These days when we travel overseas, we need a place to stay that is like an ally or even a friend. Phuket Riviera was the ideal spot for us (family of three with baby) to arrive. Everyone that works there was super kind and helpful. Well before we arrived they helped us with all the requirements we needed. When we got there we arrived to a clean two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool in the perfect location. We know Phuket a bit as we have been many times and Nai Harn area is the best for families with the nicest beaches. This hotel also allows dogs if you got one. The room we had included a highchair and crib which was the icing on the cake. To give one example of how helpful they are, I left my charing cable in the room. When I called to ask, they sent it that date by post and did not even charge me for the post.

We will be back!

I loved my studio accommodation and happily stayed here for 7 nights in total. Lovely friendly staff, daily room cleaning, great pool and convenient motor bike hire at a good price. This a great place to base yourself if you have a scooter or car to explore the area.

First of all, let me begin by describing the ideal tourist for whom these Villas are most suitable.
-The ones with a limited budget
-Families and couples looking for spacious suites
-The ones who are very specific about cleanliness
-The ones who can do without the densely populated areas such as Patong
-The ones who are looking forward to minimize usage of taxis but rent scooter bikes (and hence be able to visit entire of Phuket on their own)
-The ones who require a very nice clean pool

These are the most basic requirements if on your agenda, this is Definitely the choice for you. If you are planning to stay in Phuket for a longer time (a month or more), i seriously dont see a reason why you would ever reject this. They had amazing deals for such people.

We came here in July and the rooms were very cheap in the low season, I recall 1500 baht per night. This is the basic attraction which fully compromises on the distance of the Villas from airport and Patong areas. Anyone who has been in Patong knows how expensive, noisy and polluted it is. This is the Thailand I loved the most, peaceful, clean, lush and filled with locals.

If you read about the amenities from its official site you will know that it has dvd players, air conditioners, VERY USEFUL KITCHEN (a blessing in Thailand). Furthermore, it is extremely near Seven 11 mart and you can easily buy all your groceries from there. Walking distance basically.

The beach is not on walking distance, it would require a scooter bike, but its the most peaceful, beautiful and relaxing beach in Phuket with very less people. It also has the most scenic sunsets.

The owner of these Villas is a gentleman, who fluently speaks English and we are very grateful for him being as hospitable as he was. I recall him being European.

There are some very chic local bars and restaurants footsteps away, with Plasma TVs, Billiard tables, bike rentals, fuel refill station and so on. Being a Muslim family we didn't visit these, but we do know the tourists love them. Most of them had been staying here for months (better deals).

The tourists in this area are the more sophisticated ones, who are on courses, or relaxing and stay away from the touristsy over populated areas. I saw several elderly people, riding bicycles, reading books, walking to the Seven 11 mart, and doing all sorts of cool stuff. So this is mainly for such kind of tourists.

We had been to Bangkok so we saw all the night-life we wanted to see. In Phuket we want to relax, be away from the city and we got it. It's perfect for couples who are not into the hype, because if you are, you will be disappointed.

The Villas are obviously new, and its amazing how you get a complete villa at your disposal and not just a room. Again, the economical price is the reason why it is such a hit. It doesn't offer you luxury, it offers you clean basic necessities and actually more than one could ask for.

So if you are either into populated areas, or fancy luxurious stuff, don't expect that here, because the purpose of these Villas is not to facilitate such tourists. I also met an Australian guy here who told me he has joined a Thai boxing course (very near to the Villas) and is hence staying there.

I think it is pleasantly active in the peak season with lots of life, but in the low season, it was a charm to recognize.

The only negatives i can think of are its location (its TOOO far away from the airport but quite near the sea port if you plan to go to other islands)
The fact that it doesn't offer the city's bustling night life, which may disappoint some tourists
The fact that it is not right next to the beach and you need scooter bikes to go anywhere other than nearby mart and restaurants and bars (which are a REAL treat).
It gets kinda noisy at night due to the nearby bars and their loud music, that is if you are a light sleeper.

That's about it. Thank you to the owner who gave us such a wonderful time.
P.S: Dont hire bikes from them, They are too heavy and my mom kinda fell down trying them the first time. Most owners are nosy about 'paying for the damages' even when there are virtually non. The owner had this partner who behaved the same way.

Overall, this was the best stay on our Thailand trip, and we are so thankful to the owner! :)

I stayed her for a night as this is my 6th resort in a week. I loved the state and tidiness of the room and the bed was firm but a little springy. There were ants on the floor, but I think they were attracted to my rubbish in the rubbish bin.

There's plenty of coffee, and toiletries. Unfortunately there's only one temperature of the shower and that's cool. It'd be great if there was a bit of hot water.

