Good hotel, Turkish breakfast, lovely staff and very good pool. Normally this is a very quiet hotel, we have stayed there before, but this year we had lots of noise from the restaurants and bars near to the hotel. The general cleaning of the room was very unpredictable as in a couple of days the room was cleaned by 3.00pm but on other days it was more like 5,.30 pm or even later, not very good when you wanted to have a shower and change of clothes. Rooms are very basic, the air conditioning was a bit expensive at £5 per day but if the weather is as hot as it was when we were there you certainly needed it. Hotel conformed with all the rules associated with Covid and it was checked out by the local police it ensure they were following all the rules.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the back of the hotel, you will find it a lot quieter.

This was my 5th stay at the Nazar hotel in Altinkum, Didim..the weather was gloriously hot so spent most days simply chilling by the pool, met a lovely family group of 11 from Liverpool who were the best of fun and great company. The hotel is basic, but its clean and comfortable and all procedures were in place to keep everyone as safe as possible from covid19 The Nazar is close to the seafront and all the bars, restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a 5+ star hotel then probably this isnt for you, but if you just want a base for a holiday in the sun without a huge price tag then try the Nazar, you may well be pleasantly surprised..

**DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL** This hotel is the worst i have ever stayed at, please check the rules of this place, they do not allow food or drink in your rooms, dont be fooled by thinking because jet2 use this hotel that it will be any good. never in all my travel have i seen a hotel stop you take food or drink into your room. you can pay a little extra to get a hotel with alot more. the breakfast was pathetic, same everyday with very little choice again look at other options self catering and cheap restaurants. DO NOT STAY HERE

Just back from the Nazar. Perfect location for the beach and Dolphin square. A great barbers right next door and a lovely restaurant Friends Bar on it’s door step with lovely service and food. Rooms are basic but very clean but there is no fridge in the room or tea/coffee making facilities. Didn’t bother us we just slept here. The air con is ok but in the cooler months this wouldn’t be an issue. The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Musa has great English if you need help. The pool is at the back of the hotel and is small but so clean. We didn’t take up the breakfasts but from what we saw it looked lovely. There is a lift at the hotel and 5 floors. Accessible reception by ramp or steps. The coaches can’t reach the hotel but only a little 2/3 minute stroll to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Don’t expect the Ritz be realistic it’s basic but comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Musa and Staff

The only good thing about this hotel is the position close to the beach.. I went here to meet up with my sister's...they arrived on the day they had thunderstorms in early hours 4am! Jet 2 left them at top of road outside Horizon Hotel...had to wade through water on road...although was wide enough for bus to get down.. Got to the hotel drenched....no help from Hotel...miserable not even offered towel or hot drink... Put them on fourth floor...guess what! Lift out of order.(After we asked to be together on lower flour..many times Manager said "No Problem") A kindly resident helped them with bags to the 4th floor...I was on the 2nd floor... The next day we complained and waited couple hours for lower floor room to be available... Room very basic No Fridge Air Con 4 pound a day Breakfast..boiled eggs left in cold water...giant tea bag in pot just keep adding hot water!! The dining room very dismall not cosy at all.. Sunday dinner advertised but when we went to enquire.....just said No...No Sunday lunch ..no explanation! We never made it to the pool...Towels put on beds early...and one side of the pool in shade!!!! The only good thing was it was close to the beach so we ended up there instead... Nazar need to get there act together We made the most of it for the week..roomd were cleaned when we put notices out.. Lots hotel in Altinkum so would not go back to NAZAR...sorry
