I booked a double room as a Marriott gold member. There is no category to upgrade into however they honored 2pm late check out!

This hotel is exactly the same as most Japanese business hotels. If you’ve stayed at a Sotetsu Fresa or APA then you know what you’re signing up for. If not, a small room that can accommodate 2 people max with some room for your luggage and a small bathroom.

It’s an open secret that this hotel used to be a Hotel Unizo. The description here on Trip Advisor hasn’t even been updated as of this writing. In fact, when my credit card was run it was still billed to Hotel Unizo.

The hotel is pretty much just the lobby and a small restaurant in front. The entrance is to the right, behind the restaurant.

The hotel is an excellent location west of the Osaka Metro Shinsaibashi station. There’s a ton to do close by and Dotombori is walking distance or one subway stop away.

This hotel appears to be part of a wave of Four Points Flex openings by Marriott. I’m really glad to see western hotel chains paying some attention to the budget market as the upscale market in Japan has frankly gotten more expensive than warranted. That said, this hotel is slightly more expensive than local business hotel chains and the only return is loyalty points and elite nights however the nights are kneecapped at half a credit per night. If the price is competitive then I’m happy to stay at these Four Points Flex hotels however if the price breaks upward like most western chains then I don’t see them competing as savvy budget travelers will go to the local hotels.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights 7/10-11/10 . the hotel is next to the shinsaibashi station on the midosuji line . taking the Nankai line from kansai airport you change in namba station and its only one station. use exit 7 you go out and you see the hotel, next to nikko hotel.
the distance to dotonbori is 10-15 min by foot so its easy access . checking in was fast my room was 605 . it is small but has everything you need .
the reason I don't give it higher rating is due to 2 reasons , 1. tv has only Japanese channels not a single channel in English that's a big miss for a chain that stive to be international with hotels opening in us and elsewhere .
second issue is breakfast very poor !!! basically bread , butter and jelly and cereals the rest is all Japanese dishes which wont do for a western guest for breakfast .
I think its easy to remedy these problems which will be much better guest experience !!!

The room is way too small for 2 person. It's a really small room and with 2 luggages, there's almost no space for walking and we kept knocking our toes whenever we walk. The room is small, yet they want to have almost everything in the room. A air humidifier. A little iron presser for clothes. A coffee table and a mini sofa stool. As there's really no walking space, I called them to take away the coffee table and the stool, then theres slightly more space to move around. On a side note, I need to be transferred thrice on the phone to finally reach someone to help me clear the table too. The basin is small, yet they have a super long handle for their tap. So basically u will keep hitting your head when u wash your face etc. Either u endure this or u endure the hot water (turning the tap to the extreme end). The only plus point is the close proximity of the hotel to the main shopping area in Shinsaibaishi. But I won't stay in this hotel the next time I go Osaka.

Hotel locates just 3 minutes walk from the nearest Shinsaibashi Station exit and just 7 minutes walk to the heart of Dotonbori shopping area. Rooms are clean and tidy and with a comparatively decent room size. Full equipped amenities. Recommend it for all no matter you are looking for a place to stay for holidays or for business.

Like most hotels in Osaka a little pricey for what it is, but the beds are really comfortable and the staff are friendly. One of the better Japanese business hotel chains for those who are on a budget and don’t need a five star experience

This hotel ticked all the boxes
More amenities than you would want, mouth wash, hair accessories, shaver, tooth brush and paste, nail file, moisturiser, the list goes on
One free water per day
Window opens slightly, blackout blind on window
Aircon very quiet, never heard anyone from corridor or rooms
Only negative is there is not much storage space for clothes or luggage, but we used the coach to put our large cases out of the way
Would definately stay there again

Located near train stations and pretty much within short walking distance to everything you need in Osaka. There's a 7-eleven right next door, perfect for quick meals and drinks. Staff were very nice, very accommodating, and spoke good English. They have an indoor smoking room and washer/dryers on the first floor. Very convenient and easy to use instructions. There's a hookah lounge/bar in the front if you get bored and want some drinks. Highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel is just 3min walk from the nearest Shinsaibashi Station (ie. subway/metro), and offers comfortable room with essential basic services for a solo traveler.
Though the room is small but given the price in Osaka, it’s a reasonable size hotel room.
More importantly for solo travelers, it’s convenient, clean and well maintained.

The hotel is at a very convenient location. Close to shinsaibashi shopping district, subway and two 24 hours convenient stores nearby. Room is small and no view but it does not bother me since I spent most of my daytime out anyway. As a solo woman traveler, I chose to pay a little extra to stay at 10th Lady's only floor. It has a nice lounge with coffee/tea machine, washer/dryer and two massage chairs which I use everyday during my 4 days stay. I do recommend this hotel to solo woman traveler. Also the price is very good as well considering location and hotels condition! The only service I think they should add is 宅急便 service inside the hotel instead of telling me going to 711 store for the service.
