This was my second time to stay in Ryokan private room with bathroom at this hotel that made me know a shortcut to Asakusa station by walking through Sensoji temple. Good Location, Staff, Service, Facilities & Clean Room with complimentary local sweet and tea as usual. It is value for money and time to stay in this hotel. I will go back to stay and recommend.

Selected hotel because of the tatami floor mats and Traditional Japanese floor sleeping !! It was a wonderful experience and the rooms were very minslist! Bathroom was a little larger than a travel trailer bathroom. Communal living room of 2nd floor with a smoking room on the 3rd floor!!

Location is very good, beside a main road, near convenient stores and restaurants. The ryokan hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. Room is small but comfortable. English speaking staffs are friendly and helpful. I have a great stay. It is value for money and time to stay in this hotel.

The single room was basic and clean. The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is closed to three major attractions in Asakusa: Tokyo Sky Tree, Sensoji temple and also Asahi Skyroom. If you fly from Haneda Airport, a car service will bring you 5 minute-walk from the hotel. Nearby Sensoji temple there are plenty of shops, restaurants and street food stalls that you can enjoy. Besides the front desk reception team is also very nice, helpful and polite.

One thing I wanted to try when going to Japan is a capsule hotel! and I did it! This place is not only pocket friendly (though a long walk from the station) but it made me pass by Sensoji Temple at night and it was so gorgeous and I finally saw my first ever Sakura Tree along the way! The receptionist was very friendly and I got in after showing my passport and confirming my booking. I had the bottom bunk and it was such a cool experience though I felt like an incubated chick for the light. Fellow guests were respectful and my things were not stolen even though I left it to charge. I was given toiletries, a bathrobe and 2 towels (big and small). The bathroom was super clean and the only down side was the shared bathroom I wasn’t really prepared for. I’m a conservative person so going butt naked with strangers was a feat I conquered after a lot of pep talk. Check out was also easy and the receptionist really help me in my inquiries. If you want a budget friendly and capsule experience this is it!
