We stayed here just across the street from Spotts Beach. We had the beach to ourselves, there is a dock and some palm trees for shade. we snorkeled and saw bright fish and coral and some turtles around the dock. One night we took our flashlights and a beach blanket and watched the stars on the beach. We felt very safe in the condo and at the beach. When we arrived, the owner met us at the car rental and a rental car is included. this place is easy to get to places around the island, and a rental car is necessary.Be prepared to drive on the opposite side of the road.Part of the fun is going to the various places to snorkel on the island.
We had a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. the owner lives next door and when I asked for another pillow and paper towels, we got it right away.He also helped us with booking and recommending activities like the stingray city tour, reasonable Captain Marvin's etc.and printed directions for us also. The place is clean, and the air conditioner worked real well and there are ceiling fans as well in the living room and bedroom, refrigerator with icemaker and stove and microwave. This helped because we don't like to eat out every meal, also large plasma TV with cable channels and wi fi access. We used the washer and free dryer located around the back of the building. We enjoyed our stay and for the price it makes for a very reasonable vacation.

We had a wonderful time exploring the Island of Grand Cayman and Spott's Beach house was a good home base. We stayed in the two bedroom condo. The condo was clean and fresh towels provided 2x during our week stay. The proximity to Spott's beach was nice but due to busy road we drove anyway instead of walking. We did not find that it was a bad area and did at no time feel unsafe. You will definitely need a car if you stay here. The only thing that we found was missing was a better equipped kitchen. Salad bowls, mixing bowls, pitcher for juice would all be nice. For the price Spott's beach house was good. We had friends visit the condo and they were impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness. We would stay here again, the only thing we missed was a verandah to overlook the ocean in the evenings, but you can't have everything when looking at cost. We didn't have many conversations with the owner but when we did he seemed pleasant. Hope this helps those considering this property.

I can't find words to describe that worst possible experience.
We booked a 2-bedroom house, confirmed it with the owner, and once arrived, it turned out to be a 1-bedroom house. It was 4 of us and the owner told us to go look for a place elsewhere. He was a very unpleasant person to deal with.
We had no cellular data service with us and asked his permission to use wifi in the house, however that wifi turned out to be a joke. Overall, even that 1-bedroom house turned out to be not as pretty as it was on a picture. It was very small and the furniture was simly a junk.
We had to spend a whole day of our vacation looking for a place to stay, and luckily found it. When we notified the owner about it, he said that he'll still charge us a cancellation fee of a full amount for 4 nights, as per cancellation policy. He was very rude and didn't want to even discuss the matter. He charged our credit card and we're still disputing the transaction with the bank.
To make things short, it is simply a false advertisement. He still advertises it as a 2-bedroom house, for the same price as we paid. I really hope he'll be soon banned from advertising so others won't have their vacations ruined.

• The a/c did not cool.
• The refrigerator did not work.
• They advertised a “short walk to a secluded beach”. The beach was not within walking distance and it was across a busy highway.
• The “modern décor” was far from modern. I’ve seen similar furniture at yard sales.
• The “fully equipped kitchen” had a mix of dishes, half of which were broken. There were two bowls and one of them were cracked so we had to share if we wanted cereal.
• The “34’ boat SCUBA ready” did not exist. The manager told us that it was being serviced but after several other complaints, he said that it was too much of a liability.
• The “washer and dryer” in the villa did not exist.
• The “near cruise ship port” was 20 minutes away. That is not “near”.
• Our trashcan was a paint bucket. That is hardly “moder décor”.
• When we asked for a trash bag, the manager told us that we were expected to replace the dish soap, paper towels and trash bags that we used.
• The pillow-top bed was also not a pillow-top.
• There were bugs.
• It was dusty and dirty and smelled like smoke.
We checked out and decided to dispute the charge due to false advertising.

I stayed here for a week and when I booked it is thought actually a beach house. It's miles to beach and this property is located in nasty neighborhood. Owner assured me it was safe. Second night someone broke in place and stold my laptop. In 6 nights place never cleaned. Like pulling teeth to get a clean towel. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!

Very large units located on the quite side of the Island. We enjoyed our stay and the owner actually met us at the airport to make sure we found the place. Spott's Beach is located just down the street where you can meet the local people and there is a small shopping center not to far away to buy groceries. You will need a car and be careful of the curbs located in the parking area. There are no real amenities other than the unit we stayed in was large, clean, and located in a nice quite community.
