A new, beautiful hotel that met all expectations.
We were checked in exactly at 14.00, although at 8 am we were already at the reception, but the hotel was 100% occupied.
They take a deposit, for a room 100 dollars or 3000 baht, you can spend it in the bars at the hotel, the balance is returned upon departure.
And so the room: spacious, stylish, large bathroom, good hair dryer (the girls will understand me, you don’t have to bring your own). There is a beach bag and even flip flops for the beach.
Breakfast is simply great! Sushi, shrimp, mussels, duck and also European food, no porridge, keep in mind, there was cereal with milk. Excellent coffee for every taste.
The area is beautiful, everything is new, no chips or dirt. There is a swimming pool downstairs and also on the roof with a bar in the water (swim/dive), lounge area, pleasant music, we hung out here more often.
The gym is small, nice view from the window.
The beach is across the road, there are bars, fruit shops, pharmacies, currency exchange.
There are no toilets or changing rooms on the beach (but this is typical for Thai), sun lounger + umbrella 200 baht.
The hotel has a free shuttle to Surin Beach, I liked it better, go straight to the right, it’s more beautiful there.
Kafe Del Mar is an excellent disco, just like in Ibiza, fun, great music!
I recommend the massage parlor next to the hotel. The best massage therapist is a young guy (I think his name is Hot), sometimes I came across Thai girls who hurt me, then I only went to him.
There is also a cafe with a thatched roof next to the hotel, I recommend having dinner, the portions are simply huge.
Taxi to Patong one way 500 baht / 1300 rubles.
I hope my review will be useful.
I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart!
The staff is darling, doing everything possible to make sure you enjoy your vacation!

The hotel is absolutely new, the rooms are chic with a kitchenette, there is a microwave (when you are too lazy to go to a cafe, you heat up a ready-made lunch from Seven for 60 baht, and have a very nice dinner on the balcony). Awesome king size bed, excellent, unobtrusive cleaning every day. The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in deposit is 100 dollars, we paid 10,000 rubles, that’s also possible. Breakfasts are a separate story, the first 5 days we ate like two stray dogs, it’s hard to resist, because seafood is in abundance (there were no lobsters and oysters, everything else is there), beef, pork, chicken, octopus, duck steaks, rolls, fruits (very sweet watermelons and pineapples, langans, passion fruit always). Cool pool on the roof, open all night, at night it is illuminated in the form of a starry sky). Free transfer from the hotel to the far end of Kamala and Surin 3 times a day, there and back - it's super convenient. Kamala is damn good, we loved her right side behind DelMar more. I don’t recommend the first cafes on the sand, at the beginning of the pedestrian path from DelMar, it might have happened by accident, but we were poisoned by rapana on the first day and didn’t eat there again. Then there are a bunch of excellent restaurants at any price, much more civilized. The exchange rate near the hotel is low; it is better to change in Kamala itself. There is also a wonderful night market, we bought lobsters, they cooked them there very decently on the grill with garlic, decently and inexpensively. There are a sea of shops nearby - there is Big C (like our Lenta) and SuperChip (more like Fix Price)). In general, the hotel is magnificent, there is virtually nothing to complain about. There were no working Russian channels on TV, but maybe that was for the best)) We recommend it to everyone - it felt like you were living in an apartment that had just undergone expensive renovations)

