This is a very nice hotel in Siem Reap. We booked a luxury king room that came with all that anyone would need to enjoy a nice day and night in this absolutely wonderful city. We only spent one night. On our next trip to Cambodia we will rectify that and spend many days. The room was luxurious. The most memorable experience was definitely the breakfast. There were so many choices from the menu, to a buffet and cook at table side. All was delicious. The Park Hyatt was one of the many highlights of our magical trip to Cambodia. I want to come back!!
Park Hyatt at Siem Reap was an incredible experience - excellent location with nice cafes and restaurants close by, the staff was very hospitable and attended to our every need, the breakfast was extremely customised which we loved very much (compliments to the chef!), the room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here if we go to Siem Reap again!
My wife and I have just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. There was always a warm welcome whenever we entered the hotel. All staff are extremely friendly, helpful and happy. We had the most fabulous 6 course meal during our stay (which happened to be our wedding anniversary), food and service was impeccable. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return to the Park Hyatt in the future.
The hotel room was very nice with fresh frugt when I arrive. SARAYUT PLENGSIANG helpede me coordinating with my tour guide and made sure there was breakfast bag for me when I went on my sunrise angkor wat tour. I can only recommend the hotel and the kind and helpful staff
The hotel rooms were well maintained and very clean. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, who took an extra mile to make sure that I was safe and well taken care of when I was traveling away from the hotel (around Siem Reap).
Luxury hotel in the city, once inside you wouldn’t know you were in an urban area. It felt personal and has a wonderful set up for tranquility. Service and advice is excellent especially from the chef, you wouldn’t want to miss breakfast. We arranged airport pick up and all our trips in advance, our brilliant guide for the two days was Sophat who speaks English and German. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. I recommend the pool area which is picturesque and hardly used. I would recommend staying here for a luxury base on Siem Reap.
My stay at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap was fantastic. The check in process was quick and efficient, the welcome drink, fruits in the room, handwritten letter, explanation of the amenities were incredibly detailed yet not overwhelming. Staff was attentive, housekeeping was very observant, the pool and gym were all well maintained, and the food and drinks were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Happy Hour drinks at The Living Room, the menu had a great mix of classic and unique cocktails. I really liked the Angkorrian and would highly recommend it for any guest. I also really enjoyed the food, going into my trip my Thai friend said that Khmer food was very mediocre. I came back very impressed by the cuisine and specifically the food at the Park Hyatt. It was flavorful, inventive, and well presented. The Food and Beverage Manager, Phoeuy Pek answered all my questions regarding the menu, guided me to choices he thought I would really like and gave great recommendations for cocktails. When I ventured away from the Park Hyatt, he had great recommendations and even set up the reservations for my group. When I wanted a more local experience(not on Pub Street), Phoeuy gave me a good run down on what to expect and where to go. I really appreciate his perspective and guidance. I've stayed a multiple different Park Hyatt's and the service here was beyond what I expected and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Siem Reap. …
We are a party of 4 who just spent a marvelous week at the PH Siem Reap. In short, a great service throughout and some of the highlights are as follows: Kudos to Chef Pisith. We tried everything on the breakfast menu (western and Khmer) and everything was perfect. Dinner too and the seafood amok is the best in town hands down, but really every dish was perfect. Coconut ice-cream and macaroons are to die for! The 2-room suite was very good too. It has a private plunge pool and a huge tub in each room. But the hotel has 2 pools, 1 with saltwater, which are most welcomed in the afternoons as it is blazingly hot in September. Would definitively return to this PH. 5-stars!
The staff were amazing! Very friendly efficient & accomodating. The food were excellent that we didnt need to venture out of the hotel. We stayed there for 5 days and on the last nite the Head Chef Pisith Theam cooked us specially authentic cambodian cuisine and it was a BOMB!!! Each dish was cooked with passion & love by Chef Pisith Theam and his team. It was so good. The hotel is in a prime location and rooms are very nice. Would strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.
To my surprise, this Park Hyatt is very close walking distance to restaurants, pub street and shopping area. But it is not noisy, and once you are in the hotel, you get the same serenity feeling as in any exquisite hotel. The hotel surrounding is very pretty and exotic. Staffs are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Definitely enjoyed my stay.
