The family-run Hotel Ciasa Soleil is situated in the heart of La Villa in a quiet and sunny area, far from the tumultuous commotion. It is the right starting point for walking tours and ideally placed for motorcycle and bike fans. Situated at the foot of the Gran Risa, the most famous ski slope and race in Val Badia, it has direct access to the lifts and the cable car to join the Sella Ronda. Most of our rooms have balcony with beautiful view on the mountains. Our wellness center offers a panoramic swimming pool, Jacuzzi in the garden, terrace-solarium, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and gym. Massages are booked directly with us and can be done in the nearby situated beauty salon (approx. 10 minutes by foot) or in your room. Outdoor parking and garage in the price included.

This is a beautiful family run hotel in a perfect location to explore some amazing Dolomite walks and views.

The hotel itself is extremely modern, clean and stylish (at least to our taste anyway). Everything is very tastefully done to a very high quality - we were shocked to hear the major rebuild was in 2015 - it looked like it was done last year as everything looked so new. Our panoramic room was beautiful and the upgrade was well worth the extra money to wake up to such an amazing view of the mountains.

The food is a very high quality with good variety and in early season there are not a lot of local bar/restaurant choices as many places do not open in early June, so the full board option was a good choice and well worth the money.

The hotel staff are amazing - so friendly and the owner, Werner, makes every effort to get to know everybody. He is also a great source of tips for excursions and walking routes. We would also recommend the guided walks with Manuela as well as the early morning sunrise trip, which is very special.

Finally the spa area is beautiful - modern, clean and very relaxing after a hard day on the trails. The hotel was not full during our stay (the season only starts at the beginning of June) so we often had the spa and sauna to ourselves which was a nice bonus.

The area is jaw droppingly beautiful and La Villa is a great central spot to explore the 3 valleys and mountain ranges that surround it. We had a car as that was the only viable way to get there from the airport, but buses run past the door, so a car is not essential to explore. We spend 9 days there and walked a different walk every day.

We would love to come back to this place and this hotel and would fully recommend it.

Ciasa soleil
The moment you step into the boutique hotel Ciasa soleil, your only worry is your ski performance. Centrally set and only a breath away from the lifts, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean premises to relax your body and mind, kind and smiling owners and staff, quantity and quality food to warm your soul and a spectacular view of the Dolomiti from your bed in panorama rooms. A dream that you have to live it rather than read about it!

We stayed in Ciasa Soleil mid December when we visited Alta Badia with several other couples and we liked it so much that we decided to bring our 19 and 18 year old kids less than a month after the first visit. Owners are very friendly as is the staff. Rooms are clean, restaurant serves very nice food, bar is very nice. Coffee is much better in the bar than is in the restaurant and on of our not many objection is that the morning coffee at the bar should not be charged since one in the restaurant is free but is too low quality. The second objection is the WiFi quality.

Hotel is positioned 5 minutes walk from gondola, there is a nice bar right next to it as is a small shopping area, including gorocery.

The stay at this place is simply comfortable, simple, and leisurely. Amazing local food. Convenient location: close to the main gondola that takes skiers to the plateau from which they can ski the Sellaronda. The room was eqipped with all the necessary ammenities. Pool is not so big but together with the rest of the wellness area it really creates a nice, warm and inviting atmosphere.

My wife and I had a truly incredible stay at Ciasa Soleil and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the Dolomites. I can't say enough about the quality of this hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and offered fantastic views of the surrounding massifs. The food and wine was unbelievable; we were blown away by every course. The staff were all friendly and patient with our limited Italian/German. The sauna/spa was great, and the piz la ila gondola is only about 100 meters away, which offers immediate access to the Alta Badia GS course and easy access to the Sella Ronda. We can't wait to return in the summer!!

Our 2nd visit to the hotel over the Christmas period and equalled our first trip which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is not too large giving it a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are stylish and comfortable and the staff very welcoming. The food is delightful, varied, well prepared and presented. Sometimes you may want a more simple meal but that can always be asked for - nothing seems to be too much trouble for the chef. The pool and wellness areas are relaxing - just what is needed after a full day of outdoor activity. We have been very lucky on both occasions to have great snow and glorious sunshine - perfect!

Excellent hotel for this one and, we hope, future holidays in Alta Badia.

We have booked the hotel several months prior to the holiday and hoped that the weather forecast in first half of December will be with at least some snow. :) Several days before arrival, whole Alta Badia was covered with fresh snow and with early arrival in the morning, they already had the room ready for us and after a quick change of wardrobe we headed to the slopes. 4 memorable days of skiing holiday that will remain in our memory for quite some time.

Ciasa Soleil will remain top choice for us in this part of SudTirol. Excellent hotel and staff managed by Fam. Bernardi , made this place our home for almost a week. Excellent food and service, beautiful wellness and spa area, dedicated ski depot, car garage, top location, clean, modern, stylish.

I stayed in this hotel for few times already and it is always worth it! Great hotel, rooms, extremly friendly staff, nothing to complain. My kids enjoy the swimmining pool while I relax in very cozy sauna next door. Perfect gateway to enjoy Dolimiti in all their charms.

Salve, Chiedo gentilmente di conoscere le distanze dagli impianti nella stagione invernale. Grazie in anticipo.
Answer from alessia c
Rome, Italy18 contributions

Grazie a Lei.
