Place for Relaxation
I needed a getaway for relaxation and comfort. This resort has it all: great food and drinks, pools, activities, great live music, and more importantly the staff. They're professional and friendly. William and Enrique made the resort be fun and relaxing. William's a reliable butler in handling minor issues and recommending events, while Enrique always find ways to enjoy your time at the resort. Overall, it's the best place for total relaxation.

Wonderful Anniversary Experience
We had a wonderful time on our trip to the Dominican Republic and TRS Cap Cana. The property was beautiful, food was phenomenal and all the staff was amazing. My wife and I are learning Spanish and the staff was very helpful in trying to understand our requests. They made us feel like we were family. My wife got sick one night the staff went above to help me find something to settle her stomach and make her feel better. This was my second time to the country but her first, but after the amazing time we had we're probably sure to return. Most importantly I want to shout out some people who made our trip even more memorable than it already was (hopefully i don't forget anyone): Juan Luis, Cerlyn, Johanna, Starling, Xiorkis, Felipe, Maximo, Julian, Brauly, Cristian, Andersol, Geomar, Adonis, Cristian (Bellboy) & Bayron. Bayron was great
Bayron was very amazing, attentive, and helpful. He made our stay a breeze. Linda (receptionist) not so much, but everyone else made up for her. Maybe she was having an off few days. I would recommend this resort as it’s adult only and the view is lovely.

Amazing Place!!
We just got back two days ago and wish I was still there. I’d definitely go back again. The staff were amazing, I loved the entertainment team, the beach was nice and so quiet, not crowded at all and it was easy to find chairs and cabanas. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant and all restaurants accommodated my allergies. The room was big and clean and the bed was comfy. We had a swim up room and loved it. Don’t hesitate to go here. Bonus is how close it is to the airport too and it’s within the gated and secure Cap Cana area.

8 beautiful perfect days!
We had a wonderful stay at TRS Cap Cana! Loved the location, food, drinks, pools and the fabulous staff. I have never had a personal butler before, thanks Mariano for your guidance throughout our stay. Enrique encouraged us into more dancing and activities than we would have normally tried and We had a blast together. This was the cleanest and best kept resort that we have visited and all of the staff were great at their jobs. The New Years party was outstanding, extra effort has gone into everything. Thanks to Charley, Enrique and John for entertaining us with so much energy! The ratio of staff to guests kept us well looked after. No line ups or waits for anything. Marios, Anita and Hulio were great for looking after us down at the pool. Lots of space to chill in the sun or shade. No soliciting at the beach, very private location. We enjoyed free access to TRS Turquessa as well as the adjoining Palladium resorts, including the food and drink there. It was a $45 taxi ride about 45 minutes away and easily arranged. They have the better beach access but busier location. It would have been helpful to have some Spanish phrases. I’m used to cruises where English is the common shared language and forgot that I should be ready to speak a little Spanish. There were lots of amusing miscommunications, very few staff members are fluent in English. …

Is there a sister resort, that you have access to, for more dining options?
We are coming the last week of October is there a way of letting reservations know that I would like 2 doubles instead of a king in a swim up room I know I can't count on Apple Vacations to do it they have screwed up in the past. And my husband would like to know what beer is in your room frigde and out at the bars. I would like to know if this is a Pepsi or Coke hotel.
We had Coke and Diet Coke in our room refrigerator. We had Bud Light in room and Mexican beer around the resort. You can also reach out to the hotel directly before tour trip. They are great and will accommodate your requests!! Have fun.
