The Chava is located on Surin Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, surrounded by a huge choice of restaurants and amenities. The beach is a very short walk across the park in front of the Chava, and on either side of the resort are shops, restaurants, massage facilities and more. Surin Beach is also only about 30 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The Chava has huge 2-3 bedroom apartments, with full kitchens and enormous dining/living areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It has a large swimming pool, cabanas to relax in and a great restaurant with a mix of Thai and Western dishes. Having around only 40 rooms, the pool and restaurant areas never feel crowded and so the service is efficient. I would not stay anywhere else in Phuket!…

We loved the stay, clean, relaxed atmosphere, high standard. We loved it. Family of 4, stayed for 10 days. Lovley staff, the rooms are big and high standard. Loved the relaxing pool area. Great restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Chava! We (3 couples and 2 singles) stayed a week in one of the 4 bedroom private villas and had one of the best holidays ever. Our second time there and we will certainly be back. Clean, efficient and friendly hotel staff. Excellent food and superb cocktails. Daily happy hour was great. Just outside the hotel are plenty of food options at low cost. And, of course, Surin beach is directly across the road for a beach day, sundowners and great sunsets.

We had a family holiday at The Chava in December 19 and this was our second visit there. The staff are amongst the best we have found anywhere in our travels. It is 6 star service, always and the team we saw this time had barely changed from the last time we were there two years ago. Excellence is consistent throughout the resort from The Manager to the Reception team to restaurant and the security team at the front gate! In terms of tours we booked through the Resort and drivers etc, we didn't have a single hiccup along the way. The food is excellent and is very good value. Our kids, in particular, were particularly well fussed over by the kind and gentle Thai staff. A cake for my son's birthday was unexpected and so special as the fact it was his birthday was only uncovered by the clever staff copying our passports as is standard practice.
