Great vacation, excellent resort
We had such a wonderful time at this hotel and we already booked to come with entire family for next Christmas and New Years’. The beach is simply fantastic, the staff is great and always helpful, restaurants (Jamaican, Asian and Italian) have excellent service and delicious food, out of this world SPA and beautiful spacious rooms are just some of the things that need to be mentioned. Accommodation was excellent - spacious and very clean room, comfortable bad with a good mattress, lots of closet space, great bathroom amenities, and plus you are right on the most beautiful beach with white sands and crystal clear water. The staff is amazing – very well selected, good spirited, always there to fulfill all you request and you truly feel welcomed. I must mention Davita and Adrian, but all staff is great. If you are a gourmet - you will enjoy it. Several restaurants with excellent food and beverage selection and you will not get bored with the same choice of food even if you stay a longer period. The lunch at the restaurant on the beach was a great experience - best jerk sauce we tried in Jamaica. Entertainment is very good, local dancing groups, reggae music, every night different type of amusement. Christmas party was wonderfully organized. To sum it all up - great vacation, great hotel. Will definitely be returning to paradise!
Beautiful hotel and amazing beach. We have only been to two other places that we would return to and now we have a third. Absolutely stunning hotel, grounds, wildlife, beach. Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. We booked a private taxi and would definitely recommend as took just under 90 mins transfer time but it passed quite quickly. Driver was very knowledgeable and gave us info as driving (both ways). It was like a personal tour. When we collected our luggage at the airport, we were handed our welcome pack which included our room keys so check in when we got to hotel was done in minutes! There’s also a coffee shop in reception (great idea!) that gives tea, coffee, sandwiches, snacks, cake etc.all day from 7am. All included in the all incl package too! Also a Burger/snack bar just off reception by the pool too. We booked the honeymoon swim up suite, amazing. Two bathrooms (his and hers:), sitting area, bedroom and two dressing areas/wardrobes (again, his and hers:) Beautiful corner plot with extended balcony that wrapped around two sides of the room. Out of the room and a few steps and we were on the beach, we never locked the patio door so we could nip in and out anytime. We aren’t beach people but every day was the beach! Stunning! We have travelled afar and have never seen such a beautiful beach and crystal clear waters, we were beginning to think it was a myth or photoshopped but now we have witnessed it. An early morning walk along the beach and you might be lucky enough to see a stingray in the shallow waters, beautiful. There is a bar and restaurant along the beach (2 mins walk) at The Boardwalk (where there’s an ATM cash machine if you need it). Little souvenir shops too should you also need clothes, jewellery, bags, Lilo, snorkel etc. There’s a shop on site at the hotel too that sells these but you can negotiate at the shops along the beach. The Pelicans were fascinating, flying over all the time and diving for fish right in front of you. Stunning. Snorkelling in the shore also good, beautiful angel fish and huge star fish! Security is on the beach as lots of venders selling their stuff(!:) as it’s a public beach. All very friendly though and amusing to watch. We were even sung to (obv you need a little cash for a tip if this happens, well you don’t have to but it’s the right thing to do). We didn’t do any trips other than snorkelling (small fee) and a 4 hour deep sea fishing trip ($150 to fish, $75 to watch/accompany other half). Would recommend both. Deep see fishing was a shared trip ($500 if you want the boat to yourself) but there was only one other couple on our trip so nice and cosy with the 4 of us). Caught lots of blackjack and a Barracuda!! Bobby and Tony were amazing, very friendly and helpful. I was only there for the ride but they asked if I wanted a little go at fishing! We booked at the water sports area at hotel and the girl and chaps there were so friendly and informative. We ate in the Italian twice, was nice to be served instead of buffet. Alwayne was amazing, an absolute star! We took him up on his recommendations and he didn’t disappoint. He even went out of his way and surprised us with a portion of chips:) Buffet was lovely too, all staff very attentive, Alexia was lovely to greet us each time we went. We travelled last week of August and hotel seemed pretty quiet, started to get busy again as we were leaving on 1st sept. Truly Relaxing Vacation
This was our second trip to Azul Beach Resort in Negril, Jamaica and, once again, it more than exceeded our expectations. My husband and I spent a week in a beautiful suite, attended to by two wonderful butlers, Rashane and DJ, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. A varied selection of restaurants to choose from, an amazing spa where we each had three massages, and a beautiful beach made our stay so special. Thanks to all who always greeted us with smiles and a positive attitude throughout the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything you need is a few minutes away from you, beach, room, food, bars A big shout out to "TRAVELL" in housekeeping, he was so helpful to us also to "patricia" who served us our ice-cream everyday. I would say change your money to USD everything is priced in USD not Jamaican dollars

Memorable family vacation
We just visited Azul in Negril, Jamaica. One of the most beautiful places we have visited as a family. We loved it so much it was our second time there in less than a year! The resort is very clean, and the staff are extremely accommodating. We met Cameisha during our first visit. We had a swim up room that connected us to her swim up bar. From the first day we met her she greeted us each day with a a smile and chatted with the kids. Such a beautiful lady. The staff definitely helped make our vacation a memorable one. The beach is incredible. The water was so clear and the kids got to explore some small local fish. The beach is also just minutes away from any room. Our room this time was close enough that we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean. ❤️❤️ The Italian restaurant was fantastic, and so was the Garfield BBQ lunch. We will definitely be back!!…

I would like the email address for azul sensatori hotel jamaica please
Hi, I have booked an adults only room with limited sea view.... however wondering if I should upgrade to a swim up room? Is it worth it? We like to relax on our balcony with a view. Also I have heard that blocks 1 and 2 are dated, where is the best location to ask for and is it possible to upgrade to premium? Is this worth it?
Hi. Blocks one and two are the nicest view but they need upgrading as damp and smelly furniture but they do get a lot of people through them. Don't bother with swim up rooms as the mosquitos are horrendous so take a good spray. Water also very cold. The beach is lovely and sea very warm. Premium rooms are nice but the beach is rather packed at that end of the resort so up to you. The Asian Restaurant is lovely and also the bars at that end are all done up. Kids go in Adults bit too so not much advantage of paying the extra, you are in Jamaica and ppl are laid back. You will enjoy it as i don't think they could cope with the extra guests at Xmas and New Year. Royalton and Hideaway are nicer hotels. This one just needs some money spending on it and upgrading. Premium are the new blocks so up to you as you can sit anywhere on the resort beach wise.

Is this resort a good option for families with kids age 10 and 13? It seems more geared toward adults.
Looking at booking 2 Premium Ocean-View Suites. A couple questions...do they have connecting rooms at the resort? Also, would these rooms be in the newer portion of the resort? Do these rooms have 'premium' services? If so, what are they? There seems to be so many differences between classifications? Looking to arrive in Aug 2020. Wanting to make sure that I'm booking an area that will not be under renovation if that is the case. Thanks in advance!
Sorry cannot answer most of these. Depending on the view you really want, there is a difference between ocean view and beach view with beach being the best view. Our beach front honeymoon suite (not on our honeymoon) was fabulous. It was in the older section but the adults only part. We tried to book a premium suite with butler 7 months in advance but they were all booked so sooner is better. There are more beach chair options on the premium side v non premium but we got one each day. Non premium in buildings 1-7, premium is 8-12
