Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Modern fixtures and fittings furnish the entire hotel. The hotel demonstrates an exceptional eye for detail, as the reception and rooms are adorned with stylish furniture. The buffet style breakfast served in the hotel is probably the best one I have had in the region as it provides both continental and local foods. The a la cart restaurant menu offers amazing meat, fish and pasta dishes. The amenities (gym, sauna and heated indoor swimming pool) are exceptionally clean and comforting. Something that definitely caught my attention was the incredible upkeeping of the Hotel beach and marina. To sum up, this is a well organized modern hotel with polite and helpful staff that lets you enjoy your vacation in one of its most beautiful sceneries Montenegro has to offer.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of June and had an amazing time. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very modern, loads of wardrobe space and the bathroom had a very powerful shower. Beds were very comfy!
Breakfast was delicious with loads of options available. The staff were very on hand
The staff recommended a really nice restaurant for my husbands birthday when we were there, we also ate in the hotel restaurants which were delicious
The chambermaid noticed birthday cards in the room so when we returned there was a surprise desert with happy birthday written on in the room!
The views were stunning of kotor bay!we had such a nice time and didn’t want to leave!
The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough. They recommended excursions to Kotor old town and Perast which were beautiful. We also went on a boat trip to the blue caves and Lady of the Rock which was really fun, we were picked up right outside the hotel and dropped off as well. The hotel also arranged a very easy and affordable transfer for us to our next hotel in Croatia
Would definitely recommend staying here

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. For us, it was perfect, incredible views for relaxing and swimming in the bay during the day, €10 for 15 min taxi ride into Kotor old town where you can choose a lovely restaurant, walk the city walls and take in the stunning architecture. We booked B&B and the breakfast choices and service were incredible. Filled bagels, croissants, pancakes, poached eggs and omelettes all made to order in front of you - the team would take into account the presentation of the food served to you. Along with cereals (and every milk alternative option) pastries, fruits, salads, vegetarian options, and fresh juices. This breakfast service really set us up for the day ahead. The lighthouse restaurant was also brilliant. We would usually go to a different restaurant in town each lunch/evening but the food was so good here we came back 4 times as we wanted to try it all! The beach cafe food wasn’t so great as it was incredibly salty but that’s just personal preference. Beach towels are retrieved each day from a stand near the beach club/opposite the supermarket (also very useful to have that right next to the hotel to stock up on water and snacks) Even though the hotel would pop into our room throughout the day to do extra housekeeping and additional bottles of water which we thought was a really nice touch. Paddleboards can be hired from the hotel for €30 which we loved, also really recommend getting the boat trip to the blue caves for a swim/stop off at Our Lady of the Rocks. Most people go into Kotor and get a boat but if you organise through the hotel, they pick you up and the company they used were fantastic. We were so pleased we picked this hotel, it didn’t have many reviews when I booked so I was unsure how it would go but I can’t imagine I’ll be able to get this hotel for the same price in a year or so - even when our transfer picked us up, others at the airport were asking about it and said it looks really impressive, we think we hit gold and got the best hotel in the area. Visit and enjoy!!! Thank you Blue Kotor 💙

This hotel is nicely finished and clean with beautiful views over the bay and helpful reception staff. However, the staff at the Spa were rude and unprofessional (when my partner and I first enquired about treatments we were barely acknowledged and just told to scan a QR code). I specifically requested no feet in my massage as I have a neurological condition, and when my masseuse grabbed my foot out of nowhere and popped my big toe I was in a lot of pain and so shouted out "no thank you", at which point I was laughed at.

The hotel itself does not have any children, however on the beach front all day there are screaming kids probably from the local town. Unless paying for a premium room, you are not allowed into the outside pool which is advertised and are limited to an indoor pool and the beach front. The beach is also shingle which is a bit awkward but at least you don't bring sand back with you.

Food was lovely, sometimes salty, but would recommend.

The rooms were beautiful, although do look out onto a building site although there was no noise from here when we stayed. Having our room cleaned was sporadic as I believe it works through the app which is a great idea but a little confusing, and so some days we were running out of soap etc.

A boat trip was arranged and it was fantastic, so there is so much to do in the local area and it is beautiful! The final negative is the distance from the main airport - it took us nearly 3 hours both trips due to awful traffic up the side of mountains, and so if you get car sick look at flying into a closer airport if possible or be prepared!

This hotel is just so so beautiful. We had a room with a view I could only describe as amazing out if this world. We had a room with a private hot tub and the room was spotless always cleaned very well.

The staff were amazing and the food was beautiful.

I would say it would be nice if the menu was a bit more casual during the say even to have pizza on the menu as the night menu is the same as the say menu.

The only thing I will say it that the terrace out on out balcony wasn't that clean around the hottub area there was empty bottles if wine. And bottle tops of champagne. Used fags around the hot tub area which I was suprised with. As this hotel inside its spotless.

We had a beautiful time.

Sarah

My wife and I visited this hotel last week. I can only say what a lovely place to stay. We booked a room with jacuzzi and sea view which was nothing less than perfect.
The views were amazing the room was cleaned every day and bed sheets changed every 3days. Although you can have them changed everyday if you so wish.
Breakfast had a great selection with everything you could wish for and staff were very attentive, ensuring tables cleared as you finished each item.
We had diner in the a l carte which was present and in a beautiful setting. Although we hadn’t booked we had dinner in the table d hote restaurant which was acceptable at 35€ per person but the selection could have been better.
We visited the 2 pool areas. 1 very large and one smaller with pool bar and both were lovely area to rest swim etc. Towels are supplied and can be changed at your request.
Splashes of water from the pool were quickly cleaned up to prevent people slipping and again staff were pleasant and heipful.

