Can’t speak for the resort but the side cafe serves great coffee (hot and iced). Was great to get my morning coffee there and easy access to the beach. One of the best coffee places in Kamala, glad to have my coffee fix satisfied and felt just the same as back in Australia.
Revisited again in Feb 2020! As we had a wonderful time during our last stay, we decided to visit this place again. Breakfast is very intercontinental this time. Unexpectedly surprise for returning guest as they upgraded us to a villa garden view room. Excellency of the standard!!
We stayed for 4 nights, hotel is beautiful, amazing view of the pool from our room, lovely balcony to relax in the afternoon heat. Great location just across from the beach, it was also very reasonably priced. The little details in the room were also fantastic.
Location is truly amazing. Staff is nice and friendly. Housekeeping didn’t do it’s job very well, but I kept forgetting to leave tips. Hotel territory is massive, good for short walks with baby. Breakfast is rather poor (fruits wise) and items aren’t marked (sad if I have to guess mayonnaise or yogurt is in front of me). The only items marked: tea and coffee. Free beach towels is a great touch.
We stayed there one night. Clean hotel . Recently renovated. Near to city center. Proper bathroom. Parking in front of the hotel. Friendly staff. Over all a good experience if you compare price and season
I only stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting a friend on Kamala Beach but it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, all except the miserable guy making omelets in the morning which I almost marked the place down a star for but that just didn’t seem fair on the rest of the lovely staff. The pool was a nice size and very clean and the location is ideal. Just a minute walk across from the beach and right in the center for all the restaurants and shops. Thanks for a lovely stay and I will definitely be back when I visit Kamala the next time. 🙏
The hotel is in a good location, within 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach as it mentioned 'beachfront hotel'. The staff are very friendly helpful. The view from the garden is also amazing. Would definitely come back again!
I came here with my wife and children for our vacation. Needed a hotel that would let me and my wife some privet time. The kids club was wonderful and both our children enjoyed going there. The staff has been very kind and helpful.
Visited in June and enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very friendly and the location is one of the best in Kamala beach. There are many restaurants around so it was never boring. We had a lot of good Thai food when we were there. Recommended!!
This hotel has to be one of the nicest I’ve been too. There are very few reviews from English travellers as for some reason we were the only English there……… Our room we booked through Agoda was a Premium Deluxe Pool access room 5109 it was on the end of the row and had sun until lunch time. We stayed 9 nights at about £50 a night (absolute bargain ….with breakfast!!!) You entered the pool directly from the balcony…it was perfect!! The room was equipped with Kettle, Mugs, tea, coffee etc., Glasses, Fridge, Umbrellas, bathrobes, slippers, flip flops, towels for bath and beach, toiletries, hair dryer, safe, bottled Water provided daily. EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel was full most of the time of Chinese tourists but they went out all day and the pools were basically empty!! Breakfast was provided and was lovely every day! Fresh fruit, omelette and English tea was great. The cleaner came every day and looked after our room, we couldn’t fault the maintenance team. There was a language barrier with the reception staff which was sometimes difficult but their English was far better than my Thai!!!! The hotel is directly over the road from Kamala beach which is a beautiful long stretch of beach. Loads of foody stalls, lovely restaurants, massage stalls all here, but we didn’t feel hassled, when you said no thanks they move on. We had some lovely local food sat on the beach….it was perfect. The water is not as clear as on the island trips but still was like a warm bath. From outside the front of the hotel you could get Taxis and Tuk tuks anywhere, just agree a price before you get in. We did 3 trips Phi Phi islands which was great. The Green elephant sanctuary which was AMAZING BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and also the Similan Islands tour (BEST DAY EVER) which for me was FAR better than the Phi Phi trip. Only small down sides….. Would have liked a sunbed round our room pool but the chairs were suffice….we went to the main pool to lay down. WiFi was perfect for most of the stay but dropped in our room for 3 days. AWFUL smell coming from the bathroom sewer for the last 3 days when the hotel filled up….was actually gross. Drinks were expensive round the pool. (but we had or own). The bridge over the road to the beach is over some sort of swamp! That was not pleasant. (At the end of the day it’s a third world country ….so poverty was evident) But these were all small things to us and did not spoil what was a brilliant holiday. For us we had a brilliant time and would DEFINITLY stay in this hotel again.…