We stayed at the hotel from April 22 to May 2, 2024! The hotel is new and luxurious! Excellent service!!! Deposit 100 dollars (when leaving, your banknote is returned) Every day they give water per person - 2 bottles of 0.5 each, shower gel, shampoos, toothbrush, comb! Change towels and bathrobes!!! The food is very decent! Breakfast has EVERYTHING - porridge, soup, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, rolls, a lot of seafood (squid, shrimp, octopus, mussels), always different meat, fish, potatoes, pasta!!! Everything is very tasty!!! 3 coffee machines!! Breakfast from 6-30 to 11 am! After 10 o'clock there are always a lot of people, something runs out, they bring it right away!!! Across the street from the hotel is Cafe Del Mar, you pass through it and there is a calm beach!!! Quiet, calm and few people!!! Nearby on the left side there are many cafes, the food is very tasty, the prices are normal! The hotel has a free shuttle to Kamala Beach and Surin Beach! At 11 am, at 15-00 and at 18 o'clock! You always need to make an appointment there and back on time!!! Kamala Beach - Crowded!! We really liked Surin Beach!!! Sunbed 100 baht per person + umbrella, there are a lot of tents nearby where they cook grilled fish and meat in front of you! We went to the wild beach (Layem), about 20 minutes along a rocky road! It’s very beautiful there, turquoise water!!! At the hotel reception they change dollars, the rate is almost the same! But it’s more profitable at the exchange office near Kamala beach!!! Shops and a pharmacy are a bit far from the hotel, I really liked the night market, but it doesn’t work every day, fruits, ready-made food are very cheap!!! We went for a massage near the hotel, the masseuse NAN is a smart girl!!! We ate at the cafe with a thatched roof several times, but more often we went to the left along the bank! There is a promenade and many decent cafes! The service is very fast, the food, cocktails are top notch, the prices are cheaper than in a thatched cafe! I recommend the cafe - Lila (but there is always a line there, they give you numbers and you sit and wait), there are a couple of other decent cafes nearby!!! WiFi is available everywhere!!! Thais are very hospitable and friendly people, they always say hello and smile!!! The hotel has a luxurious hotel on the 1st floor and on the roof!!! Open until 12 midnight!!! I recommend the hotel, I will be happy to return and will recommend it to everyone!!! When checking out, do not take anything from your room! No slippers, no bags!! They charge money for everything!!!
(250 Baht) we left the room, and only then I remembered that I had left the bank card in the room safe, went up to the girls, quickly communicated through the translator and the card was returned!!! We were very pleased with our vacation!!! Fantasia Park is just a few steps away! But we didn’t go, they recommend it more for children!!!
We took a taxi using the Bolt app, but if we did it ourselves, the price was 2-3 rubles more expensive! We swam in the sea all day long, left our things on the shore, and no one took them!!! We went on a 2-day excursion to Phi Phi, we took it from the locals, we were absolutely delighted! Organization and catering at the highest level! Duty free has EVERYTHING - but more expensive!!
Thailand is a country of sunshine and smiles!!!! ❤️❤️

The coolest hotel! Actually a topper 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Staff:
Very friendly staff, they speak English at the reception, very little Russian (some words, but the guys try very hard). We asked for a second blanket, they brought it almost immediately (after 7-10 minutes), a separate blanket like the main one, and not some kind of blanket. There was also a day when we slept during the day and set “do not disturb” for almost the whole day, and in the evening we went to the reception, asked to clean up, the girl said that they would do everything now, and they cleaned everything up, while at that time we went to eat at cafe. They clean every day, provide fresh towels and bottled water.

Hotel configuration:
A very large lobby with air conditioning, I have never seen it even half full. Zoning works very well so that no one bothers anyone. There is a bar in the lobby where you can get a drink and dessert once a day for about 300 baht. There are 6 floors in total: basement - cafe/restaurant + parking (they are separated, no one breathes exhaust fumes, while you eat you don’t look at the parking lot, because there is a counter and a fence), 1st floor - pool and lobby, rooms with access to the pool , the remaining floors are rooms, on the roof there is a large swimming pool, a bar, a barbecue, a shower, an area just for relaxing with sofas and sun loungers.
Everything is done cleanly, neatly, tastefully. There is a lot of space, despite the fact that the hotel has no territory.
The pools are open until midnight, so we had a nice swim after sunset. There is also beautiful lighting and a bar right by the pool.
The rooftop bar also has a happy hour promotion, where you get 2 drinks for the price of one, we certainly took advantage of this. The alcohol was decent, the mix was balanced, we really enjoyed it.

Food:
Breakfast is a buffet from 6:30 to 11 am! It’s very cool that you don’t have to run and rush, like in Turkey, where you have about 2 hours for breakfast. The breakfast itself is very tasty. A very large selection of dishes (with shrimp, sea creatures, chicken, beef, pork), eggs of various types (fried, boiled, poached, etc.), pastries, fruits, yoghurts, muesli, soups/porridges, coffee/tea. We were more than pleased with the breakfast. We already miss him very much.
We tried to eat in the hotel restaurant, the prices were about the same as in the cafe where we often ate, the portions were large, everything was delicious. Only there was no one, and we were alone.

