This hotel is nice and clean, ample parking space. Little noisy last time due to noisy next door guests, but it was quickly addressed by security. Been here many times, only complaint is their toilets are not made for hotels and shower water temperature drastically changes every time someone flushes it on any room. Would recommend.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling on business. The location is on a main highway and there don't appear to be any local places to eat or visit close by. I am not entirely sure about that but the area where this hotel in seems to be more of a commercial district. The main part of the hotel is very nice, with marble floors, impressive woodwork and modern lighting. The hotel staff is very friendly but for most of them, and some of them speak English to an extent. It would be best to have some Spanish under your belt if you plan on staying at this hotel for any length of time. The main part of the hotel appears to host events and meetings. There is a modest business center with four computers for guest use, a pleasant restaurant and also a bar/lounge that seems to have some odd operating hours. For instance, I was there Saturday evening and it was lively with soccer games and an attentive bar keeper. I went back on Sunday night and while I could get into the bar, the lights were off and it appeared closed. The restaurant has all-day service with a good menu of local dishes, as well as typical North American foods such as hamburger or pizza. Their wait staff is very friendly but again, not good with English so be prepared to use your translator app for effective communications. There is also room service for guests but I ate at the bar and the restaurant during my stay. You might get a breakfast voucher, which allows you to have a free breakfast consisting of juice, coffee, some pastries, fruits and cold servings of hams and cheeses. Hot food cost a little extra. Be sure to ask the wait staff what comes with the continental breakfast before filling your plate. My room had two full-size beds and a built-in hutch/closet area. It has ample storage for clothing and things like that. The vanity sits just off the main room and the toilet and large walk-in shower are in a separate room off the vanity. There is a flat-screen TV in the room but mine didn't work while I was there. Whereas all the broadcasting was in Spanish, I probably wouldn't have turned it on, anyway. The HVAC unit worked just fine, and the room was generally comfortable, clean and quiet. There is WiFi available to guests but I have to say it was not always reliable. On one day there, it was completely out, I couldn't even sign in to the login screen for the hotel. So, you may not want to completely rely on Internet from your room. If you need a computer connection, you could probably use one of the computers in the business center in the main lobby. There is a small pool that sits in the middle of the room units. It looked nice but I didn't go there. Small kids would probably have a lot of fun using it, though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very inexpensive but not "cheap". If you are staying in the Nuevo Leon area, I would recommend this hotel if you just need a decent place to sleep, wash up and grab something to eat.…
The hotel is located in the industrial district and has nothing around, just factories, but is good for business if you need to work in the area, and it is in half way between downtown and the airport, rooms are clean and it has been renewed. It has a pool and gym, the restaurant is good, and the service too. Good relation quality/ price
Hotel is not so far fro mthe international airport. It is in the motel style. Rooms are acceptable, continental breakfast is included. Room rate is very good, only 722 MEP. Has a garden and acces to a nice lake. Internet a little slow, but free. Good for 1 or 2 days on a business trip.
