Arusha Villa offers a relaxing and beautiful environment in the centre of a coffee plantation. The rooms are spacious, and guests can sit around the terraces and walk the gardens. The view over the green and lush valley is stunning. This is also the view from the swimming pool and often you will see the monkeys play around in the nearby trees. Breakfast is included and served in the restaurant. We also offer lunch and dinner, and a lunchbox when you go on safari after your stay with us. Our garden view rooms offer a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the midst of the coffee plants. You will be surprised by the number of birds that you can find here.
Arusha villa was perfect after a 10 day on safari. The location on a coffee estate is gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool a perfect way to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the food and found the staff friendly and attentive. A pleasant stay

Fantastic place with everything you could want or need. After ten hours of travel we arrived rather late to a warm welcome by the wonderful staff. Beautiful setting with a fire burning in the lounge area and a welcome drink and snacks. They have fabulous food, the room was huge, clean and comfortable with a view of the monkeys that run through the trees daily around 5 pm. We really appreciated the staff and the gracious hospitality. A perfect place to stay on every level.

Very nice lodge with swimming pool, located at site former coffee plantage and large rooms. What strikes is the kindness and flexibility of the staff. Furthermore, the food is good. High light of the day is the show of the blue monkey’s, which are jumping from three to three. Finally, my family enjoyed the guided tour over the coffe plantage, with a focus on birds and plants.

Arusha Villa was a great place to start our safari trip in Tanzania (family of five). After 15 hours travelling it was a relief to only have a 50 minute drive to Arusha villa from Kilimanjaro airport and we had a fantastic welcome when we arrived. The rooms were very spacious (we had a double and a triple for our kids) with great beds and bathrooms. The whole hotel is probably only around 10 bedrooms or so so not very busy. We took our first day to relax and stayed at the hotel to recover from the travelling. The staff were incredibly helpful, a great breakfast, lunch and dinner and the service overall was first rate. On our second day we visited Arusha national park which was a fantastic small park to start our safari and the hotel provided a great packed lunch. On checkout everything went smoothly, the extra drinks we had bought were the best value we had in Tanzania and the staff kindly changed some large dollar notes we had into smaller denominations to help with the rest of our trip. The only criticism I would have of the hotel is that there aren't many sun beds so if you want to relax by the pool for a while there isn't much room. Everything else was great and a perfect place to stay for your first night/nights visiting Tanzania…

Hi, thank you so much for your kind review. Our staff is amazing indeed. As for the sunbeds, we have ten beds in total and only in high season it sometimes will be a bit crowded. However, we will see if we can create more relaxing chairs or beds for these busy moments. Thank your for this feedback!

Great spot and would definitely recommend as a place to stay before or after your Safari. The room was comfy and we loved the food at breakfast and dinner. The staff were enormously friendly. The villa is Ina beautiful location WiFi is awful but that seems the case at all places!

We stayed one night here prior to our safari and we loved it! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the food was delicious, the property was beautiful, and the room was spacious and luxurious. We spent the morning relaxing by the pool, and the afternoon in Arusha. On our request the staff called a driver to take us into Arusha town - he spent the afternoon taking us to various places such as a local food market, the Tanzanite Experience, and the Cultural Heritage Center. Highly recommend if you're going to be staying in the area!

The airy bright rooms were delightful…bed was so cozy… food was delicious… and the conversation was inspiring🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The White-tailed Colobus was a special bonus as the proprietor was so gracious to invite me along on a walking tour of the surrounding area.

My friend and I stayed here while awaiting to start our safari. It was gorgeous and the people were so kind. We love the food. Our room was very airy and full of natural light. Gorgeous bathrooms. The staff was always helpful with any request. Also, all of the monkeys at the swimming pool were amazing. Barrack and Rachel were wonderful. Many other wonderful staff members who I cannot remember their names. Kathryn and Sandra

We have stayed several times at Arusha Villa, always we had gantastic stays. Spacious rooms, a very nice garden, great pool, lounge area and a superb restaurant. always a choice between vegetarian dish or a dish with chicken or fish. The quality of the food and staff is among the best we experienced in our many travels to africa!

Perfect start of our Safari holiday in Tanzania. We arrived at 10:30 pm, but the restaurant was still open and prepared some lovely snacks for us. There is also an exterior sitting area with a fire place. The family room was very spacious, super cosy and clean. We did not use the pool but it looked great.
