A fantastic hotel to stay in. I have seen that a few people criticised the fact it was out of Kamala but I quite liked the fact that in the evening I could get away from the town. Yes there is a hill to walk up on your return but there is plenty of tuk tuks and taxis that will gladly take you up. The facilities are amazing, with stunning views from pretty much every aspect of the hotel. The staff have been brilliant and nothing was trouble for them. After a day out and about or chilling by the pool it's a nice change to sit in the skybar watch the sunset with a cocktail that was on during happy. Probably the best part of the trip! If I am having to saying something negative about this hotel, I am really going to have to be picky! The internet was fairly slow; but who comes on holiday to sit on their phone? And really picky is that parts of the room could have done with a little paint where people have banged their cases against the corners of the room. We have liked this hotel so much our parents are looking to book here! We certainly be returning here!…

Pros; beautiful views lovely rooms great staff excellent breakfast excellent facilities Cons; Food & drinks expensive pool bar closes early and lacks atmosphere (no music) Very steep walk up the hill. They need to introduce a non-stop shuttle service to the 7-eleven from 10am to midnight. Enjoyed our stay immensely but due to the hill would probably choose accommodation in the town next time.

This is a superb resort. Neat and clean throughout, spacious rooms, excellent main pool area, helpful staff and a nice quiet vibe. We got a great deal here because it’s supposedly rainy season in Phuket however would stay again anytime in a heartbeat. We got lucky as we had 4 brilliant sunny days of the 6 days we were there. The sea views as mentioned are spectacular especially at sunset. Our room had an awesome view of Kamala Bay. We had cocktails a couple of times at Vanilla Sky bar and they were excellent. You could sit there for hours. Had dinner at the pool area which was also good. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Sienna Rocks also has a great pool and nice food. Be prepared to walk around 10 minutes to town/beach.

We loved our stay at Cape Sienna and would definitely stay there again. We opted for a suite with a jacuzzi but probably would not opt for that again. The pools available were great and great drinks service throughout. Breakfast was a nice added bonus. Only a short work to Kamala central. Good access to the rest of phuket

100% happy with my decision to stay 7 nights. My room was very comfortable and well designed. From Check-In to Housekeeping to the staff at breakfast, I was extremely impressed by the level of service and friendliness. I recommend this for anyone seeking a pleasant experience. There are 3 different dining options onsite. The PLUM Prime Steakhouse offers amazing dining options. My Aussie Steak was 1 of the best I'd ever had. Drinks at Vanilla Sky at sunset was impressive too.

Location and views were amazing. Room was awesome and was serviced daily ( behind the toilet door definitely needs cleaning and on 2 occasions had to get extra toilet paper for the room) Staff at the poolside I thought were lazy. We stayed for 7 days and only 3 of those days did they set the tables up and put mattresses on the loungers. There were 4 or 5 staff behind the bar each day doing very little. I thought they would periodically come around to everyone by the pool to see if they needed anything. Instead you always had to go up to the bar. The wifi was very intermittent and streaming was slow. Having said all of that we still had a nice stay.

We stayed at the Cape Sienna Hotel on Kamala Beach in Phuket, Thailand from 6th June to 9th June 2023. We were blown away by the sheer beauty of this luxurious resort. The hotel sits right on the beachfront, offering breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea that are simply unforgettable. Our room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and featured a private balcony, Jacuzzi, that provided stunning ocean views. We were impressed by the modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, which made our stay even more comfortable.

One of the best sea facing resorts I have ever stayed at.. starting from the check in to the checkout the entire experience is amazing and really more than 5 stars. The entire staff is very friendly and smiling. They will try to fulfill all the requests they can. The breakfast was really amazing and the restaurant has really amazing views. The room also has really really amazing views throughout the day. The only disadvantage is walking to Kamala beach during the night. As the road really becomes lonely and sometimes feels scary.so the resort can start a shuttle service only during late evening to and from Kamala beach. That will definitely be an advantage..but never the less the hotel is still the best experience for me and will definitely come again and again for their great hospitality 👍…

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The breakfast was a really good selection. We didn’t struggle for sunbeds as we are early risers, some people did. The sunbeds are past their best and need replacing. All good was presented nicely. The cost of any food and drink is 3 times the cost of what it is down in Kamala beach. Sienna rocks across the road is more peaceful and nice to go to for a change. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to Patong in the evenings for 400 baht (approximately £5). Hotel room was clean and a good size.
