Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for 4 nights when we were exploring Osaka during cherry blossom season. Hotel was modern. Room was small comparing to western standard but functional. The bathroom is a bit different than the west. The shower head is outside of the bathtub in a small space(area where you can sit and scrub yourself clean before going to the tub for a good soaking). Toilet is a separate room and sink is near the door entrance. Other than this, room is very good and not too noisy(we requested to stay on the side of the street instead of the train tracks that go to Namba station). If you like train spotting, you should ask to stay on the side of the train tracks. Another good thing is the hotel is closed to Lawson convenience store. A good place to pick up drinks and food. And not few hundred feet away is the shopping mall, very convenient. Furthermore the hotel is about 15min to 20min walk to Dotonbori area. After a spending noisy time in a touristy area, its nice to go back to a quiet home base for a restful night. Lastly for the most part, hotel was cleaned with the exception of carpet near sitting area. There was spotty obvious stain/dirt on the carpet. I wish they would have done a better job cleaning it. Other than this, a good place to stay.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent location in south namba (a quiet area of namba) with a lawson just outside the hotel, a huge yamada in front (don’t forget to check it out, prices were super fair) and restaurants all within walking distance. It was nice to be in the heart of namba but still have some peace and quiet.
We stayed in a connecting room, beds were super comfortable, amenities were well stocked (from the lobby) and rooms were a decent size. Rooms were cleaned everyday which we appreciated but we did notice that over several days, dirty and used glasses and cups were left behind. This was not a one off, but happened several times over a 9 night stay which left us a bit confused. Not a deal breaker, just found it strange. Everything else in the room was spotless and i appreciated that mineral water was replenished in our rooms each day.
The lobby was aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable with lounge and plants. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and greeted us everytime we passed by.
What we appreciated the most was the complimentary drinks stations in the lobby which offered a Starbucks machine (fantastic, we used everyday) and a soft drink/juice dispenser. We would get snacks at lawson on the way home and grab some drinks for a nightcap after a long day on our feet. We would stay here again, thank you for a wonderful experience in our favourite city in Japan, Osaka 😊

Hotel is conveniently located near Nankai Namba station where many shopping malls can be found nearby. Within walking distance to famous spots such as Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, etc.
Was pleasantly surprised by the room which comes with kitchenette and washing machine/dryer. Laundry pods are also provided in the room and it smells so good! Am amazed that the smell stays on even after days of washing. Totally love the smell of the laundry pod and wondering what brand is it.
The room was clean and spacious, which is definitely a plus when most other hotel rooms are generally small in Japan. Bed is comfortable though pillow firmness can be improved on (a common problem in all hotels around the world).
Highly recommended. Would love to stay in this hotel when I visit Osaka again in future.

Fantastic location about a 5-6 min walk on the promenade from the Namba Nankai station so if you are arriving from Kansai airport take the Rapit train express and it takes only 35-40 min. Check in is through a self serve kiosk but really straightforward. Before the elevators , grab single packets of Sekkisei facial products. Shampoo , conditioner and body wash are provided in the room. We had a view overlooking the trains which is soothing to watch . The lobby has a coffee machine and soda and juice. There is a Lawson’s just outside the main entrance .

This hotel is well located next to the Namba Parks mall with easy access to Namba station for the airport and other train lines.
About a 10 minutes walk to the Dotonbori shopping area. Restaurants very close by.
This hotel still feels new and modern. We were in a double room and found it comfortable, clean and new though a little on the small side. There is little room for open luggages etc; no hooks etc to hang towels - even in the bathroom.
Bathroom was clean and modern; it had both a shower and bathtub. Shower area was roomy. Good strong hot water.
Amenities are in your room or from a stand near reception. Staff were polite and helpful.

We stayed in a quadruple room, equipped with kitchenette, very convenient for breakfast. Large room, more than Japanese standards, complete with every comfort, and the washing machine that saved my life! Tactical position! Recommendation

The room was very well planned. Even if it was small it worked out for us family of four. We loved their kids amenities specially the pajamas. Gets busy during check in and check out but the staff was able to handle everyone well. A bit of a walk to the Nankai line. We love how we can have our food stored in their freezer to bring home on our flight back.

Hotel very well located , close to dotombori and next to some of the large shopping centers of the Namba area. In fact it has direct and pedestrian access to namba station, ideal for going to the airport and other areas
Correct and well equipped rooms with the latest technology
But I can't rate it better since the cleanliness is poor. The carpets of the corridors and very dirty rooms with abundant stains. My room was left uncleaned one of the days and the day they did it and they didn't try very hard
A shame because the situation and so on is exceptional but you can't convey that image

5 of 5! Location cannot be beat! So easy to get too from KIX, you just get off at Namba Nankai and its connected to Namba Parks (which is a shopping complex) & its open atrium so regardless what time you arrive or leave the walk is always convenient & you dont have to lug your luggages in streets or carry them up flights of stairs.
Lots of food options around the Namba area, lawson near the entrance of the hotel, ramen place that is open until 12mn, quick sushi place also near the entrance.
Very quick walk to get to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, etc.
It was perfect!

The hotel was filled with loud Chinese tourists who do not seem to care about other guests. I could not believe that the parents let their kids run around screaming in common areas such as the lobby and breakfast area. I was not able to relax.
The hotel itself was nice and clean. A little walk from Namba station but close to Dotonbori. Breakfast was okay but definitely something wrong with scrambled eggs (you had to use a straw to successfully eat them).
