Arusha Villa offers a relaxing and beautiful environment in the centre of a coffee plantation. The rooms are spacious, and guests can sit around the terraces and walk the gardens. The view over the green and lush valley is stunning. This is also the view from the swimming pool and often you will see the monkeys play around in the nearby trees. Breakfast is included and served in the restaurant. We also offer lunch and dinner, and a lunchbox when you go on safari after your stay with us. Our garden view rooms offer a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the midst of the coffee plants. You will be surprised by the number of birds that you can find here.

Thank you @arusha_villa for the wonderful stay at your beautiful property. The airy bright rooms were delightful…bed was so cozy… food was delicious… and the conversation was inspiring🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The White-tailed Colobus was a special bonus as the proprietor was so gracious to invite me along on a walking tour of the surrounding area.

My friend and I stayed here while awaiting to start our safari. It was gorgeous and the people were so kind. We love the food. Our room was very airy and full of natural light. Gorgeous bathrooms. The staff was always helpful with any request. Also, all of the monkeys at the swimming pool were amazing. Barrack and Rachel were wonderful. Many other wonderful staff members who I cannot remember their names. Kathryn and Sandra

We have stayed several times at Arusha Villa, always we had gantastic stays. Spacious rooms, a very nice garden, great pool, lounge area and a superb restaurant. always a choice between vegetarian dish or a dish with chicken or fish. The quality of the food and staff is among the best we experienced in our many travels to africa!

Perfect start of our Safari holiday in Tanzania. We arrived at 10:30 pm, but the restaurant was still open and prepared some lovely snacks for us. There is also an exterior sitting area with a fire place. The family room was very spacious, super cosy and clean. We did not use the pool but it looked great.

Stayed here twice one day before our Safari trip and one day on the return. It’s well located for Kilimanjaro airport so this is helpful to know ( about an hours car ride). Pro’s Peaceful and quiet with a pool. Some of the rooms are large and spacious The food is well prepared Staff friendly Cons WiFi was lacking only available in certain spaces. No a La carte menu all food comes as a set menu for lunch and dinner a little limiting. Small and quaint place so nice for a more boutique low key experience.

We started and ended our safari trip at Arusha Villa and it was a great place to relax, first after a long flight from Canada and later after a 9 day safari. The rooms are spacious and clean, there are several nice places to sit and relax or play a game, the pool is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the staff makes you feel at home the minute you arrive. Watching the blue monkeys playing in the trees at the pool is a real fun bonus. The villa is located close to Kilimanjaro Airport and to Arusha National Park, and the immediate area around the villa is great for a hike.

It is hard to imagine that a short distance from chaotic Arusha is this peaceful oasis. The lush garden and pool are the perfect place to relax. In our case the weather was not the best but we were able to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on the porch. Before dinner it was fun to relax by the firepit with monkeys jumping in the tree branches around. Also noteworthy was the excellent dinner served by the staff. Definitely recommended.

My name is Ana Gomes, I'm from Portugal and had the pleasure to stay one night at the Arusha Villa Karamu Coffee Estate with my husband Jorge Gomes after 3 flights from Portugal and before starting our safari. The room was absolutely perfect, very comfortable and with a beautiful view with Mount Kilimanjaro on the horizon, perfect to rest after spending more than 24 hours between flights. The hotel surroundings are very green, very well treated and we feel that we are in a beautiful peaceful place, very silent, very quiet, like time as froze. The staff are always with a smile, very kind, helpfull, generous and very thoughtful, always very available to everything we needed. The food was very good and we experienced a lot of flavours. The fireplace spot is perfect to spend some time after dinner and with the company of the dog hotel. Asante Sana!
