We only paid £25 for a Sunday night stay, so excellent value. Large car park. Stair carpet and public areas tired and in need of refurbishment. Our room was large and warm, but a little scruffy and lacking a toilet seat! When my husband mentioned this, he was told the room was supposed to be "offline". We did get a call later that night to ask if we wanted to change rooms, but as we were only staying one night and were out we declined. Would stay there again, but check the room as soon as we arrive!

Just drove here from stoke on Trent, was greeted by a lovely lady called Claire who could not do enough to help us. What a asset to the travel lodge company. The room was spotless. Will definitely be returning as it couldn’t be in a better location

Lovely stay, check in was quick, our room was ready upon arrival. The hotel was situated in a quiet spot, plenty of parking and rooms extremely clean and tidy. Special mention to Claire as she was so helpful. When we are next in the area we Will be back!

Disappointed. Very expensive compared to other travelodges in the area. Dirty bathroom, faulty toilet, loose basin tap, no heating!!! Avoid room 210!!! Very busy hotel, mainly workmen which makes parking difficult. We've stopped here many times times but the hotel needs refurbishing!! Handy for visiting the Metrocentre.

First thing greeted with a lovely smile. Easy checking in and very helpful with surrounding restaurants and where to visit. Managed to make sure I could check in early as I did arrive quite early. Her name is Ashleigh and a credit to the hotelier business. Room exceptional clean. Would definitely stay here again couldn't find any faults.

Great gaff here! Marty was great knows everything there is to know about things to do around the area. Hotel cosy and clean, could do with a little bit modernisation but the team in the hotel really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible such as multi plug extension available at reception.
