We booked standard twin A. The room is spacious for japan's accomodation. We arrived nearly midnite from kix by airport bus. Place is not far from ocat. Near the gate of shinsaibasi dontonbori area: Plus: Staff are friendly, even with their limited english, their helped us alot. There is one with fluent english helped us with delivering luggage to our hotel in tokyo Bar drink is heaven Laundromate 24h with coin is another plus Clean room everyday is upgrading our stay Min: Television channel is all japanesse channel...so tv is kinda useless. After exploring osaka city - kyoto/nara, my 4yo son is keep asking back for hotel 88. Glad that i pick the right one

Stayed for 5 nights in a standard twin room 24m2 (1 queen & 1 single bed), travelled with a toddler. The room was spacious, clean and beds were big n comfy. My toddler has space to run about. There was a self service laundry room. The location was superb, next to Namba subway entrance with lotsa eating options including takeaways. There was a supermarket “Life” located within 5mins walk. Staff were very polite. The free drinks n bring your own food breakfast area was comfortable and cosy. (I love the cafe latte! Comparable to doutor) On our check out day, the boss saw us struggling w our luggages and a toddler, he helped us with a luggage and personally walked us to the train station (leading us to secret escalators so we don’t have to lug our luggages down the stairs). Nice, clean and spacious. Will definitely stays here the next time I visit Osaka. Super friendly staffs. There are free flow of beverages and microwave at pantry near the lobby. There is a free for everyone to play pool table.

I had booked to stay here and when I arrived me and the receptionist soon worked out that I’d booked the wrong date! He was so so SO helpful, he rang the people I booked through so I could get a full refund, helped me to find another hotel in the area (as they were fully booked and I can see why), they offered me a free drink and let me use their WiFi to book somewhere else. This was my first stop in japan and I was so disappointed (in myself) that I didn’t get to stay here because it looked amazing, although I will never forget how helpful the staff were and I wanted to say THANK YOU!

Found this hotel with reasonable price. Love the modern interior design and they even provided free drinks, microwave and massage chairs!! Location – Right in the central of Shinsaibashi. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Namba Station, 15 minutes walk from Kuromon Ichiba Market. Facilities - FREE drinks and massage chairs at the lobby!! Love the “Handy” phone in our room which I used it around Osaka as a GPS. They even have microwave and hot water for our night time snacks. Room – Spacious room, big bed! Though there are steps at the entrance, not sure if that’s a Japanese culture or what. Anyway, unlike those business hotels with tiny rooms in any Japan cities, I can literally open my suitcase and leave it open! Service – Quick response with good English and taught us how to…

Stayed for 3 nights and loved every bit of the experince. Unlike other hotels, the rooms were big enough to open the suitcases yet still have space to walk around. It is a clean and new hotel. What I loved the most is that they have complimentary massage chairs in the lobby! They also provide free flow drinks with various choices. Although they don't have breakfast, it is not a main issue as the location is close to many different restaurants. Staff is helpful too! Would love to come back for the next visit. Couldn't really fault the hotel at all. It was a great location, very clean, and insanely spacious! There are free soft drinks and hot drinks in the front reception. The hotel reception staff were also very helpful.

Great location and friendly environment. Rooms were clean, bathroom with fantastic toiletries. Unlimited amount of drinks at lobby cafe for free. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the massage chairs at lobby and of course superb laundry area. Will definitely come back

Hotel is perfectly located near the Namba subway which allows you to walk all the way to many stations, Dotombori where there are many eateries and shops. Even in the subway there are plenty of eateries. Hotel is clean and well managed. Hotel front staff are very nice and helpful. Speaks English. Hotel has a space for guests to have their own meals as there are no cafe or dining-in. Bedrooms are very clean and well-equipped. Very good experience. Would stay here again for next visit.

Location of the hotel is good! Walking distance from Namba OCAT Station. JR and subway are nearby too. The room is clean and spacious!!! Wifi connection in the room is good. The hotel staff is friendly. They are able to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. We love the hotel lobby as there are tables and chairs for us to sit around to relax. There is a pool table and the children love it! It's a pity after 10pm they are not able to play the pool. The only feedback we want to give is the material of the bedding set is too rough. Overall, is a nice stay for our family. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Osaka!
