We absolutely LOVE TRS!!! The resort is beautiful and the staff is so nice. We have been there twice and enjoyed our stay more than any other resort. There are so many activities to do, we are never bored! They have fitness classes like yoga and pillates. There are also dance, food, and drink classes. There are shows every night and parties on the beach. We LOVE the entertainment staff. Albert, Julio, and Jeremiah are amazing and so much fun!! The food is great and there are so many choices!! I'm telling you, you could eat at a different restaurant everytime you're hungry for a whole week! Randy was our butler and he took great care if us. He made all our dinner reservations and even prepared a special birthday surprise! It is seriously home away from home for us. I absolutely love this place! The People Of Palace is amazing! I love Albessard and Chocolate. They make the resort have life! They always make sure we have fun! This is the best resort I’ve ever stayed in my entire life!!! TRS is the best resort and I WILL get married here in the future!🥰❤️ Randy is our butler and he was amazing! Always helped us out!

The POP staff “chocolate (Jeremiah), albessard (Alber) and eddy (eddy Murphy) were the life of our whole stay!! All the activities were fantastic and made our stay during COVID time the best!! The nighttime lobby shows are fantastic and the bartenders are fantastic as well! Dolores, marbel! The hibachi was our favorite but all dinners were fantastic! The BBQ grill at the pool was AMAZING! My girlfriend and I were significantly disappointed by the constant attempts to "up-sell" us at this supposedly all-inclusive resort. It was relentless and didn't stop until formal complaints were made.

Our stay was so wonderful. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. We were honored with a decorated room to commenerate our 7th anniversary. I loved that the hotel was very serious about Covid19 precautions. Everyone wore a mask and maintained social distancing. We plan to return again soon.