Number:
We were also very lucky with the view from the room, it was very beautiful, with trees and the road, a lot of greenery, not window to window. Perhaps not the most picturesque view, but after gray Samara in April, where there was still snow, this view was simply lovely.
In my opinion, everything in the room was thought out! Large room, large bathroom. In the room: safe, wardrobe with hangers, large TV, huge bed, many pillows, medium-hard mattress (we really liked it), kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, dishes and kettle, sofa (it also folds out), table with two chairs , there is a separate chair for makeup, a balcony with a dryer, chairs and a table.
The number is straight up! 👍🏻
In the bathroom: toilet, shower, separate bathtub, huge mirror, countertop and a huge glass window.
The air conditioner worked well, it didn’t make much noise for us inside the room, the unit was noisy outside, but that’s its job, for example, the air conditioner didn’t interfere with my reading on the balcony.
Every day they changed towels and brought new water.
In our room we ate a lot of fruit from a nearby shop and heated some snacks in the microwave.
If you add literally 2 small shelves above the safe in the closet for things, then it would be great so that all things could be neatly put in the closet.

Road to the beach:
The walk to the beach from the hotel takes 5-7 minutes, you need to cross the road, along a pedestrian crossing. Aaaand... no one stops. You have to wait until there is a window between the cars or go ahead, the latter is categorically not recommended. Yes, the traffic here is not so dense, so it’s better to wait. Next you need to walk along the stinking river, but this is a very short distance. And then the sea and the beach and the sand! 🤩 On the beach there is shade from trees, sunbeds with umbrellas, fruit stalls and cafes. There are transfers from the hotel to the beaches of Kamala and Surin.

Location and what's nearby:
Near the hotel there is a massage parlor, benches, a cafe and an exchange office, but it is presented in 1-3 copies. Everything is at affordable prices, just like everywhere else in general. We mostly went to cafes and ate seafood.
Also, almost across the fence, there are 2 large entertainment parks FantaSea and Carnival Magic; we didn’t go to the parks themselves, but we admired the beautiful lighting from the roof of the hotel.
On the beach there is a large club-bar Cafe del Moar, which organizes shows and parties every day; a lot of people gather there in the evenings and is very popular.
We tried a massage, it was absolutely great, it was very clean, there was air conditioning, very friendly staff, reasonable prices.
According to the location of the hotel, the shortcomings are that you can only cross the road and that shops like 7/11 are a bit far away, and even if there was a normal fenced sidewalk, then we could walk, but this does not apply to the hotel, this is the overall flavor of the country. We got used to taking a taxi around the island, it was very convenient and fast, even cheaper than a tuk-tuk. Especially if you cooperate, it will be generally beneficial.

Hotel population:
there are many Russians and guests from Kazakhstan. There are also Europeans, but there are very few of them. I didn’t meet any Chinese in the 10 days I was there.

We really liked the hotel 🥰 It was very sad to leave, if we go to Thailand to Phuket again, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is new, excellent rooms, everything is clean and beautiful. In the room there are slippers, flip flops, a beach bag (I was especially pleased), microwave, kettle, refrigerator! Tea and coffee are replenished regularly and cleaned. Breakfast is good, tasty and varied. There is a delightful rooftop pool and a bar with delicious cocktails. Only the food at the rooftop bar is not very good. Fried potatoes, pasta and burger pizza. You can add a simple salad or something less calorie 😄 .
It’s not far from the beach, an electric car takes you to the road, and right behind the road is the beach. The beach is good, there are many street cafes, if you eat in them, drinks, fruits, juices, everything is there.
Now on the downside: no hair conditioner ☹️ Shampoo, gel, lotion! Everything is there, and you can’t rip your hair out after washing. I hoped and didn’t take my own, it was inconvenient.
So you can safely go to this hotel.

We vacationed together in November 2023.
The hotel is new, opened in October 2023. As I understand it, we were one of the first visitors.
The staff is wonderful, very responsive.
A pleasant moment: when we checked in, we were taken to the room where cleaning was taking place, and we were told to wait a little. Not really hoping for anything, I asked about a room overlooking the pool, to which the girl said she would clarify. She came up 5 minutes later, once again apologized for the situation with the cleaning and said that there was a room for us with a view of the pool and we didn’t need to pay anything extra. Does this even happen???
✅ It was love at first sight. The view from the balcony is just bomb 😍😍😍 the room itself is bright, spacious, clean, everything is new. The linen and all the furniture are premium, it is very comfortable to sleep. Robes, slippers, towels are all very pleasant to the body.
✅ Breakfasts are varied, sometimes even more reminiscent of lunch 😅 there are vegetables, fruits, rice, meat, soups, eggs (fried, boiled), pastries, tea, coffee from a coffee machine. In general, you definitely won’t leave hungry.
✅ There is a pool in the courtyard and also on the roof.
✅ There is also a gym.

