Family Vacation

Staff were friendly and accommodating.. See William at the pool bar, he'll take care of you. Eddie and entertainment staff were excellent. Rooms and bathrooms around the facility were clean. Several food and restaurant options which was great. I didn't like being bothered by the sales staff for spa, travel club, etc.. Sports facilities were good for kids but need to take a shuttle. Beach was nice. I'd love to go back.

Another wonderful week in Paradise !!!!

We spent the week of May 13 – May 20 at the beautiful Grand Palladium Palace. It was our 7th visit to this wonderful resort, and we could not have asked for better service. From check in to check out all of the employees were fantastic. Our room in the 8400 Section was in the perfect location. It was close to the Palace Lobby, the beach and the pools, and we even had a slight view of the ocean from the balcony. The maids were terrific and our refrigerator, coffee and water were restocked as we requested. That high tub was hard to get in and out of for me, but the wooden step helped a little. We ate Breakfast at the “Las Torres” buffet at the Palace every morning and enjoyed the variety. Lunch everyday was at “Bohio”. We had dinner at both the “La Torres” as well as the “La Catedral” buffet, Sumptuori for the Japanese cooking show, the El Dorado Steakhouse, Italian at Chef Raffaele, Mexican at La Adelita, and our favorite, La Paisana the “Proveleto” starter was marvelous, and all of the meats were delicious. I even indulged in an amazing massage by Ana Maria at the Zentropia Spa!! It was an entire week of walking on the beach and relaxing by the pools, eating great food, and being pampered. We can’t wait until our next visit. …

Typical all-inclusive resort, everything done on a shoestring, cheap chemical booze, dubious branded booze, everything tastes of carbonated water, l watered down? same old-same old food everywhere, nothing different, all tastes the same, disinterested tip driven staff, damp smelling rooms, small beds, lost of aggressive poolside sales people for a gated community. I could go on and on... Positives, nice weather, resort clean’ish. Wouldn’t return, disappointed.

Great place!

Amasing service, great food and awesome beach! You are greeted with a very refreshing cold towel and someone to cary your bags! Lots of different foods and very allergy aware! If you have medications that need an extra fridge, you can just ask the front desk and it will be delivered! Also there many different places to eat and many different bars. Note: the bar's drinks are free! Also looks amasing! The beachfront is very big with many lounge chairs with umbrellas! There are also many different free cabs to ride you around the resort! There are many different swimming pools and they all have swim in bars! The resort staff are very nice and know many different languages! There is entertainment every night for free! This resort is like a living heaven!

Great Vacation

Property is large and you have access to all amenities of each resort. Lobby staff was always helpful with requests we had. Extra fridge, clothes hangers, fixed a few small issues with room. Sports complex is excellent and we enjoyed the restaurants and 4 buffet restaurants. We didn't have time to try them all! Japanese restaurant is a must try! Beach is really nice, large and great sand. All staff we met were friendly and helpful we would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a fun carribean vacation!

Can you let me know the bed situation on a lock off room sleeps 6/4 at the palace section? We are traveling thru RCI exchange and we are 4 adults. Wondering if possibly to get two King beds in both rooms.

Hi all - for those who have stayed in a loft suite, I have 3 questions... 1) What building numbers/room numbers would you recommend? 2)Which loft suite buildings have an ocean view? 3) From photos it looks like the entrances to the loft suites are on the second floor/higher floors. Do they have slimline tonic at the bars? If so what brand please. Went all inclusive with Hyatt in Mexico and had to go out and hunt for slimline in the shops

Hello Ian, Unfortunately, we do not have this type of tonic, but I certainly tell you that in the super markets located 5 minutes outside the hotel you can find different slimline tonics such as "Schweppes". Regards! Gelson

I'm thinking about upgrading our room to a Swim Up Junior Suite from a regular Jumior Suite. Does anyone know if the pool outside your room connects directly to the main pool without you having to get out of the water? Has anyone had experience of both rooms and would recommend it for the extra cost? Thank you in advance for your replies

Hello Ian P, The pool where swim-up suites are does not connect to the main pool at GP Palace. You have to get out of it and walk a bit. Regards! Gelson
