Lighting in roomdid not work. Floor in bathroom disgusting. Take your own hir shampoo/conditioner/soap as they provide all in one wall container - rubbish! Food deal was a joke. One night got what was advertised on the web. Secon night totaly different approach and choice of rubbish beer and was given what could only be described a childrens menu. Made me very upset. They suggest i go to recetion and gain a refund. Which they hounerd. But was told i wou;d have to still pay for the breakfast. I simply ate and paid off the main menu with the beer of my choice! Anyway, woke up and left early and ate breafast elsewhere. My advice DON'T USE.

Used disabled room excellent the room was very large with a king size bed raised to allow easy access large enough for a wheelchair to manoeuvre around the room window easy access to pull curtains every thing catered for. The bathroom was large with a wet room which was spotlessly clean I wil use Primer Inn Littlehampton is a great ambassador for the group

We stayed at this Premier Inn for one night as we had a social event to attend in Rustington. All in all we enjoyed it, the check-in staff being very helpful, and the room generally being of quite a high standard. Just a few MINOR issues worth noting: 1. There were one or two human hairs in the bath (that didn't belong to us!) 2. The 'free' wifi is almost useless. I got the impression that it could've possibly been better had we not been given a room in the annexe. I think they'd like guests to upgrade to their 'Ultimate' Wifi. 3. Similarly the reception on the TV was pretty poor. Again something to do with being in the annexe I guess? However, despite the above we will definitely return again (maybe ask for a room in the main hotel?).