There are buggies that take you straight to the beach, but this is not entirely true. The buggies are carried to the road, please cross the road yourself and what is the point of these buggies is not entirely clear, but they exist))

Of the minuses: weak infrastructure. Nearby there are a couple of cafes (the price tag is slightly above average), a bike rental point and fruit.
There's a DelMar cafe across the street, but we didn't go there.
I don’t know how it happened, but we were only on the Kamala beach itself on the first day when we arrived, somehow we weren’t impressed and didn’t go there again, despite the fact that it was across the road)) but people like it.
The nearest 7/11 store is about 15 minutes on foot, you probably won’t be there every day)
If you rent a bike, you can move around from this part of the island. It will be expensive to take a taxi. Getting to the party town of Patong costs 400 Baht one way.
To sum it up, I’ll say that the hotel is top, the infrastructure is weak)

We stayed at this hotel in February 2024, overall we had a pleasant experience, but the hotel does not deserve 5 stars.
The biggest plus is that the hotel is completely new, the rooms are spacious, everything is new and stylish, there is a small kitchen in the room.
Service is also a plus, the reception staff are always very friendly, they helped us extend our room for 8 hours due to late check-out, but since our flight was further delayed, they extended it for another 3 hours free of charge.
The hotel is located on the second line, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, you need to cross a very busy road. The transfer from the hotel is pointless, it takes you exactly 50 meters to this road. The location is not the best for families with children, since you will have to walk a lot. The nearest 7/11 is 20 minutes away. The most convenient way was to go to the beach and walk along the coast to cafes, restaurants and shops (10-15 minutes). But there is an excellent massage parlor next to the hotel, we only went there.
We were there for breakfast, the food was very mediocre, I didn’t really like it, there wasn’t enough fruit. Also, once we ordered food to the room because we returned late from an excursion, we took a salad and a burger, it was not tasty, I don’t recommend it ((
Also, one of the minuses I would like to mention is the almost complete absence of sun loungers around the pool. More precisely, they exist, but they stand on the terraces of people whose rooms overlook the pool. That is, it is virtually impossible to lie down by the pool in the courtyard.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel if you are not coming to Thailand for the first time and are willing to walk a lot every day to get to civilization. An undeniable advantage of the hotel is its novelty, which covers almost all the shortcomings that I cannot call completely critical.

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

Pros: good design, great for photos on Instagram - but finding the right time to take a photo is almost impossible.

Minuses:
1. very few sunbeds by the pools. We are relaxing here for more than 10 days! - impossible to lie down. On the few sunbeds there are shared towels, the sunbeds on the sides of the pool belong to the rooms on the first floor. On the roof there are mostly bar stools, places to lie down are limited to about 7, probably.
2. Disgusting coffee in the morning. Although there are several coffee machines, they all make burda. Today, for example, there was milk diluted with water.
3. Poor quality cleaning - only changing linen and towels.
4. Now only one of the two elevators is working, you have to wait for 10 minutes; it often arrives packed with people and staff with carts.
5. Lack of towels, when asking for beach towels there are often no towels.
6. Problems with the Internet, we watched movies in 360 quality, because higher quality did not load.
7. The laundry service was also disappointing - the fresh stains on the T-shirt were not removed.

In general, the hotel is clearly not worth the amount paid for the vacation. It’s better to pay attention to well-known 5-star chain hotels for the same amount.

The hotel is new, the rooms are large, comfortable, comfortable beds, excellent linen, pillows, bathrobes🙏. They give you a bag and comfortable rubber slippers for the beach - if you want to pick it up, you have to pay when leaving. The breakfasts are plentiful, you won't go hungry for sure. But there is no aesthetics in them, just eating. The pools are very beautiful, pleasant, they are not for swimming, splashing around, taking cool photos. Great for kids!! Clean, comfortable and elegant. Super cocktails at the rooftop bar. It’s not far from the sea, I recommend going not to the left, but to the right from the bridge. To the left is a good beach, clean, the sea is super. But the sun loungers for rent are cheap old dirty plastic, much better just on a towel under a palm tree. And you should know this, opposite this part of the beach, right in the immediate vicinity there is an old cemetery - not that it bothers me much, but there is a sediment, it is behind the fence, but close. To the right is the beach opposite the Intercontinental and Novotel hotels, cool expensive cafes, different aesthetics. The end of the beach with boulders, it’s interesting to wander around there. I recommend going there. By taxi for 300-500 Baht you can go to Bang Tao, Patong, or wherever you want. Next to the hotel there is a mini shop - like cola, fruit - great to buy. Walk to the supermarket - forget it, it’s unrealistic. The prices there are high. Bring alcohol to your room from duty free. I definitely recommend the hotel. Just don’t be capricious if you bought a tour for 400 thousand and not a million. I wish you a great holiday!

