We had the best time in this pub - out of the 15 fisher men in the pub we were the only foreigners (which speaks for the food). We ate carp and trout which was just amazing! The beer was served in no time and the waiter was just the best waiter we had in Montenegro so far ! Funny , proactive and Social ☺️

We were with my gf on a boat trip arranged in tourist information center within this great pub. While we waited we had a beer and staff was very obliging. Then, we decide to bring some to the boat. Boat was realy big (for 20+) but we were alone only with very kind captain. He propose that we can play music from our phone (dubiosa kolektiv) and it was very very comfortable! Beer from pub was cold and refreshing. Lake view was just beautiful - birds, monastery and islands. We could even stop on secret plaža and swim a little. We would definitely recommend this pub and boat trip to everyone who are advanterous or just want to have great vacation. It's located in a snall park so we dont' have to bear the all-pervadin heat fully.

We stopped here for lunch and it was great. Fresh salad and prosciutto etc Fresh local bread. And host recommended and amazing wine And he makes a great coffee Host is a great guy who runs an unpretentious pub with great food. It’s a little gem that we can’t recommend enough. Try it!

Came for dinner late - the owner was very friendly and helpful and the food plentiful and tasty. We had pork stuffed with ham and cheese and loads of vegetables - very good. Wine good, too. Badanj was closed but this is a good second choice. We didn't stay.

The Virski Pup is a great location for a wonderful dinner on a quiet terrace! Excellent grilled carp and montenegrian cordon bleu! The service is outstanding, the owner does everything to make the evening a very special one! Great for families but also for couples!

Everything was great, the room is clean with its own bathroom. You can use a kitchen and tarrace (lovely idea) as well. Downstairs there is a pub, where you can drink a beer or eat the whole dinner. I recomend staying for one night. Check in around noon, book yourself a sunset boat trip and the next morning you are ready to go. There is not much to do in Virpazar exept for boat trips.

The host really made this stay worthwhile. He gave us the warmest welcome and encouraged us to come to him for any trips , excursions or advice. When I've travelled before I felt like shopping around even when your host says that because sometimes booking activities through accommodation is more expensive. However we did shop around and everything we did through Virski pub was the best value for what you got - kayak rental, boat tours, trips to the beach. Location is perfect. Rooms are not luxurious but they're adequate and comfortable and that's what you pay for. If you're on a budget I think this is a great place to be. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, still go to the travel agents next to Virski pub for his help and advice.

Such a lovely place in Virpazar! The staff was very very friendly and all the time willing to answer our questions. The room was good value for money. We booked a boattrip next to the guesthouse, which was really nice. We made a trip over the lake on a very nice boat. The location of the guesthouse is great, it's in the middle of town. We could get breakfast in another restaurant for a special price. The staff even brought us to the restaurant. We would definitely recommend this place!

This pub is in a good area of the Sakar Lake district and is perfect for a cheap need for a bed the night (€20 per couple). Offers balcony (sad views of main road and railway) comfortable beds and some with bathrooms. No tv but average wifi. Some typical late night pub noise. The rooms come with offers of €2.50 breakfast which was outstanding value with choice of omeletes, eggs, bread or continental breakfast and awesome coffee, all to be offered across the square from the pub.