Not quite sure we’re Beatrice J stayed but I can assure you that this is a beautiful hotel and my wife and i throughly enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is lovely and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful

On another note there is a supermarket next door if you wish to buy bottled water or cheaper drink which can be placed in your room fridge.

Taxis to Kotor old town cost around 12€ each way which is well work a visit

No local pharmacy which was a bit of a pain when needing cream for the mix i bites. Also suggest some insect repellent if sitting out at night,

Wonderful. The hotel impressed with it's style, order and special attention for covid-19 precautions. The room is very comfortable and you can find everything you may need during your stay. Also, the staff took really good care of the room during my visit. The food is high quality and delicious, especially breakfast buffet with local and international food.
The sauna and indoor swimming pool are fantastic. There is a superb private sandy beach adjacent to the hotel with sunbeds and umbrellas included. When I arrived, I received a very warm welcome at the hotel - really great service. The check-in was fast and efficient.

We arrived from Albania and were pleased with our choice . Welcome drink and swift check in . I had organised this hotel for 3 friends and opted for single occupancy in double rooms. When I entered my room is stank of smoke , I took someone upstairs from reception and they said it did smell. My pal came in and he recoiled . I left it with reception and went out for the night and when I came back nothing had been done except housekeeping had been in . The night reception came upstairs and admitted it did smell of smoke and said the previous occupants had smoked . There was an ashtray on the balcony even thought previously they had said it was impossible to smoke in the rooms. I showed him my asthma inhaler and he then said the only other room was right by the crane near the building site which I will vine o to later . I stayed in the room with the windows right open until I was woken up by a crane and building work which commenced at 7 am. I was told we had received a letter , however it transpired that had not happened and no proof of a letter sent was provided. The noise was horrific . In the end I was transferred to another room for one night which was better.
On checkout , I was charged the full rate but after checking with the manager was given 20 % off one night in a smoke filled room as sn asthmatic . Not acceptable at all. Personally, my customer satisfaction was not acceptable, the denial of smoke, then agreed it was, the building work which started to early , my health was not taken seriously. A real shame but won’t ever be going back to this hotel. On another note the fridge light stayed on , the only way it went off was to unplug and have warm drinks .

Dear Mr. David, Warm greetings from sunny Kotor. Thank you for taking time to share your impressions. This counts as valuable information for us when evaluating our hotel and services as we strive to maintain the highest standards in the industry. It is with a sorrow that I read your review, as we never like to see that one of our guest had been disappointed during their stay. However, in order to be fair to our potential guests reading this review, allow me to point out several facts that are not mentioned. After your initial complaint about the room smell, we offered you another room. Unfortunately, the previous guest wasn’t following the hotel rules and we wanted to upgrade you as a token of our apology. You declined this and decided to stay in your original room. The next day you accepted our offer and we upgraded you in another room. As a compensation for inconvenience you had first night, we were happy to offer 20% discount and even happier that you accepted as we wanted to make things right. I am glad that the rest of your group was happy and satisfied with their rooms and service in hotel. We do regret if you were not provided with the excellence level you expected and I sincerely hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again and show you that your recent stay was not a standard in Blue Kotor Bay. Kind regards, Larisa Jovanovic, Resort Manager

The new Blue Kotor Bay Premium SPA resort is the most beautiful place in Boka Bay, Montenegro.

It exceeded our expectations: perfect place to relax, with great variety of hotel facilities, drink best cocktails on the beach and eat Monetengrian homemade food in a-la-carte restaurant in fine dinning manner. The wine list is perfectly selected that goes well with fish, meat or vegeterian dishes. Desserts were something that we had to try and was perfect (pistacchio tiramisu was excellent!).

Rooms are perfectly designed with very comfortable beds, designer furniture and very stylish. The view from the rooms was the best part of our staying. Waking up with the view on Boka Bay was magnificent. Some of the rooms have jacuzzi or direct access to the pool, perfectly done and acompanied with the surroundings and nature.

Staff is very friendly and professional, giving a feel-good service experience.

A great recommendation to stay in this wonderfull hotel! Thank you very much, we will for sure come again! We loved our stay in this hotel.

We had really nice holiday in this hotel. We enjoyed in nice interior design of the hotel, great beach and beach bar. View of Boka Bay was extremely beautiful and at the night, it is very peaceful. Great place for holiday and relax.

It is close to Kotor, which is UNESCO protected town Montenegro and this hotel is recommended for people who like Boka Bay and nature of it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is perfectly chosen and nicely served. Different meditereean dishes are available in a-la-carte menu with great wines from the region.

Perfect place! Thank you Blue Kotor Bay.

Dear Leighs, Traveling time really depends on the traffic and what whether you travel on or off season. During the summer season, crossing border (even though it is quite simple) might take couple of hours. Ferry should be simple, no matter the traffic, crossing ferry should be in around 30 minutes.

Another alternative is to shop at the market right next to the hotel for snacks, drinks and possibly some food from their deli area. In addition, you can take the shuttle that comes every 20 min after the hour to the Old City, where there are many options to choose from. The shuttle stops right in front of the market and only costs 1.5 euros. The shuttle was a fun experience. Enjoy!