The pool was lovely, but could've been a little bit deeper. I loved lounging in the sun. It's very private.

There's plenty of places to eat not far, and cheap too. There's lots of scooter hire places not far. 7/11 around the corner. Pharmacy about 10 minutes walk and Sinbi Muay thai and Lion Muay thai about 5 minutes away.

Great for everybody, the WiFi was fast, neighbours considerate and that's probably due to the place incorporating a set of rules which was good.

Dear Valued guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. Your input, and the feedback from all of our guests is vitally important to us and we always want guest expectations to be met upon arrival. Our apartments are fully surrounded by a tropical garden, then is not easy to stop every time the natural inhabitants of the garden. Regarding the pool, 2 meter deep on the deepest part, during its construction we had to think to the safety of younger guests and those with limited swimming experience. Our hotel is following a "green philosophy", so we try to respect the environment as much as possible, limiting energy consumption and using renewable energy sources. Our warm water system is fueled by solar water cells, sometimes less efficiently then an electric heater, but, please, considers that your little and momentary inconvenience has helped to maintain a more natural environment. We hope to see you again in the future and you can reach me directly if I can be of any assistance.

Usually we have full respect of the reviews and opinions of our guests, also are welcome disapproval because they help us to improve and provide a better service. But only when they report the truth and not, like this review, only the lies. Before the arrival of each guest our staff deeply clean the apartment and test all facilities, including, of course, the bathrooms. The guest in question, travelling with infant, reported the problem after about an hour of his arrival, complaining that, in one of two bathrooms, the toilet bowl was not functional. Our maintenance manager check the problem and identified the problem in a diaper thrown in the toilet. At this time the guest said that he had never thrown the diaper in the toilet bowl and also start to complain about the toilet seat, not dirty, but minimally slightly yellowed. The next day the same guest complained about noise and the, in his view, little clean linen. Our Front Desk staff has proposed to the customer to change the apartment with another in a quieter area of the residence where the customer has stayed for 3 days, without any problem. When the client wanted to go away, despite having booked for a further 9 days, were charged only the actual presence without any extra charge or damages refund (to remove the diaper our maintenance service had to work for two days with consequently impossibility to let the apartment). Thanks to this guest we lost money in this short peak season, our staff had to do a dirty job to repair the damaged bathroom (finding the diaper...) and now ... add insult to injury. Thai People say "mai pen rai" (never mind) ... this is just a voice out from the crowd.

Ideally located close to both Nai Harn beach and Kata beach, these small, independently run furnished apartments are simple the best value I have had from any hotel/accomodation anywhere in the world.

Clean, very well furnished and withgood, unobtrusive service, I am tempted not to write a review just to keep it a secret.

Me and my other stayed here for 2 months (March&April 2011). Let me tell you , this place was perfect ! Let me list how :
The place is new. Only 10 months(?) old.
Elegantly laid out around a beautiful (and CLEAN) pool.
The rooms are well laid out , spacious and all have high end furnishings. Lord knows how the Thais/Farangs love to skimp on the furniture and furnishings. Not here. Lovely solid dark furniture , big flat screen TVs , DVD players etc.
Staff cleans the place and changes the linen/towels EVERY DAY. Those of us who've been to Thailand many times know that unless you're in a high end (3000bht+) hotel , they wont do that. Twice a week is the norm but not here.
Bathrooms are beautiful and spacious (a must for me !) and non of that cheap , plastic little water heater stuff. These ones are nicely done European style.
All the surrounding property is beautifully kept and maintained.
Most importantly , the two owners are very hands on in there property and take any requests/complaints seriously...i mean it !
Want a bigger TV , done. Cant find your shoes , found. Need some coals for the bar-b-cue , here.
Thats a very under-rated quality for a hotel to have.....that instant owner access , an owner(s) who gives a damn.
All that and they even gave me a discount for staying long !

Theres some nice restaraunts down the road. Try "Something Different". A french guy owns it and they'll deliver it to you , if u want.

only minus is the 2-3 bars right across but try finding a place in Phuket where there arent.

Rawai is my favourite location in Phuket, and Phuket Riviera Villas match it providing quality and comfort.
Several pool-side villas, spacious and well kept, with friendly staff. Ideal for couples and families, definitely recommended, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
At night time the place gets even more beautiful as the trees and the pool are lit up.
There is even a jacuzzi and a pizza oven.
----

we came back to stay at riviera during this school holidays and we had a great time in nai harn with the lovely 4 different site beaches and the easy access from the villas withing 5 mins driving our rental car.

the manager of riviera helped us book an amazing day out at phi phi islands and the kids loved it!

they even helped us have a goodbye bbq the last day of our stay in the pool and we loved it!

will be visiting again with the kids asking for it and looking forward to some relaxing time again.
