We have been to Punta Cana four times over the past few years and stayed at the Grand Palladium three of those times. While only the Palace and TRS were open due to the decreased volume from Covid, we had another wonderful experience. Even though vaccinated, there was never a time that we felt unsafe or at risk of Covid transmission. The pool and beach were not crowded and we received our usual extraordinary service from William at the pool bar. He makes everyone he meets and serves feel special and like they are a part of his family. The food was great as per usual, but it would have been helpful if it was explained to us that the Poseidon restaurant was converted to a different specialty restaurant on each night instead of the specialty restaurants being open in their normal locations. We will continue to come back and stay at this wonderful property in the future.…

This has been such a great vacation spot! We’re staying for 5 days and cannot recommend it enough. From the views, to the food and drinks - pretty much amazing. I would say customer service is their strongest point. Every single staff member is highly attentive - making sure we’re all enjoying ourselves (the many times drinks were offered to me :P) Re: COVID, tons of safety measures, so I’ve felt super safe throughout the trip. Empty beach, empty pools, social distancing, daily temperature check when going in to restaurants, luggage disinfecting when you first get to the resort, AND they also do the covid test for you (complimentary) in the same property prior to your home country. I will definitely come back again!

We had a great experience and we look forward to staying here again when covid leaves. The food was amazing. Our favorite beer Luigi great and the supervisor Julissa amazing service. Italian cuisine and grilled steak I recommend.

We are just wrapping up our first family vacation in two years. We are so glad to have stayed at the Grand Palladium Palace- as other reviewers have mentioned, all guests have been moved to just 2 out of the 4 properties to comply with social distancing and keep a relatively low occupancy. The reason for my review today is to shoutout the amazing staff in this hotel. Every person we met on the property was so gracious and kind. They were truly in tune with every need and anticipated what we would need before we could even ask. The staff at Poseidon were top tier. They handled breakfast, lunch and dinner with a smile and efficiency that is unmatched. Each night the restaurant shifted from Mexican, to Italian and even a steakhouse. They treated us like family! Thank you to Vicky for always welcoming my family and taking such good care of us. Thank you the the ladies and gentlemen who made sure we were always taken care of.
