Even before checking in I knew I’d have a good trip. The customer service rep Chrisann was so warm and helpful. Then when Keisha followed with the reservation details I received the same excellent customer service interaction. Checking in wasn’t bad but there was a slight miscommunication re the temperature checks at the gate but nothing too off putting. The facility is clean and well kept. Our rooms were comfortable and had most amenities needed. (Iron, ironing board, hangers, safe etc). The highlight of this stay was the food. Omg!! Every meal was exceptional. Even something as simple as a sandwich was a culinary delight. The Christmas meal and set up in the conference room was spectacular. Great attention to detail. We really felt like a part of a big family. The customer service was beyond exceptional. Keisha, the manager, was an excellent host. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The bartender (Andre) and server ( Dalwayne) were so amazing. This place checks all the boxes for a nice quiet low key getaway. Just returned home from a 3 night stay. Thank you Mackie for letting us know about VS. We loved it! The grounds are beautiful and the room are well maintained and clean. Each member of the staff greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinners were on point each day. Thank you for my special birthday drink. Without a doubt, we will be back!

I stayed at the Villa Sonate for 9 days in Dec 2019 I absolutely loved it . I gave it 5 stars because I think it deserved it. The room was clean and attractive, fresh clean towels . Genuine Jamaican breakfast every morning served most morning by the awesome Dallwayne . The chef made my American grandchildren alternate breakfast they requested. From the reception office to the security at the gate all the workers were pleasant and eager to give good service. If you want a quiet CLEAN environment to disconnect and rest this is the place to be and there is a private beach attached. Villa Sonate my favorite small hotel to be.

About 5 minutes from the main road, Villa Sonate was a great little place to stay. Attractions are close by, including Flavours Beach and Ocean Park Beach. The staff is very friendly, including the security at the gate. I spent one night here and I would stay here again. The room was very spacious. I didn't need to use the A.C. as the fan was adequate enough for me. The garden was beautiful and each room is named after a plant/flower. Cable is available and also a security deposit box. Food portions are very generous compared to other places. The food was okay. There are breakfast and dinner packages available. Breakfast included local cuisine, as well as a choice of continental breakfast. Dinner was a choice of two options with sides. Parking is limited. Outside bar has TV's, so you can catch up on some sports if needed. There is also a little "commissary" at the office, in case you forgot to pack toothpaste. Snacks are also available. Nice, intimate and cozy is how i would describe Villa Sonate. Excellent customer service. The staff members were quite efficient and kind. Big ups to the Chef, the meals were creative and tasty. I will definitely be back, not for work but for personal leisure time. Thanks for the great customer service, please keep it up!

Villa Sonate is amazing. The place is so relaxing. The staff anticipates your needs and are professional in their interaction but friendly at the same time. The food is AMAZING. I recommend this venue for people who want a quiet get-a-way or to hang out with close family and friends. I enjoyed every minute of my three days stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The chef made vegetarian food specially for us. Comfortable. Room was slightly small for 4 people. Overall we felt welcome and enjoyed it. It is close to Cardiff hall public beach, grotto caves.

My goodness. Villa Sonate is a little piece of heaven. The staff was wonderful!! My flight was delayed in Fort Lauderdale , I called them and of course they said no problem. My room key was left with the security guard. He was one of the sweetest guys I ever met!! The ladies at the front desk OMG...perfect!!! EVERYTHING was perfect.The view of the mountain at night will leave you speachless. We stepped out for a few minutes and housekeeping had our room cleaned and fresh towels before we got back. I will definitely be back for my birthday on Sept 4th!!! Check your email ladies and give me a call :)

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The price is great if you are traveling on a budget. The food was excellent. Overall a very comfortable feeling. The location is secure and not too far from local attractions. The ambiance was nice and laid back.

We just cant seem to get enough of this nice little property and all that they offer. Ms. Taylor the owner is superb....and she has an amazing team of staff that adds to her superior management. My family stayed here for 2 night in December 18-20 2016 and it just seems to get better and better each time. From the check in staff to the kitchen staff to the security team!!! TWO THUMBS UP... As for the owner Ms. Taylor...4 thumbs up! it was like my family hit the jackpot while we were at BREAKFAST and Ms. Taylor surprised us with her visit . We were all smiles.
