I am very happy to spent a few days at this all adult inclusive resort. Everything was great. I had a really great bday experience with some of the employees at the hotel such as: Javier, was absolutely great. He was always available for us and he helped us all with all our needs. He took the time to plan with my kids and husband my room bday decoration, and the table setting decoration. Juan Luis, Adonis and Jamsiel were up to the point with our food, drinks and they were so happy to assist us. I am so happy I was able to meet then and spent my bday with them. They made us feel special.

My stay at the TRS Cap Cana was beautiful. The service was the BEST service I have ever had in a resort and I’ve been to a lot. Our butler Javier was the most helpful guy on the resort. We came here with our family to celebrate my mother’s birthday and Javier took every worry off our hands and made her dreams come true. He decorated the room, set up a surprise dinner, and even helped with other extracurricular activities. My mom was so happy with her stay because of his assistance and we are so grateful. I will definitely return one day. A few other employees made this trip very fun and lively including Jose Miguel, Juan Luis Xiomara, Sabrina, Hanziel(I think that was his name). 10/10

Service was exceptional. Food was very good. Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Small beach but the perfect place if you just want to relax. We had COVID results in 5 minutes from onsite doctor.
