Had the pleasure of staying at the hotel this weekend, as a Wyndham member I was upgraded to a sea view room. The room was large clean and comfortable the view was amazing. The staff were pleasant attentive, the swimming pool area was excellent, again amazing view. The hotel has a well equipped gym I believe a SPA but did not use this. Breakfast was ok, limited compared to many other hotels that I have stayed in around the area. Wyndham has a number of hotels in Phuket for me this is the best one and yes I have stayed in the others,

its very relaxing..Pin the bartender at the greece inspired cafe & bar did a good job in servicing us..our room has its big jacuzzi at the veranda..our food and drinks is great..the area is quite and has great view from morning to night..the pool is also good..thanks

We spent 4 nights at Zenmaya and we had a fantastic time. I must say that the staff and service here is excellent. They are always cheerful and ready to help. Thank you for making our trip extra special! The trips that we booked through the hotel were fantastic. We will definitely recommend Zenmaya to our friends.

This would receive a 1 if it wasn’t for the fact that my room with the dipping pool is great. Were it a regular room I’d have given a 1. The service is HORRIBLE! First off, they forgot to send a driver to the airport for me so I was stranded for an hour. Upon arrival I was checked in and immediately accosted by someone from their time share arm trying to sell me something. Seriously? Read the room, idiots. I was told I was given a special fruit plate (8 pieces) as compensation. The next morning I saw the staff delivering the same plate to every room. So much for “compensation.”! Adding insult to injury, the hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE! Nothing around except a fair Mexican restaurant and a reggae themed marijuana depot. To get anything other than an overpriced taxi provided by the hotel takes forever. I waited over 30 minutes for a car, and it’s hot, so I asked at the bar for a glass of water. They wanted 70baht. I explained I only wanted a glass, not a bottle… they said they have no glasses. THE BAR HAS NO GLASSES???? The other bar had no water in the pitcher, and refused to get any, laughing. The worst - the front desk - despite handing a glass of coconut water to everyone who registers - claimed they also had no water. I literally watched them hand a glass to someone moments later. The “beach” they promote is non-existent. It’s a pile of rocks and even in low tide you can’t go down because there’s nowhere to stand. Plus, the steps down have rotten wood and more than one lifted as I stepped on it. Coming up, I took a wrong turn and ended up in some sort of maintenance shop - no door, no sign, nothing … I was just suddenly surrounded by building supplies and paint - wood with exposed nails, etc. SO unsafe. Much of the walkways are made of rotted wood. I booked 3 nights and after the first asked to be let out of my third. They refused, claiming they had compensated me with food (remember the subpar fruit plate?). Stay away. Stay far away from this dump. Unless you’re on a honeymoon. Then, get the room with pool and just don’t leave.…

The hotel location about 10mins drive from Patong beach. Located far from the hustle of patong beach. Not within walking distance of anything really. Need to call Grab or Bolt. The beach is not swimmable. Very rocky and strong wave. The Cafe and the dining absolutely good. the reef cafe have ocean views. So calm and so relaxing. The staff Pin very kind and friendly offer to take photo for me. I will definitely come back and stay here 💛.

Good food, fair price considering the location. Pin the waitress is very dinanic and gentle. Wonderfull sea view,the place look a bit like a little arena on the sea. worth the visit, specially on a windy day. I suggest to give a try to the salmon salad

Loved the location of Zenmaya ocean view The staff is very friendly. We loved our waitress at The Reef (her name is Pin) She was very polite, friendly and customer oriented. Pin always recommended us to try the new dishes from their dinner menu, and we loved her suggestions. The room itself is so spacious and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Room service is prompt.
