carlos front desk, Oscar,Yenni, Marlene vacation club, Diego, Ernesto, Gabrielle, Marco Buffett, Vladimir-Italian, Everyone at the steakhouse including Manuel, Ramon, Carlos and the best hostesses Daniela and Daniela.
