We booked a room for Two adults & Two older children through booking.com We were supposed to get one room with a king bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. When we arrived we were given a room which had the king bed, but a small single Chaise Longue style sofa in the living room with one pillow for one person. Absolutely not appropriate for our family size. When we asked where our third child was supposed to sleep, the manger told us to put them on the floor, and then promptly left for the night leaving a poor young girl on reception to deal with our complaint. The floor is hard tiles we are not letting one of our kids sleep on it during their holiday! We asked for a new room, there were none available. So we asked for a refund and they refused. We left having not stayed one night in this hotel and they haven’t refunded us. Do not stay at this hotel- it is absolutely terrible and the customer service from the manager is disgusting. It is not as advertised and is a complete con.

- Very glad to have booked this hotel. Hotel amenities and features are worth the buck. What would make me come back to this hotel apart from it’s amenities is the service provided by the staff. Special shoutout to Mr. Oh the restaurant manager and his team. They did an amazing job doing their best to accommodate my sister’s vegan diet during breakfast. PROS: - Superb hotel amenities. - Warm and very accommodative staff. CONS: - Not beachfront. - No convenience store, massage place and restaurants nearby. Even food delivery options are limited.

What a fantastic find!!! The hotel is awesome! Really cool little find! The staff were just so, so kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, throughout our stay they were so kind and helpful and then Mariyah went above and beyond at the end of our holiday 😊 The room was great! We booked a 2 bed room with private pool for a family of 5, our eldest was on the sofa bed, made up as a bed in the living room. The youngest 2 were in a double in their own bedroom and then we had a bedroom. The aesthetics of the hotel are just so nice! The breakfast was great each day, food available to choose and food made fresh. The pool in the room was fantastic, the hotel pool was also a big hit with our kids after being at the beach! Kamala itself was a lovely beach town, really nice walk along the beach front with some amazing restaurants, bars and little beach bars along the way. Smile bar was great and I think Twins Beach was a great bar for the sunset!! We left a pile of things at the hotel when we flew to Koh Samui and Mariyah at the hotel was totally amazing and posted the times onto us at our Koh Samui hotel at her own cost!!! Seriously such a wonderfully kind thing to do!!!!!!!

Huge pampering villas with every thing you need for a home away from home feeling. New, very clean, well maintained, well equiped. The villa is very spacious and modern. The team was kind and welcoming, service was amazing. We took 2 villas 3 and 4 bedroom for 2 families traveling together. There were days that we just didnt want to leave the villa and just enjoyed the pool, xbox and the 2 min walk to the beach. This was the best way to explore phuket as a family!

My 1st Phuket experience (stayed at Patong) was bad and I don't have intention to return to Phuket anymore. Booked to Chiang Mai but forced to cancel due to Haze hence decided to give Phuket another try. But it was all changed after my recent stayed at Glam Habitat. I would classified this stayed as rejuvenate. Room - Room is big and well cleaned. Nothing broken and everything is well maintained. As it is more like a Studio style, you get a "living hall" and a kitchen with proper fridge and microwave oven. 2x Aircon units hence you don't have to worry about room not being cool at all. In fact I only operate with 1 aircon with ceiling fan support (yes, you heard me right) during my whole stay. Good water pressure for the shower with big rainfall overhead shower head, with side "spa" shower head support as well. Big 55" TV with soundbar and more important comfortable sofa bed. The room is so comfortable that I spent 70% of my entire 5 days trip time in the room and also the room service meal. I do find the in-room dining food variety is good, delicious and most priced reasonable. In fact it is much cheaper than most of the restaurant outside. Hotel Facilities - The swimming pool is quite big, clean and what I like is it "equip" with some swimming floats that make kids enjoy it a little bit more. There is a well equip gym room, well maintained as well. I only know about the Spa room on my last day as I wasn't being informed about it hence didn't get to try it. Food - Breakfast in Europeans style with 2-3 local Thai food type. Not much selection but personally find it is enough or just nice. Staff approach for eggs order is a nice touch though. Location - Beach is 3-4mins walking distance. Along the beach tons of restaurants and 2-3 small massage "shop". It is also about 5-6 mins walking distance to local market (Mon and Fri only). Only problem is no convenience stall nearby at all. However there is a very discreet shop sell some tidbits and mineral water next to Hotel. Cons - My biggest complain is having no convenience stall nearby at all. This is to my surprise as Thai never once short of convenience stall. There's is no "local" coffee available during breakfast but only from the dispenser machine. The amount of coffee from the dispenser is slow and too little to fill up the cup. The toilet bowl flush is quite loud especially if used it at night. I would like to say thanks and my gratitude to staff name "Nice" as he is the only one carrying smile all the time. Also 2 ladies staff that I'm not able to capture their name.