This is the first hotel that I do not recommend anyone to come to!
I'll start with the positives - the hotel is new, less than a year after opening. All the advantages end there and this advantage is extremely short-lived.
There is a constant stench in the hotel and nearby, either sewage or rotten fish. Moreover, in the room (a couple of days after urgent requests - they fixed it and the sewer smell went away, but the question at the reception “have you already reported that there is a smell in your room” - killed it outright! This means this problem is so common that the staff have already gotten used to and clarifies how many times you have already talked about this, otherwise we won’t run to help the first time 🤦‍♂️) both at the entrance to the hotel and in the dining room (if you arrive at 6:30 before they turn on the air conditioners to full).
From morning until mid-day, there may be bottles and other rubbish left over from the night's partying on the tables near the pool, and the staff don't care about it; maybe they'll remove it by 2-3 p.m. They start cleaning the pool at about 9 am, when you already want to swim and not admire the extremely leisurely actions of the staff.
Beach towels are issued upon signature🤦‍♂️ and this is a five-star hotel? Run to the reception, wait until one of the girls is free from checking in new guests, saying goodbye to the departing, solving dozens of problems of this hotel, and only then she will come over, check the recording and go to the closet to get towels for you...
The New Year's party for 3 thousand baht per person was unexpectedly disrupted, lo and behold, in Thailand, it started to rain. And that’s all - there’s nowhere to organize a party except on the roof, and therefore the finish line. And then at 11 at night the next party begins, which already without food and for 1.5 thousand. Yes, yes, this brilliant hotel decided to take the money twice - first, from 19 to 22:30, a New Year's party with food, and then another one, but only with drinks.
Friends lost one of the two plastic cards from the room (a regular plastic card costs 20-30 cents) and they asked for 500 baht, let me remind you that I am still describing a five-star hotel with a room price from 14 thousand baht per night, and not the Patong Mansion Hotel for 1800 baht, where you really need to save on everything to make the price.
The cleaning in the room was so-so - they waved a brush and didn’t tell them what wet cleaning was, and as a result there was always sand on the floor. And probably not only sand, since small animals were also running around and it seems that after many complaints, exterminators were called and poisoned by cockroaches (also another form of entertainment for a five-star vacation).
In the rooms there are slippers and bathrobes for the size of my not-so-large 183, I could only fit them on my fingers and one hand, it’s clear that they changed them after a couple of requests, but why even put them in if the hotel is 95% of rather large Slavs, and even that not only in my room, in two other rooms there was the same dwarf thing.
I asked for ice in the room - they brought it an hour later and after forcing me to talk on three different phones, it also cost 70 baht, yes, yes, this is still a five-star hotel.
The walls are in the corridors, the doors are scratched and this is in a hotel that is only a few months old🤦‍♂️ well, it’s clear that it was built for sale, why think about vandal-resistant paint and protecting the doors from your own staff with carts.
The main disadvantage was saved for later since it is outside the hotel territory. You decided to go to the beach (well, this unexpected thought arises for the owners and management of a five-star hotel in Thailand), stood in line to get beach towels (don’t forget to sign for the thief, otherwise we know you), you leave the hotel and immediately runs up a boy comes to you and offers to give you a ride in a comfortable golf cart, you sit in it and fly with the breeze... as far as a hundred meters, to the track. Well, as someone who remembers the traffic rules, you walk along the highway along the side of the road about 30 meters to the pedestrian crossing and proudly step onto the zebra crossing and immediately get the mirror of a moped rushing past, yeah, the traffic is on the left, well, what should you do, relaxed a chic, cozy five-star hotel - I forgot, but it seems I was walking at a pedestrian crossing, if only I had honked my horn, I’ll keep quiet about giving way to the pedestrian, well, ok, those are my fantasies.
