It has been an amazing experience, from our entrance the staff is watching you. The room is decorated on arrival and every time you arrive at the hotel on the street they come looking for you with water and wet wipes, breakfast is varied, very good quality and tastes for everyone.
The facilities are very well maintained and the happy hour of the hotel from 15-17 in cocktails and beers very accurate, very good price. I'd be right back.

This hotel is cost-effective.
The service is very good. Every time you return to the hotel, you will be greeted with ice towels and ice water. During the stay, the room is cleaned and bottled drinking water is provided in a timely manner, at least once in the morning and afternoon. The room is clean and tidy.
The breakfast is of high quality and complete in variety. I personally think that the noodles are excellent.
The hotel provides free tuktuk from the hotel to several markets in the city center, and the return trip is at your own expense. The hotel is relatively remote. There are no street lights when walking back to the hotel at night. The dirt road is not easy to walk, plus it is hot, but the average return tuktuk price is 1 dollar, which is acceptable.
The hotel waiter Kry speaks standard English and can help solve most problems.

Excellent accommodation. From the moment you check in, you can feel the hospitality of the staff. Cold towels, welcome drinks and snacks. Everyone is smiling. The room is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is maintained. Good, strong water pressure, strong air conditioning, very considerate cleaning staff, such a cheap price for one night, and night room service.
Knowing that we were traveling to celebrate a birthday, we were super surprised when we opened the door. Many people were holding cakes and singing happy birthday to greet us in the room. Thank you very much for your care during these five days. Luna, Sameth, Remeo, David, and James. Thank you for your care and help. Siem Reap Angkor Wat left a deep impression on us. We will choose to stay here next time we visit again. hotel.
The breakfast was great, the swimming pool was of medium size and the water temperature was comfortable, and the hotel massage was also quite comfortable.

The staff are all smiling and cheerful, the service and atmosphere are great! This is my favorite hotel.
The breakfast buffet is very luxurious.
From Khmer to Chinese and Western cuisine.
The rooms are well equipped and have separate showers and toilets, so the water is stable.
You can also grab a grab to Pub Street for about $1.

The service was excellent. Taxis to the door there are security guards to help open the door to get luggage, and hotel staff with ice water and towels out to greet them, check-in the whole time on the sofa just sit and wait, and will help you carry luggage to take you to the room. It was a long day to get to the hotel and have this service really saved lives. They'll remember your name and say hello to you, everyone is super cute!! The hotel will also offer some tips and maps very sweetly.
The hotel itself is also new and decorated in a very Southeast Asian style. The rooms are large and equipped with a balcony and the hotel has a swimming pool. The beds are also very good and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is also plentiful, combining local specialities with Chinese and Western cuisine. In short, it's excellent value for money! Very Recommended!!

To put it mildly, it was the best. Every time I returned from going out, I was given cold water and a towel, and they were kind enough to give me advice on my travel plans. 5,000 yen per night is too cheap. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and I looked forward to thinking about what to eat every morning. Of course, the food was also very delicious.
The location is a little far from Pub Street and the Old Market, but the surrounding area is quiet and there are restaurants nearby, so you can eat out even if you don't feel like going out.
Personally, I think this is the best hotel in Siem Reap. I will recommend it to anyone I know who is going to Cambodia.

The hotel entrance and the room were beautifully decorated and had a nice atmosphere. The staff were also very hospitable and I had a comfortable stay. The bathtub was large, so I was able to lie down and relax in the bath. The bathroom was clean and had a separate toilet.
The driver for the Lumo provided by the hotel was also very friendly and we enjoyed touring the ruins. This is about $3 more expensive than ordering it yourself, but it comes with cold water (you can get as many as you want for free) and a towel, so I recommend ordering it from the hotel in the hot season.
The hotel is located a little way down an alley, so I was a little worried, but I found a local restaurant (basically less than $3) and I felt like I enjoyed Cambodia more.
The main street, Pub Street, is less than 20 minutes from here. You can arrange a Lumo, but it's also within walking distance.

It's rare to find a hotel this comfortable at this price range. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Angkor Wat.

My stay here at Khmer Mansion Residence was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Jennie, Cara, Nara, and the other reception personnel greeted me as if no one else mattered.
While accompanying me to my room, Jennie provided information on the hotel amenities, location and operating time of facilities, etc. In the room Jennie surprised me with a personalize artistic display of my welcome crafted on the bed.

It was no different dining at the restaurant, enjoying the wonderful Apsara Dance Performance while experiencing the culinary of Cambodia.
Kry, Sreyni, Luna, and the other staff were amazing, after the meal I was greeted by chef Sameth.

While walking throughout the hotel, Hav, Remeo, especially the cleaning staff paused their duties and greeted me like royalty, stopping by my room every night with a free snack was over and beyond exceptional service in my opinion.

For me, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, everything is just right here. I have never experienced such personal service, attentiveness and courtesy from the staff. For example, every time we arrived at the hotel, even after a quick shopping trip, we were greeted with cold towels and cold water. Almost all of the staff always greeted us by our first names. Tours in and around Siem Reap were offered or arranged by the hotel at local prices. We didn't have to think too much about our program, as the hotel staff organized most of it for us. We preferred to use the time to relax by the pool.
In general, the hotel is a bit more remote, so you can escape the noise of Pub Street. Nevertheless, you can get to the center of the action relatively quickly after about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes in a tuk tuk.
We received a free room upgrade to a Residence Suite upon arrival. The room was large, very clean and had a great bathroom with a huge bathtub.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the food and drinks in the hotel's restaurant were very good and the prices were absolutely reasonable.
Overall, a great hotel for a stay in Siem Reap which I can recommend without reservation.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and solicitous to a fault. The hotel is understated in the front, but opens up behind to about 40 lovely rooms arranged around a beautiful pool. The breakfast options are extensive. The pool is outstanding after a hot day, including happy hour at the swim-up bar with very good drinks. The staff is watching for anyone to arrive so that someone comes out with cold towels and cold water as soon as you step in. They take extra care with presentation--for example, there are beautifully hand folded flowers placed around. My son and I had several massages in the spa and the therapists were skilled and professional. We also took a fun cooking class with the head chef and his staff. The staff makes a point of learning your name and greeting you whenever they see you. They even noticed that it was my birthday when checking my passport and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and a decorated room when we returned for the day. It was a very personable experience, made possible by the manageable size, and I can't imagine a better hotel in Siam Reap.

I found a guide from the WithLocals website - he was great. Guide arranged Tuk Tuk for each day and provided cold water. Message me if you would like his WhatsApp.

That seems really surprising and disappointing. We booked through the biggest online site (Trip Advisor stops me listing it!) several months in advance. Maybe they’re not really set up for direct approaches. Strange. I’m sorry, because it was a good hotel, and they were very anxious to receive any feedback re improvements.
