Nice hotel just off the main drag of Kamala. Met by Charlie upon arrival who took the time to chat and made us feel welcome. We were a little early but he had our room prepared quickly for us which was great. The room was clean and spacious but a little dark even with the curtains open. Consequently this meant we didn’t get much privacy due to being in the first room on the ground floor by reception. However the hotel is really nice, especially the reception area with a garden, fish and a couple of cats lounging about. Overall I’d recommend but personally I think we’d prefer a different room if we were to return!

A great experience to stay at here. Perfect location couple of minutes from the beach & many restaurants,shops and bars are close too! The room was immaculate with everything you could possibly need & loved the concept of eco-conscious. greeted by Charly and Koong were lovely and friendly, with desire to make you feel at home is genuine. They made our time on the island absolutely better. Recommended 👍

Loved staying here for 9 days in August 2022. 1 min walk to a beautiful beach, lots of restaurants, cafes, massage shops, markets, ATMs and convenience stores around. Clean and nicely decorated interior. AC, fan, mosquito screens, towels, shower gel, fridge - anything one might need. The hosts Charly and Koong were super friendly and eager to help with anything I might need, I was especially grateful for their vast knowledge of the island and help in setting me up with different activities I wanted to do like scuba diving, surfing, a canoe tour to the islands, a Thai cooking class and the elephant sanctuary.

We appreciated very much our stay in PapaCrab.. Charly was a perfect host with very good advices allowing us to start our vacations very well! We can only recommand a lot! The hotel is very quiet and ideally located closed to the beach and all neccessary restaurant and shop.

5 out of 5 stars for sure! This place has such a nice vibe! The room smelled amazing - a perfect aroma of essential oils and love. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the owner and workers here are all incredibly kindhearted people. The location is phenomenal, just steps from the beach and the water. PapaCrab Boutique Guesthouse is extremely environmentally friendly, and they support an environmentally responsible world. The atmosphere is terrific and everything about my stay was truly sensational. If you are in Phuket, I'd highly, highly recommend staying at PapaCrab Boutique Guesthouse!

Very nice place to stay, friendly owners and property cats, koi pond in the entry! Short walk to beach and many good restaurants around. The only downside was if you don't like sleeping with AC on and you have neighbors that smoke.. it's a bit annoying to have to jump up at night or morning to close the door. Fortunately they were only there the first two nights :) Excellent location in this quiet beach town.

The queen size bed was comfortable AirCon worked excellently & quiet Very clean, close to beach and restaurants Friendly owner. All area of hotel are very clean, no noise issues from surrounding area after dark. VERY minor issues, Would of preferred bigger tea/coffee cups & more power to the shower, but shower gel provided.

Staying at PapaCrab’s guest house was a pleasure. From the artistic display of plants to the tasteful decor in the the bedroom. We learned quickly that Charly and Joong are advocates for human and animal rights as well as the environment. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and hope to return soon. Charly catered to our every need providing kettle, umbrella, extra blanket and advice where best to rent a scooter. Restaurants just moments walk away and the beach is less than 10 min walk. I appreciate the quietness of the room given how some hotels in Phuket are spoiled by noisy neighbouring bars - no problem here. Hope to return.
