My family and I went for a week and stayed in building 19 with a swimout. The rooms were great and clean. We had swim out rooms but didn't use much with all the pool options and ocean so close. The DC bartenders Jose, Alexander and Francisco were amazing and attentive!! It would have been nice to have more options for food for the kids but somewhat understand with covid. The water activities and evening shows were great too! My family and I definitely would come back again.

Once we got passed our issues with our original property being closed and confusion of the Diamond Club check in, our stay at Bavaro was fantastic. The staff was the best resort staff I have ever experienced! Our waiters and waitresses provided the best service especially Roseanna in the Diamond Club, and both of the Joses and Fernando at the Diamond Club pool and beach. Jehandi always made sure we were treated well at the restaurants and picking the right wines. Alfredo from the SPA was a pleasure to see everyday and making sure we had all of our spa services scheduled. The SPA was amazing as well as the beach side massage. The fitness and exercise team was awesome!! The property was beautiful and was always kept very clean! The circus show was entertaining especially the bike act! I honestly could not find nothing to complain about this resort staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time special mention of a server I think his name was Robert that serve us on numerous occasion always professional we stayed at a time when the resort had a very low occupancy and we also stayed from a Monday to a Friday things to be noted you have to make a reservation for most of the restaurants some of the restaurants are closed due to covid the resort only have natural pools they're not heated so the water is almost always cold

We were originally supposed to go to turks but it got canceled due to our covid test expiring.... I came here specifically to right a review about the servers- Robert dniro gave the best service we’ve ever had he was SO happy funny and just a breath of fresh air. Our favorite restaurants were the Oceanside buffet for breakfast and the Brazilian for dinner! The servers do a great job and I would come back because they were that good. I would have given it 5 stars however the management could use some help. We wanted to upgrade our drinks and couldn’t because the “diamond package” was full but was tossed around between multiple different people before we could get an answer. If guests want to give the resort money they should find a way to only allow upgrading drinks. Especially with covid I think being a bit more friendly and coordinated would have helped. In addition better signage for where to go for covid testing and the ability to schedule online would have been nice. Overall food was amazing, rooms were clean, and so was the beach, we had a great time.…
