Perfect stay. We (family of four) loved the location in Laguna with its beautiful Bang Tao Beach. We had a spacious lagoon view room which allowed us to experience the sunrise mood on the terrace whereas in the event g we would watch the breathtaking sunsets at the beach. The kids loved the family pool with its waterslide, we took part in the Tai Chi class in the morning (so many activities offered, could not take advantage of all of them!) and explored the Laguna area. Great breakfast and we also had dinner at the resort which was delicious. The resort provides an app which allows you to communicate very effectively with the resort team, it also includes information about all facilities and activities which can be easily booked via the app. Overall we had a fantastic time and will for sure be back...…

We had a great stay at SAii. The staffs are all helpful and friendly. They are really willing to help and make sure we have a comfortable stay. The foods is excellent. We were there when there was a promotion kids eat free which was excellent. Special mention to HouseKeeping Dept, as i requested Ice, more towels, refilled shower gel and shampoo, they came quickly with great service mind. The beach is lovely. The swimming pool has a slider. Kids love it so mucb. We will absolutely come back here again.

I just stayed here with my friend for relaxing. When I arrived to the hotel and found many guests came to check-in in the same time. But Front Staff enough to take care all guests and check-in process is quite fast with advise fully details for guest benefits. Front Office Team is friendly and service-minded. My room is quite big with nice lagoon view and clean. The hotel is very nice with beautiful beach for relaxing. The hotel provides afternoon tea for guest in house at Voyager 47 Club Lounge and evening cocktails with appetrizer by Chef. Dinner time was very busy and FB staff was not enough to take care guests with limit menu. Thank you all staff for hard work. Saowanee W.

We spent new year at the hotel - it was our second visit as we had enjoyed our first trip so much. It was exceptional. Such a fantastic staff team, excellent service, superb facilities. We very rarely visit places twice as there are so many amazing places to go - we made an exception as this place was special. The New Years event was perfect and they bent over backwards to accommodate our children and friends.
