Have stayed in this hotel 3 times in the last 4 years, always get the same clean quiet room, like going home. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have had their breakfast in the pass and it is quite good.
I stayed at this hotel for two night on a business trip. The hotel is 3-minute walking distance to the south exit of the Tenjin subway which is very convenient. There are plenty of department stores nearby. If you are a shopper, you will love it. However, the mattress is too soft for me. I hardly felt asleep during my stay.
This hotel is 550m away from Tenjin station ( airport line), so it's a bit of walking to do with your bags through the underground, which has many shops including Lawson, Dotour and Starbucks. The underground also links to the major shops around. Do take your breakfast in these shops rather than the cafe at the hotel if you don't want to pay more than ¥1000 for it. Cafe breakfast averages about ¥500. Other than the walk, the location is quite good..near food and walking distance from Yatai. Rooms are typical business hotel with all the usual amenities. Not big but sufficient.
Checked in about 3pm. Official check-in time was 2pm. Booked a deluxe non-smoking room but the moment we opened the room door, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. Went to the reception to change room but was informed that there’s no more non-smoking room available. As we were going out, hotel would try to clean the room. Was informed it would take at least 2 hours, which was fine since we were coming back at 8pm. Unfortunately room still smelled badly when we came back and it doesn’t seem like there was any difference from when we first stepped in.
The hotel is located in Tenjin, financial and shopping district of the city. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from. If one would like to experience culture of local foods, there are night food stands just outside the hotel for one to experience. Staff is friendly and speak good English, always helpful and courteous. Room is small for single but bed is good size, almost felt that they put a double bed in a single room, leaving just 2 feet between the bed and wall or room furniture, with my two big baggage, I have to walk sideways around the bed.
Super convenient, near to underground, super helpful staff, very clean, easy access to all transportation, from airport to hotel only 15 min, great breakfast, although the room is a bit small but in Japan is consider ok
Close to Tenjin Station and not far from the Canal City, very attentive service and comfortable rooms. This time had a corner room, with plenty of light. Rooms not too big, but large and fully equipped bathroom.
This hotel is very close to plenty shopping area!! About 8 mins walk from the Expressway bus terminal and quite a walk to the subway Kuko line, the route we mostly used, but you are walking in the underground mall so it’s wasn’t a tiring walk. There are also bus stops very close to it but we didn’t get to use the regular bus but definitely adds convenience if you plan to use that to get around. We checked out today and had a great stay! The room we got is perfect size and bigger than regular Japanese hotels we’ve stayed at. The bathroom is very clean, which is always the first I check. The toiletries have all the basic things you’ll ever need plus some extras. We also tried their breakfast buffet which is mostly Japanese breakfast choices. My kids weren’t a fan but my sister loved it. For me it was ok and I do think it’s worth the price. Their customer service is top level! I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would love to come back again.…
The location is perfect. The hotel is very near to Mitsukoshi where the Nishitetsu Tenjin Expressway Bus Terminal is located. There were 2 days we need to take early bus to Tosu Premium outlet and Yufuin and with 5 to 10 mins walk we can already get on to the bus. Extremely convenient. This is also the very first time for us to have 3 beds in a hotel room. The room is not huge but sufficient for 3 beds and our stay. Clean and at least I do not have any smell from the pillow. The breakfast buffet at Royal Garden Cafe is definitely value for money. 2 adults and 1 kid only cost 3700 yen. Salad is fresh and there are numerous kind of vegetables which I have never tried before. One thing to note is not all of the hotel staffs can speak fluent English but they are willing to help which is already good enough. They are willing to do google translate for you and they are willing to reserve table if you can provide the name of restaurant that you want to dine.…
Though the rooms are small, the service is good and the location is superb! Located just at the entrance to the lovely Tenjin underground shopping area, two minutes from one subway line and 6-7 minutes from the other Fukuoka subway, as well as being convenient to both the express busy terminal and Kintetsu train line, it would be hard to find a better location in Fukuoka, as far as we were concerned. The hotel itself is pleasant and the rooms are well appointed, if small, though the bedding left something to be desired. The sheets were of mediocre quality and the pillows, though expensive feeling, were of a quirky design that we didn’t find comfortable. Even so, I’d happily stay here again. Truly a good experience.
