We booked 2 nights (1 month in advance) for Excutive Suite room with pool access but got only one night because of room was reserved by someone else. Firstly reception lady said we could get 1100 bath back but then then manager arrived the day after and reduced it to 900 bath. Rather than that, room is clean. Not the best location though.

We have been traveling for more than four months. Stayed at 38 various accommodations and this is our first not recommended. It’s my fault for not realizing that it’s not close to anything. Everything cost 800 B ($24) one way to get to so that’s an extra $50 a day because it’s so far. Why the not recommended then. On our last full day when we were sitting on the balcony we were presented with bill for 500 B for a broken soap dispenser. Apparently it broke off the wall sometimes after our shower and when housekeeping presented us with the bill. When we disputed not knowing what they were talking about we were told we broke it and if we didn’t pay the housekeeping person would. Though we felt bad we didn’t pay. This incident was followed with as missing item in our laundry. 34…

Stayed here for 6 nights with family. Though they sell it as beach view it is just a room with a very small view(in between two buildings that block the beach)/gap. Wifi is very good. The staff in the reception(especially the lady) and the entire restaurant staff are very good. The restaurant was not open for dinner for most of the days and was closed at 4pm We had lunch one day and it was very good. Breakfast has set menu and it was good. It was made to order and fresh. We stayed in the beach view room. The room is good but we had troubles with small lizards due to too much trees surrounding it. I informed the reception the same. Housekeeping did their job and it was fine. The air con was good and working perfect. The room had a open top toilet which might not be ok with many.…

- wanted connecting room and the supervisor or manager gave us 2 rooms and insisted that they were connecting. until we showed him how to connect when the balcony are separated. the connecting rooms are connected via balcony. - housekeeping did quite a clean room. but not up to my expectation still. - breakfast crew serving the guests are friendly and thoughtful. - swimming pool has chipped tiles. - there is a nice float and other bean bags that can float for free usage. - the other staff at front desk are friendly. - the serving at breakfast is per order. so the food is serve hot and warm. the only negative thing is that they do not check before they serve the fruits. i found 1 piece of the papaya rotten.

After reading reviews on this hotel my husband and I booked a two week stay. This hotel is wonderful .... in a prime location close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious and I would highly recommend a pool view. The staff are welcoming, polite and friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. The staff in the resturant are adorable .... one morning they even rang our room to ask us if why no breakfast ....we were a little hung over. If you ever come to Kamala Beach Wabi Sabi is the place to stay .......what a fabulous boutique hotel ..... I will be sad to leave tonight but we will be back ...... till next time Wabi sabi ..... thank you for a wonderful stay my husband and I will have beautiful memories to look back on.

Stayed in triple executive room 401 - on the fourth floor. Had a lovely long wraparound balcony with french doors on two sides, right next to a humongous tree with squirrels running up and down. It felt like we were in a tree! The vibe is minimalist and basic. The room is huge, and it was very chill and calm. Some reviews mentioned the garbage at the side of the road and the laundry and the abandoned construction next door. Personally, this is Thailand and ASEAN for you - pockets of pretty side-by-side with the gross. If you get a good rate, which we did, this hotel is worth it. I didn't use the F&B or the pool, but saw some Japanese kids splashing in there and they seemed pretty happy. Would also like to thank front desk staffer Abdul Hakeem for being so kind and advising us…

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and it was a great experience. The rooms were really tastefully furnished, with a big balcony, table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool. Staff were very polite and spoke english very well. The owner happened to be at the hotel when we were there, a very helpful lady and very courteous. The restaurant had a very good breakfast buffet and a happy hour every evening for drinks. Would good back to this hotel anytime. The pool was very clean and warrm, It was a lovely pool. Never over crowded.

This is a awe inspiring hotel. Lovely food, lovely furnishings, island double bed overlooking swimming pool. As far as being disabled is concerned I use a walking stick or walking poles. The entrance is steps up, no hand rail, bridge over swimming pool, no handrail, restaurant steps down, no handrail. The floor look amazing but are ceramic tiles. The bridge over swimming pool gets slippery when there are children playing. The bedrooms are en-suite, but again there ceramic tiles in bathroom. Try taking a shower on slippery floors - I stood on a towel. As for wheel chair users: there is a ramp to avoid the entrance stairs but it is very very steep. The staff use it for wheeled luggage. For wheelchair users to get into restaurant they would have to go out of the main…
