Amazing Resort

We went to Zoetry for New Year and had the most amazing time! The food was excellent and we had incredible service starting with our concierge Carlos who made sure we were statified at all times and booked some activites for us. Thank you Carlos! Everyone is very welcoming and happy to help you and does it with a smile. The resort is also very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the clomplementary horseback riding and massage, which we highly recommend! We would definetely go back!!

This was our first visit to the DR, and we loved it. The people are so friendly and happy at this resort. That translated into excellent service and a genuine interest in our having a good time. If you are looking to party and have lots of action and crowds, this resort is not for you. There are activities, but it is more of a zen experience—low key and understated. The beach and extensive pools were gorgeous, and there’s a swim-up bar! Our personal Concierge WILL was outstanding. Anything we needed, I just texted Will and it appeared. Another outstanding employee was WILKIN, a server, who went out of his way for us. The food was another big plus. An all inclusive resort, all meals, drinks and tips were included. This was very convenient, and the quality was surprisingly good. There are 4 restaurants on the resort, each with its own cuisine, so we didn’t get bored. The grounds were gorgeous. Attendants were constantly maintaining them. The rooms were spacious. We had a penthouse suite, with an ocean view and huge balcony. We also had a very large hot tub out there. There were only a few minor hiccups that were promptly addressed. …

Paridise at Zoetry

Regretfully we had to leave - but we vow to go back! Beautiful room, beach, pool & spa, Excellent service from everyone from check-in to check-out. Four different a-la-carte restaurants to choose from and lobby entertainment every night. A real wellness vacation. (except for the husband's snoring!!)

Paradise at Zoetry Punta Cana

We have just returned from a magnificent stay at Zoetry Punta Cana. We stayed in suite 164,a romantic swim up with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. I would highly recommend this suite. The food and service were amazing. I cannot say enough about the staff, especially our butler, Will, who was always touching base to ensure we were happy and surprised us with the most beautiful 10th anniversary evening. We are already planning when we can return! Thanks to the Zoetry staff for such an amazing vacation!

Anniversary!

We had a wonderful time, and Enrique Eli was wonderful to work with! He was always available, extremely friendly, and got us whatever we needed when we needed it. Hola, como estas? We will be staying at Zoetry Punta Agua for 15 nights at the beginning of May 2020, to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. We stayed at Secrets Punta Cana for our 10th, and Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita for our 15th wedding anniversaries, and looking forward to this upcoming stay. We understand that access to the spa water facilities is included, and we are a very active couple and wanted to enquire about tennis and golf options; any recent photos of your exercise facility (is it modern with free weights?); do you have a beach volleyball court?; plus what else is included as we have read that horse back riding is included? We also have many other activities as part of our inclusions like; Yoga, Horseback riding, cocktail workshop, Aqua Cycling, Cooking demonstration, Painting workshop and a lot more. We do offer water sports like Kayak, Diving lessons, hobbie cat or Snorkeling. We do have good snorkeling spots nearby. Kitesurf, SUP and paddleboards are available upon request with additional cost. Also if you would like to book any other water sport outside of our facilities, like fishing, diving, surfing, Catamaran or more. Through our water sports team on the beach you can arrange this. Regarding the Spa, as part of our Endless Privileges program you have free access to the hydrotherapy area: Steam, Jacuzzi, Finnish Sauna, Indoor Pool, Inox Bubble Beds, Sensation Showers.
