Everything was great. Cool place to stay at. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and no complaints whatsoever. Will come back for sure if we come back to Phuket. Breakfast on point and pool perfect.

Best holiday! We are first time in Phuket and we had great time here. We recommend to everyone Radisson Resort and Suites to spend your time here. Personal is very friendly and good. Especially reception staff! Room is very big and comfortable.

Well, Housekeeping in general was pretty bad. The food is way overpriced. Especially if the food is not great. The pool area is nice and the front office staff were fine. 100 baht for a small bucket of ice is a massive rip off. I would say that this resort has seen its glory days. It’s quite run down. Not what I would expect from a Radisson hotel. Lighting in the room very dull. It’s also a bit out of the way from all the action. After comparing hotels in Patong and Kamala I felt a bit deflated. My own fault for choosing this hotel I guess.

Positives Rooms are clean (but no character), Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool is good size. The hotel overall is a good base for a short stay. Although not on the beach it is only a short stroll to the beach and Kamal (albeit across a busy road) Negatives They have an amazing looking sports bar but it doesn’t open, we arrived at 10pm after 24 hours of travelling and wanted a drink and a snack but were unable to get one easily, when we did it was very expensive (and only drink). We realised the next day it is because the shop and restaurants outside the front door are dirt cheap but i think the hotel is missing a trick not competing. So much could be done with the bar and restaurant areas Overall it just needs a little updating and investment and it could be a great hotel (definitely not 4 or 5 star presently)…

This hotel offered so much, great reviews and the pictures online looked amazing… unfortunately the reality was no where near the same and we had to cut our stay here short for a few reasons… - The accommodation wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect from a Radisson by a long way. I’m a regular with the Radisson and have always enjoyed our stays wherever we were, until now - the room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, safe didn’t work, door didn’t close properly, beds hard and the room for a family room was not anything like it should have been - The hotel it’s self was poorly maintained, chairs broken (my son hurt himself on a chair that broke), nothing worked, the staff were on skeleton numbers so no one around. Breakfast was a below standards, poor or limited choice and manic with people. - The swimming pool was in a bad shape, all the edging around the pool had been removed through old age I’d assume, so it exposed sharp edges which mad getting in and out the pool painful. The kids repeatedly scratched themselves Overall my advice would be to go somewhere else. This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative response and I really struggled with doing it out of respect to Radisson and also the staff there whom ultimately work hard, however the place is below standards and no where near what I believe a Radisson should be. I would avoid this place if you want a good quality holiday.…

Very good stay! The workers are very nice, kind and friendly they were all very helpful, the swimming pool was very good and fun, you get everything you need for the money you pay and more. We had a Scoopon booking for 5 nights with breakfast and 3 dinners and we loved every aspect, the rooms very spacious with two large TV s with more than the usual channels, breakfast and meals were very good, service was really great, nice pool and facilities, would happily come back.
