The entrance into the hotel is not great - don't let this concern you - once you get to your room it is totally stunning . The rooms are big very clean and open out to the beach front. There is a little bridge that takes you on to Kamala Beach which is absolutely delightful . Stunning location and excellent rooms .

This small hotel is right on Kamala beach. The rooms are lovely. We were on the first floor and our room had small stairs into another balcony with two sun beds and a shower. The staff are very nice and reliable. The breakfast is basic and you can choose to have it in your room. For those doing Intermittent Fasting .. breakfast is till 11.00am. The sea at Kamala is not as clear as in Kata (at least at the moment) but there are some restaurants on the beach that are open now. If you want some music in the evening on the other end of the beach there are the high end hotels. We preferred the quiet and the unobstructed sounds of the sea.

Great small hotel right on the beach. The room was large with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. We had a fantastic breakfast on the balcony every morning. The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeper. Room was very clean. Good air con and WiFi. The outside top deck was great in the evening when it was a bit cooler. Loads of restaurants right next to the hotel. Really enjoyed staying there.

Location is good, room looks great especially when you get the more expensive on the 2nd floor. We were excited to use the jacuzzi when we turned the water on the water was yellow with some dirt. It was disgusting. We immediately reported it to the staff that night and said they will fix it in the morning. Morning came, the manager doesnt know anything about it no hand over was done, all he was defensive and just said he wasnt on shift. How can a manager say such thing instead of fixing the problem. So he said they will fix it. We were out whole day and came back expecting things to be fix by then since we gave them ample time. When we checked it again coz we want to use it, it was still yellow and dirty. We called the staff and asked if this is okay. She said no and will call maintenance. We waited for 2 hours nobody bothered to check. We got furious already as our concern was never address and we paid more for this. We told them to fix it by today and went out for dinner. When we cane back the manager was upstairs in our room and was very arrogant. He raised his voice and talked while i was talking. I was merely saying how come nobody came and checked or even told us if it was okay. He just said the water is always like this then how come the staff keep telling us its not okay.. Instead of apologizing and clarifying in behalf of his staff this manager did the opposite. We dont mind if the water is really like that but we asked if it was fine to soak in it. The first 3x water was really yellow and dirty. Place was okay but because of this we wont come back. Attitude and customer service is important just made our stay awkward. The picture is the 3rd time we switched it on. We ddnt take the initial one. Actually, we didnt intend to write any review but we would like people to know. We compared the tub and sink.

We loved having breakfast on our balcony in the mornings, especially because the balcony had a beautiful unobstructed view of the Andaman sea. We loved that they provide a lot of complimentary water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The second floor of our bedroom, the sun deck floor looked like it hadn't been well maintained so we ended up not spending any time there, which was a waste because the view there was amazing. It could have used a table maybe.

Stay for 3 nights in the room with pool access. Really great location. Room was fantastic, bathtub was great, pool access was wonderful and we just need a 1 minute walk from the room to the beach without crossing any road. The service was great, we didn't have breakfast as we like to walk around in the morning. Food options are nearby, there are 2 convenience stores within 200metres. Also a couple of street stalls in the evening. The hammock provided is also wonderful - easy to setup and very convenient. If there is any improvement suggest, is for the room door to have an additional lock placed much higher. Overall, wonderful hotel. We will come back! 125 Kamala Beach serves great breakfast indoors (with a/c). We also had nice meals at Danny's Cafe next to the 7-11.

Sometimes I wonder to think what lives some people have or to what expectations they have because to complain about this hotel is beyond me. I stayed for 5 nights during a month long trip to Thailand and Cambodia and this hotel was certainly my favourite its absolutely gorgeous. We booked a double deluxe room with private upstairs terrace and the moment we walked in we were taken back at how beautifully appointed the rooms are. Everything has been taken care of to make your stay more luxurious. The hotel itself is set right on Kamala Beach which is one of the best in Phuket and the swimming pool although a little small looks right out over the beach. The breakfast at the hotel was really nice and you could choose from lots of different options and either have it in your room or down by the pool. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. Who ever owns this hotel I give you 10 out of 10. I have travelled extensivly around the world and value for money i would certainly stay again. Thank you Layalina

Stayed here for 9 nights. Pool room. Room clean and tidy. Hotel really quiet at one point think we were the only residents. We were not advised that renovations were being carried out. Had to put up with hammering, drilling, painting, varnishing. The balcony fencing had been taken down on 1st floor rooms. Had to move away from pool area while they were put back in place. One day could not use our balcony as they were painting the balcony above. We asked to keep on our room for extra 6 hours on last day to be told ‘no’ as other guests were arriving and no others available. We asked if we could get use of another with shower facilities to be told ‘no’. Use the one at the poolside! After what we had to put up with think this was disgusting behaviour by management. No apologies nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed Kamala and will definitely return but not to this establishment.

If you're muslim and looking for a halal hotel this is the hotel that you're looking for. Located at the Kamala Beach, such a nice view and accommodations. Location is strategic. Isolated from the busyness like Patong. It's kind of a privacy here. You just need to bring yourself here. The staff were helpful and friendly. Always smile and greet you. Room is spacious with complete amenities that you needed. Hot water, coffee maker, fridge, king bed, beach view, swimming pool, robe, etc. You can take a walk along the beach and have the chocolate banana crepe and other snacks. This place is really nice. IF you need anything, there's family mart, 7 Eleven, massage service, seafood restaurant, money changer, tour trip packages, tuk tuk and many more surroundings. I love Phuket and everything during my stay :)
