Stayed here for one week in September 2020, in a Jacuzzi suite. We found the hotel to be a wonderful place to stay..... Location on a busy street was not a problem for noise. Short walk to Centro Historico, and a quick Uber to everywhere else we went. Room was large, clean and well appointed. Jacuzzi worked well. Cleaning staff were very nice. Due to COVID, the protocols were well explained and the hotel was efficient in handling people coming in and out. Front desk staff were friendly. The Bar/Restaurant was quiet, great service, food was not the greatest but it was not bad.... I give it a 6.5 to 7 All in all... highly recommend this hotel.... price is competitive with other places.

Wifi was apparently out “everywhere” except the lobby and in front of the building. When I asked to be switched to room with WiFi I was met with an attitude and indifference so I left and went to a different hotel. The front desk woman was rude, ignorant, and made a have a good evening comment as I walked out the door. Tomorrow I am going to return and ask them not to charge my credit card for the room. The doorman was the most pleasant person there by far. The rest were pompous clownS

Best hotel hands down. The building itself is modern and sparkling clean. The service is top notch. It is conveniently located between the historical center and Avenida Chapultepec (nightlife strip). Best way of transportation is uber. It is a 10 minute walk to the main cathedral. Affordable! I hope they don’t raise the price. You won’t be disappointed. Parking is available if needed.

The only thing I can complain about is that the room was too dimly lit to read comfortably. This place is good value for money in a great location midway between the main tourist sights. The breakfast buffet was worth 145 MXD because the food was top-quality; I especially liked the perfectly-cooked mixed vegetables and the light and tasty scrambled eggs.

hotel and location Second time staying here this year , and once again very happy with my stay. Rooms and the hotel in general are impeccably clean, love that it's only tile in the rooms, making it so much more hygienic than carpet. Staff is great. The bellman is always super friendly and helpful. When booking, make sure you ask for a room facing the street, otherwise your view will be of the parking lot and wall 😂. The location is excellent, within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend, and look forward to staying here again.
