We were very happy with this resort. The food was good, the breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from, the room service food was phenomenal. The service provided was amazing. There was one day we chose not to have the maid come in and clean our room, so we received a phone call early in the evening asking if there was anything we needed and if our room was okay. We were very happy with that. The drinks were great. Our mini fridge was stocked daily with coke, sprite, orange Fanta, water and peanuts! No issues with the wifi connection all week. We enjoyed hanging out in the Punta Cana lobby at night as the entertainment was great! Every few minutes we would have our drinks replenished and was asked if there was anything else needed. The only bad thing I can say was how long of a wait there was when we arrived and were checking in.. more staff was needed for that process as there was an entire bus load of people that they were expecting to arrive and only two people working the front counter. Over all, this was an amazing trip, staff was very friendly, service was good! Would definitely return and recommend this hotel. …

Wonderful vacation time!!
This resort exceeded our expectations!! After reading many reviews, we were uncertain of this trip, but I am glad we went. We had an incredible time. The hotel was super clean, and the staff is top notch. We loved the layout of the resort with access to many restaurants and bars everywhere. Also, great food selection at the buffets and A la Carte (something for everyone). Our favorite restaurant was Kuzco (Peruvian). Jordanis our waiter was exceptional and very knowledgeable with the menu selection. We sure miss him...:) At the bars and the pool, everyone went above and beyond for us every single day and night we were there. Jesus at the lobby knew ours drinks and didn’t even have to ask...him and Jonathan greeted us like family with such warmth which had us coming back every time. Carlos, Santos and Santa (Pool bar) were always making sure we had a GOOD fresh drink and always serving us with a smile. Carlos makes the best Caipirinhas...this did not go unnoticed :). As for the entertainment team, we had a marvelous time with Rosa Coral Guzman and Dauri, they are phenomenal and very talented. Rosa always had a smile for us and make us feel loved...overall, we had a great time at the pool with them. The beach was okay (except for the seaweed); but the best part of my trip was my room. Yoly always kept it clean and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in the room. She is a wonderful person and we sure wish her the best in life. To me is not the place or the food that makes a trip special, but the people that you meet along the way and their stories…...we love you guys.…

Great Resort
The resort and its amenities are fantastic. The food is delicious. The only con is the amount of haggling and upselling. Very stressful at times. Other than that, we had a great time for a wedding destination trip.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY and TOO MANY PEOPLE BOTHERING YOU TO BUY SOMETHING EVERYWHERE IN THE HOTEL ON THE BEACH AT THE POOL
My wife and I stayed here December 25 2019 until January 01 2020. We were travelling with a two other families and we had a good time but this resort is not worth the money and I’ll tell you why. The biggest reason I won’t stay here ever again is all the people trying to sell you stuff everywhere all the time there is nowhere to get away from them besides your room. People who work on the resort are not the most friendly. They aren’t rude or anything but they definitely don’t seem super excited you are staying there. If you want a pop or something and it’s not 10am they will sit there and play on their phone in front of you and tell you they aren’t open. The entertainment group Freddy, Juan and Obama specifically do a good job trying to keep people involved. We had a lot of fun with these guys and they work really hard to help people have a good time. The room the room we had was ok not luxurious by any means and it was run down. The toilet wouldn’t flush we had them fix it. The blinds were broken, the shower drain was broken, the safe in the room also was not functional again we called and had someone come fix it. We don’t spend a lot of time in our room so it’s not like this ruined our trip but the room was run down for sure just like a lot of stuff around the resort. The resort is showing its age. Food at the resort is ok buffet seems ok except for the giant cockroach climbing on the wall behind the cook lol. Full disclosure that was the only one I saw. I think the best place to eat is the lunch buffet near the beach to me it had the best options. The beach is very nice at this resort we spent a lot of time there however the vendors are relentless and super annoying. The pool at this resort is not that great because there is only one main pool and it can get busy at times. The people are still bothering you to buy stuff even at the pool. The swim up bar was ok but the resort doesn’t really have any fun drinks you can get slushies with rum or a beer but don’t expect anything too fancy. The 24 hour bar and food place Extra Time was great. The people who work here really do a good job. We had a good vacation but my wife and I both agree it is not worth the money and we won’t be returning.…

Great vacation
The beaches were beautiful!! You can walk a couple mile in each direction. We don’t drink so can’t comment about the alcohol but the food was great. Didn’t have to wait ever. The staff was great and the property is beautiful. They have plenty of long golf carts to drive you back and forth to the beach, but we walked it every time. We were about as far from the beach you could be and it was just a couple of blocks to the beach(keep in mind that just a reference, there isn’t any actual street in the resort just very wide walking paths). We would absolutely stay there again.

Do the swimming pools vary in depth? How deep are they ?
Hello Dellof, The pool's depth varies from hotel and hotel because our property has 04 hotels, but the adult side of the pools is at worst 0.90 mts (3 ft) roughly. Regards! Gelson

Hi! I would like to know if they have any alternatives for vegans or for someone with gluten allergy. Thank you!
Yes they do. When you check in inform them of your diary restrictions and they will give you a card to present when you go into restaurant. They also ask every time before you enter if you have allergies or restricted diet. Highly recommend, we were a group of 90 and nobody was sick.

Visiting in February, we booked a good room however I was wondering if I could email and get pictures of the type of room and view I booked and if there’s potential any upgrades possible? Thankyou
I emailed through tui app and requested pool view you and higher floor room. They did accommodate us with this
