Great value and good location. We arrived after dark, and unfamiliar with the Kamala Beach area and wondered where we were going! Arrived at the Hotel and pleasantly surprised. Great smaller hotel off the beach. Spacious AC,d rooms, very clean, comforysblebbeds, lots of hot water, good breakfast and very friendly staff! Kamala Beach is a 5 minute walk away . The hotel is not right on the beach and far enough away from the busy, and noisy “strip”. A quaint hotel as advertised, with all the amenities for short term stays. Lots of bars, pubs and restaurants within a five minute walk. Laundry service is available next door from locals, and large supermarket a short walk! We found it to be very quiet with mostly retired couples and families. Not a party crowd which was perfect for us!

Although this is a solid 3.5 star hotel maybe even 3, my stay was 5 stars. If you get the executive suite it’s amazing. Really spacious room with wrap around deck. Hotel is small and the crowd when I went in feb seemed older like retired folks. The breakfast was good. Not huge but it was good. The location is the best. 2-3 min walk to beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, massages, laundry mats close by within walking distance as well. Would recommend this place.

The hotel itself is quite quirky and has the wow factor in the rooms initially until you take a closer look . We felt like we were living in a converted garage. Everything you needed was in the room but living in it was quite different . The rooms are I suppose meant look rustic, however, the walls and ceilings are in a definite need of painting. No bedside cabinets to put anything . The toilet and shower areas are a little intrusive as the have no roof so open at the top . The pool area is nothing like the photos , so small and six broken sun-loungers, broken tiles all around the pool and you can’t get to the end sun-loungers without stepping in the pool , it’s that narrow . Breakfast is not as it appears , the coffee is already in a pot and no yogurts as the photos show, but ok .

Nice hotel in good location just 200m from the beach. Rooms quite spacious with decent balconies. Some small issues - safe under a cupboard so difficult to access— and would be good to have something on which to place your case. Small but decent pool. Breakfasts fine although a bit repetitive. WiFi ok.

Located just off the main shopping road in quiet Kamala, this is a new, modern hotel. Rooms are big, with large beds and convenient working areas, and have a large balcony overlooking the pool below, and with a view towards the beach. The large pool is a bit blocked in by the building and the neighbour wall, but is pleasant to use. The breakfast area is at ground level as well. For us breakfast was included, but possibly a bit simple in nature, and unfortunately there were a few biting mosquitos swirling around your feet (to the hotel's credit, there were bottles of mozzie spray available though). The rooms are what make this hotel - lots of space, modern fittings and furniture. A nice working area is behind the bed, between the bed and the separate toilet and shower, with the bed facing the big window - this arrangement created privacy and created a good feel about the room - it was simply nice just looking at the sunset from the comfort of the bed and air conditioning!

Ok hotel, a bit overpriced for what they offer. Room was quite spacious but we had two ceiling lights not working and torn towels with stains. Don’t book with breakfast if you only like to have 2 eggs, 2 small slices of bacon, white bread and slice of fruit. We didn’t bother with breakfast anymore after first morning and bought food from 7-11. The cleaning lady made a mistake with counting beers from the mini bar so upon checking out we were asked to pay more than we expected which we paid but we said that we should not be paying that much. Wouldn’t stay there again, and wouldn’t really recommend it because you can get better hotel in the area for similar price.

What a great hotel! So affordable, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, very clean and in a great location. The pool was perfect for a plunge to cool off after a hot day - which is every single day. Loved the understated design - the architectural concrete structure created a sense of calm. It was perfect for our two night stay and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Wabi Sabi for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms we were large and cleaned thoroughly every day. The beds were comfortable and the balconies were big. The rooms are a minimalist design so there isn’t much storage space if you like to unpack your case but it was manageable. There is a lift to all floors. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly at all times and made you feel very welcome. The location was fantastic. There is a laundry, restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk and the beach is 5 minutes away via a handy alleyway. We will definitely be back.

Excellent staff, helpful and friendly, always offering assistance to my wife who has some mobility restrictions. Large bright room on 3rd floor, comfortable bed resulting in a great sleep. Great shower. Room serviced daily and maintained very clean and hygienic throughout our stay. Enjoyed our included breakfast. Great central location in a relatively quiet area and within walking distance of most attractions and facilities. The hotel could improve a couple of areas;- There is a lack of wardrobe and storage for long stay guests. Handrails required on steps which are fairly challenging for older legs. There is also a lack of steps or similar access facility to pool unless you are staying in a direct pool access room..

This hotel is located at a quiet and calm street, yet only a short walk to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach. The design of the hotel is very nice and relaxing. The room was cozy and modern and I enjoyed the balcony. Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Asian foods. The staff was friendly and hospitable. As an animal lover, I loved to see dogs and a cat on the premise. A small gym would have been a great addition. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.
