I was a bit concerned about the condition of the island and the resort, but no problems. Although there is still work to be completed at the resort and nearby Red Hook, it is minimal. We stayed in a beautiful two story condo on the...More
Great destination and beach! Staff is very welcoming and awesome. They have done their best repairing damage and very comfortable. Not a 4/5 star because we’ve stayed at the best resorts in the world but very good considering.
The only thing this resort has is a pool. There are no beach, no gym, no beach and the office staff are very rude and unhelpful. The water in your unit has to be treated before consumption, and the Zika virus is widespread all over...More
Absolutely dreadful. The employee who checked us in was rude and totally disinterested. The office was a trash heap. Our room — an “upgrade” — was dirty with broken, mismatched furniture. The rugs were so gross you had to wear shoes at all time. There...More

I didn't see a workout center, but I wasn't looking. You could kayak, snorkel, swim, or run on the beach instead. I would suggest NOT walking anywhere on the road, especially to Red Hook. No shoulder, hills, and blind curves. There is nowhere to get out of the way of a car. The second day we were there a guy got hit by a car while walking back from Red Hook. Our room in building A was great, the beach is like a fairy tale, and the water looks and feels like a perfectly Photoshopped dream.