From start to finish hands-down this hotel is perfect for a solo female traveler. Not only are the aesthetics phenomenon it looks like a scene from sex and the city. But the service is equally phenomenal. This hotel is clean and when I say clean oh my gosh you could eat off of the floor. Every aspect of this hotel is great from check in to check out. I would definitely stay here again. I had a one bedroom suite on the second floor overlooking the main pool. I certainly enjoyed my private plung pool, don’t worry about not being on the beach it is literally a two minute walk if even that and you were on Kamala beach walk. So many restaurants and massages and everything that you could possibly need. I found Phuket a perfect place for a base. And then did tours out to all the islands. Honestly you can’t go wrong with staying at this hotel. Thank you Glam habitat for my lovely vacation.

We spent 12 days here in the 4 bedroom villa . We were due to stay elsewhere but due to a booking error found ourselves without accommodations one week before the arrival of my grandchildren, very fortunately we came upon this property by chance while driving around Kamala and were very glad we did . The property provides a good impression on approach and the check in and out as well as baggage service is very efficient and friendly . The villa is very spacious .and well equipped and additionally has two swimming pools . The property is very high tech replete with electronic gadget you could want . Beds are very comfortable and the the bathrooms large and very modern , housekeeping do an excellent job of maintaining hygiene .The property has very good connectivity and includes an Xbox for the children . Externally there is a large pool for use by all guests there are standard rooms on the property as well as villas .Access to the beach is a two minute walk away . There is a complimentary breakfast which is adequate . The staff in all departments are very pleasant especially on reception . In short we throughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Glam habitat is such a great hotel. They have apartment style rooms with so many amazing amenities. I had a I bedroom suite overlooking the swimming pool on the 2nd floor. On entry there was a good size kitchen with an island bench, cooking facilities, dishwasher and fridge which looked onto the good sized living area with comfy deep couch and a large smart tv which was great to watch. There was a plunge pool as well which was nice for a quick dip in the morning or evening. Thebedroom was enormous with super comfy bedding, 2 great wardrobes, smart tv, safety box and large balcony which ran the length of the suite. The bathroom was well appointed with vanity, rain shower and smart toilet. Everything was high tech and well thought out in the whole suite. The team at Glam Habitat are friendly and very accommodating. Location is so close Kamala beach you can walk to it in under 5 mins. The beach itself is stunning with a really quaint feel, with beach restaurants and local stalls also. I would highly recommend anyone to stay and I definitely will again. Thanks for an amazing stay. It was so suite!

Glam Habitat Kamala Beach Excellence is the only words to explain this luxury boutique hotel. We were greeted with the biggest Thai smiles from the airport transfer to the hotel lobby. We stayed in the 2 bedroom private pool suite. It was superb. the ensuite was huge with 3x wall jets , rainfall shower head and handheld wand. Large bathtub, Even had an automatic toilet.. it does come with a 2nd bathroom BUT the best thing about Glam Habitat are the staff from the Assistant manager Golf who was a fantastic lady, reception staff, cleaning staff and all the restaurant staff at Sapphire. Please try the food you will be very impressed. Great size serves with great flavours. We are already planning a return trip. We stayed from September 12th to the 22nd. Even though this is meant to be their wet season we loved every day. I think the worst was 1hour of rain in the day. We swam everyday in our private pool which does have jets it was exceptional and private.. Thank you Golf and team for making our holiday so wonderful. See you next year. Regards, Glen Stewart
