I can't recommend Hyatt Ziva enough. Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. We stayed at the Turquoize section and Marie was amazing from before we showed up until after we left. Going into the trip we were concerned about what the protocols would be with covid and I can say I felt safe the entire time. Every worked had their masks on and they stayed on the entire time, tables and beach chairs distanced, and great cleaning of the room. The food and drinks were amazing, the best food I have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. My favorite restaurants were the Asian and Italian restaurants. This is a trip we would go on again in a heartbeat during covid times and after everything is back to normal.

I've stayed in roughly 15 all inclusives over the years, and this one would rank in the top two. The Customer Service, cleanliness of the property, and quality of the food/beverages sets it apart. I would not hesitate to book here again.

This was a great resort. Beaches were great. You can snorkel right off beach and see some fish. in one side lobster, on the other side, star fish, rays, several fish. Wasn't bad. Food was ok in Buffet below average. the restaurants were great. Good food and good service. The desert room was a nice touch as well. Gym is nice. Dolphins were a pleasant surprise. A great place to stay.

Valeria Duarte was our coordinator with the hotel and with all the Covid chaos she was able to help us put together our event so smoothly. Her sweet personality and calm demeanor help eased all the worries we had to coordinate our very rushed/last minute company event with new covid protocols. She checked in with us multiple times throughout the day to see if she could help me and my staff accommodate our 80+ attendees. The food was amazing! Our favorite restaurants are Tradewinds, Lorenzo's, and La Bastilles. Make reservations as soon as you get there! Julio Agurto at La Bastilles was awesome. He was very charming with helping us accommodate our changes to reservations. Overall the experience was amazing and everyone at our company event loved the resort. WE WILL BE BACK! …

This was our 3rd time back to Hyatt Ziva, if you are travelling to Cancun, this is the only place to stay!! The staff are exceptional ensuring you always have everything you need. The grounds are spectacular, expansive views of the ocean and beach from everywhere. All restaurants were open during the pandemic, and exceeded our expectations. We had amazing poolside service at Dips & Sips - Carlos and Raul took care of our family and friends daily ensuring we were treated VIP service at all times when laying at the pool! Uriel always greeted us at the swim up bar with his huge smile. They all treated us special and we consider them family!! Tres Cerveza was our favorite hangout bar where Carmen, Carlos (yes same Carlos) and Charlonte greeted us for happy hour. Finally, a stroll down the beach to the beach bar was a daily must, Raul and friends would see us coming and have our drinks ready as we sat on the bar swings - our wives favorite part of the day :) Thank you to the entire staff, we will definitely be back!!…
