The villas are stunning! The pools are spotlessly clean and such a beautiful asset to the villa. The villa was furnished to such a high standard, it felt like a home with all the lovely finishes and touches added. The moment you walk in it’s a contestant “wow”. Reception was really helpful in helping us with some small issues we had. The cafe on site is so beautiful, lovely selection of cakes to choose from every day and the menu also has a lot to choose from. It’s a beautiful setting too to sit and enjoy a drink. The villas are located far from restaurants and bars so you must expect to order a taxi. The beach is also a taxi ride away but it’s stunning, with it being very quiet. Would highly recommend for a quiet few days reading and relaxing.

WOW! what a lovely 1 bed Villa. Very Private and very quiet. Would recommend 100% The villa is all on one level. The pool was the right size and temperature perfect. The villa is very modern. Our only issue was the sun loungers -no good if you have back issues so i used a chair from the dining room to sit on and bought a lilo to sunbathe in the pool. There is a cafe on site called origami which sells lovely food and yummy cakes and if you are on site you get 5% off and they deliver to your villa. The cleaners came every day & were very friendly. We stayed for 18 days and it was so relaxing. Well done to all the wings staff from the reception to the cleaners,gardeners & pool man. Great team of people. Will definitely book for next year. Nice private pool without disturbance, quiet and relaxing environment, very spacious area, convenient cutlery, comfortable bathtub, friendly staff, convenient bikes to rent. Not much view in the area except for the beautiful swimming pool which has some night lights. The swimming pool is quite cold at night, but okay if you swim fast. The air is a bit stuffy in the place. Bring your toothbrushes and toothpastes as they do not provide any kits. Breakfast is scrumptious but a bit expensive for the quantity. Breakfast cannot be chosen until arrival. Bikes can only be rented before 5pm so plan the day well. Many bikes do not work. Very far from the nearest beach--my husband and I are runners so we were willing to run 5 km to the beach, but it goes through roads with many cars and without sidewalks and there are many pedestrian crossings. Comfortable cafe near the hotel but other restaurants need a bit more travelling, at least 10 min walk. Nice street market nearby and cheap massage places but these also need over 20 min walk.

Booked this villa on Booking.com on Friday 29.02.20 and received a confirmation email, on the confirmation it was stated we would be sent an email on how to contact the villa, however we are yet to receive this. We have tried to contact booking.com to get hold of a contact for this villa however have received nothing back, we are arriving from the airport after the check in closes and need to arrange where to collect the key and if someone will be there to do so upon arrival. Please can someone help us in regard to this matter.

The Villa itself is very nice and well designed. The rooms are big the kitchen is nice and the pool is an added plus. So you might be asking yourself why I gave this review a low rating. Well this villa is far from everything and a short taxi ride to the nearest grocery store cost 300 baht or $10. We got a non-refundable room which I would not recommend. Although it was a little cheaper, if you don't like the villa you cannot get out of the contract, even if you have an emergency or your plans change. The customer service is terrible and you have to let the front desk know a day in advance if you want to purchase breakfast in the morning. Yes, that's right no free breakfast. Breakfast is about 300 baht or $10. They don't even have ice on the property. If you need ice for drinks etc., you have to contact the front desk and they will go and purchase it for you at the local 7 eleven. This hotel also strictly enforces the "no toilet paper in the toilet" rule. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I understand that it is not recommended to put toilet paper in the toilet but I have never seen it posted in a hotel bathroom. We decided to check out 8 days early and move to a different hotel and we still had to pay for the 8 days that we were not there, RIDICULOUS!

Stayed at this villa for 3D2N. As most of the time we were out of the villa, we didn't have time to relax in the villa. However, this villa offers the best atmosphere and environment for relaxation! Just chilling by the pool or sun bathing. The villa is well decorated and beautiful. The pool is superb! Wings also offers breakfast cooked in your villa for lazy people like us. Another plus point is the extremely strong, reliable wifi in our villa. Overall, the villa is new, modern, one of the nicest thus far.
On the side note, the villa is situated quite a distance away from the main road. Probably about 10 to 15 mins walk in. Don't walk back during the night as it is quite dangerous with wild dogs around. Room service is until 8pm only and front desk reception only until 5pm. There are free bicycle for rent but you have to do it before 5pm when the reception desk closes. Also, the security of the villa needs to be improved.

My dad and I stayed at Wings Phuket Villas in late October 2016. The complex is nice, though it’s located in surrounding country side that left me, before we arrived, wondering why on earth I had chosen this place. But the complex is nice and quiet and well maintained. The staff are friendly and efficient. The house is nice and the pool is good. We had a 2-bedroom house. The Wi-Fi is slow but acceptable. The house is maintained daily, which is nice. There is no washing machine. The complex is around 4km from the Laguna area.
Once you are in the house you are surrounded by large blue walls - so there is no view.
Would I choose to stay there again – yes, certainly, the complex is very nice. But realistically I would probably choose somewhere else where at least the view would be better.

Stayed here with my husband in our honeymoon having spent 3 days at the superb Thavorn beach resort. Sourly disappointed as it looks nice but lacks a lot. Location not the best and the staff barely speak English. There isn't even a phone in the villa and they give you a crappy mobile to call if you need anything and the numbers hardly ever get answered. The worst is - water problem. In just one day the water in the entire villa vanished 3 times, in the middle of a shower at night was standing with soap on while tried to call them on the mobile and after 20 mins an engineer fixed it. Behold as one hour later there was not a single drop of water in any taps anywhere. I slept without brushing my teeth as I knew it's no use trying to call them again. Woke up thinking what if there isn't any water how will we catch our flight. Anyway there was water so washed up but half an hour later again zero water- after trying to get in touch with the staff someone came and fixed it 45 mins later. Why would you want to stay somewhere so remote and which lacks basic amenities and pay more? We hired the bike from the reception which was ok- price was fine 300 bahts. The villa itself was nice and decor was good. Only 2 bath towels are provided and what do you do when you want more? Try and pray to reach the staff on the useless mobile😔 At check out we wanted a copy of our room bill but were told they will have to call head office who will email them- our taxi was waiting so said to leave it. Also hotel offers taxi at 800baht which is not worth it- just book online from airport transfers website and they charge 650 plus it arrives before time with a friendly driver. We will definitely not come back and not recommend. Many more great places to live at in much less money. Even the pool isn't worth it.

The villa we stayed in is very nice and quiet. Interior is well furbished and the pool has a good size. Breakfast is served at the room, quality is ok quantity is average, not for grown up men.
The location of the property is about 10 minutes by scooter / car from the next decent restaurant. A rental car or bike is a must.
DO NOT BOOK THE CAR THROUGH THE FRONT DESK. They only work with one car rental company and obviously have a fee sharing / commission arrangement with them in place. They offered us a tiny, crappy and old Honda something which was full of scratches for THB 1300. Asking for a different rental company or a taxi to take us to the next town they pretty much refused service. Beyond that, the front desk staff lacks proper training and barely speak english.
Here is what to do: just walk out the hotel driveway, turn right and after 50m you will find a small bike rental shop "sweetbungalow", you get a bike there btw. 200-400 THB per day and a Toyota Vios for THB 1000.
