Stayed in this hotel for five nights during a recent trip to Japan.

We arrived from the airport past 10PM. The staff stationed at the check-in desk were efficient and it didn't take long before we got to our rooms to get some much-needed rest.

We booked two Double Rooms that had all the basic amenities that you would expect in a hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were tiny (as expected) but this wasn't much of an issue and we knew that this was common in Japan. The toilet did have heated seats which was very much appreciated especially during the winter months. WiFi was decent and the rooms had plenty of sockets, including USB ports by the bedside. Items like hair brushes, combs, and tea sachets were available for free at the lobby.

As what many others have said, the hotel is in a great location. It's just a few steps away from the Nippombashi Station and a short walk to Dotonbori Street where all the action is. There are several restaurants nearby as well as several convenience stores.

Highly recommended!

It is a nice hotel located at Nippombashi area. It us very convenient to Kuromon market, Dotonburi, and only few stations away to Namba station and few more to Umeda station. Personally like this hotel for its location, but facilities like DIY laundry needs to improve like having more washing machines at different levels. Only 3 machines serving so many guests, 1 night I have to wash around 11.30pm. Also, the breakfast counter needs some changes on a daily basis. Imagine you stayed 4 nights and everyday eating the same food. Otherwise, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located close to Dotonbori but several subway stops from Osaka and Shin Osaka stations. For those with a JR Pass, JR Namba station is a 15-20 minute walk or a subway ride away. So, the location is convenient to visit Dotonbori or Nara but less so to visit Kyoto or Himeji (or use the Shinkansen). The room was clean and modern but compact and there was limited space to put clothes (a hanging rail but no drawers). The room had a kettle, fridge, and air purifier. There were free amenities (coffee sachets, tea bags, toiletries) on a trolley in the lobby area. There were vending machines and microwaves located off the lobby. The front desk provided free luggage storage on check out.

i love the hotel because we can just go to and fro to dotonbori where you can taste the sumptous street foodi. I tasted the kobe beef which was so softe it melts in the mouth. It is also near the market where you can buy delicious food of Osaka. I tasted the sweet fuji apple, sweet huge strawberries and saw huge crabs. The rom was cleaned daily and room amenities were restocked daily too. The service crew were kind in assisting us.

We stayed for 6 nights 7 days in this hotel. So, here are the things I like: 1. Perfect location- it's in the heart of doutonbori and close to practically everywhere! 2. Since the location is great, we got to save money and energy. We don't need to travel far to get to the places we planned to see. 3. The front desk are so helpful, especially in giving directions. 4. Check In and Out are such a breeze.

Now for the things I don't like:
Hard Pillows
Not So Soft Bed
A little dusty room

I would say the room is too small but this is Japan, alright?

Compact modern Rooms, centrally located to Dotonburi and the Markets. Good room commodities to include comfy PJs (!) but very small bathrooms that didn’t smell very fresh during our stay-might have been as they were doing building work. But still a great convenient base from which to site see.
For those wanting to use them - Laundry facilities available and well priced and fast but the drying facilities didn’t work well at all.

First off, I believe most hotel rooms in Japan are small, similar to large cities in Europe or New York. But it seemed that the room here was even smaller. Maybe it was the configuration? Anyways, we had no place to really open our luggages. We had to stack them on one another. Other than the room, I’d avoid the breakfast buffet. Maybe choose it for one day because it’s the same food everyday. No changes the 5 days we were there. Staff were friendly when approached. The main reason why we chose this hotel was due to proximity to Dotonbori area. It was literally less than 500 steps from the hotel’s entrance. We spent almost all of our time around Osaka & Kyoto. If you need a place to just sleep and you’re priority is about location then this is a solid option. But if you’re looking for a little more amenities & space this isn’t probably the right place for you.

Great location, one block away from the river, near the famous bridge with bright signs around.

Hotel room is very small, and the beds are not the most comfy, Ac, even though it's central, works well.

Facility includes vending machines, microwaves and laundry.

Breakfast buffet is very complete with Japanese and western options.

If you want to save time, money and energy, choose this hotel. This hotel is strategically located n Doutonbori. We usually spend a lot of time, money and energy in metro in Tokyo. With this hotel in Osaka, you get all the convenience. We had a hard time sleeping on our first 2 days as the pillows are not soft and bed is not so comfy. That's why I only rated 4. If location is your priority, this is it!
